✅ Key collection is from our office at Suite 54/Level 2 Retail Precinct of Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny ave, Surfers Paradise. Park in the Circle on Cavill Drive Way, head up to the retail area and turn right in to the walk way next to the Chemist and head up the escalators. Check in is from 3 pm. Our office is open 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Sunday.
The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

Midnight – 9am following day — $150
⚠️ A refundable bond of 500$ taken upon check-in, it will be released after the check-out providing that there is no damage to the property.
⚠️ Please note, there's a 1.5% credit card fee for Master Card, Visa and other cards and 2% for American Express.
⚠️ Please note that bedding configuration and furniture may slightly vary from what is presented on the photos.
⚠️ Please note not all rooms have black out blinds, including the living room - this is where extra guests stay.

Great room with awesome beds we were in a three bedroom sub penthouse apartment. Level 29

Apartment was spacious, everything working and good condition.
A bit of confusion around parking. We had 3 vehicles. Asked girl at check in where we could park. We were told we could park anywhere that didn’t have a ‘no parking sign’ but every single parking space had a ‘no parking sign on it’. We did park in no parking space but checked on our cars every so often as we were worried about getting towed.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We loved that we could walk every where, shops, restaurants, beach literally at the doorstep.
