The location is excellent, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants! There are plenty of supplies and the place is clean. The hosts were prompt at responding when we had a question.

We had a great week at Brandon‘s home. Clean, spacious, quiet, with comfy beds, and a great pool. Enjoyed a terrific musical at the theater that’s less than a block away and walked to town for dinner or ice cream many nights. A wonderful vacation, can’t wait to go back.

My family and I loved the condo! It was a great location to downtown, that walked around every night. Spent a couple of great pool days relaxing and having fun. The place was clean, owner communicated right away with all of our questions, and we look forward to booking here again!!

Before we arrived, we were kept in constant communication on how to access the property and rules governing the property. Upon arriving we were pleasantly surprised. The accommodations were second to to none. The entire property is very updated, comfortable and homey. The area was very quiet and relaxing and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. This will be our go to rental for future Saugatuck vacations. Thanks for helping us make family memories.

Good location to downtown Saugatuck. Home is roomy and comfortable. Host is responsive and returns any questions immediately. Great views from deck. All in all, great place to stay.

Perfect Private Getaway in Downtown Saugatuck

Perfect location to stay in Saugatuck! This end unit provides gorgeous greenery so while relaxing outside it feels like a private oasis. The residence is impeccably clean with beautiful new appliances for staying in to cook. We also appreciated the use of the pool; it was well maintained and lovely to use especially in the heat of the day. Getting downtown was an easy 2 minute walk down the steps behind the house. Ideal for couples, families and friends looking to stay in Saugatuck. Remember to bring own pool rafts, laundry soap and paper products; paper towels, toilet paper. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Best vacation EVER!

Best vacation EVER!

I stayed last week with my daughter, son-in-law, and my three grandchildren. The condo was very clean and spacious and nestled in a wooded area close to everything! The pool was a big hit and we were able to walk everywhere, to shops and restruants, parks and the river. The beaches are just a short drive. The area is very quaint and inviting and everyone we met was friendly.We are already planning to go back next Summer!

We spent a nice week in Saugatuck in mid October, enjoying the fair weather and fall colors. The townhouse we rented was very conveniently located just up the hill from the commercial center, with lots of great shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

We recently stayed at this home for over a week while on vacation in Saugatuck. Lovely location that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a nice addition to use when we wanted to relax outside as well as the back patio. Easy walk to downtown Saugatuck shops and restaurants.

The Bayview location is great and makes it so easy to walk down to town. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed it quite a bit! The unit has some very nice improvements & upgrades. Our only complaints were that the dryer & ice machine did not work and the second bedroom bed is quite hard. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

The property was as described. Super clean. Easy to walk to downtown. Pool was awesome. We had a wonderful stay. We had a slight issue with check in, but Brandon and Lee responded quickly and the issue was corrected quickly. Would love to return soon!

We weren't sure about this rental as there were not many reviews, but decided to take a chance and it was great. Here is what we liked: The whole unit has been updated from top to bottom. Clean as a whistle. New everything. Plenty of towels, linens, etc. There were two large bedrooms (one with king and one with a queen) and a very large loft with twin beds. Both bathrooms were nice size and the loft could fit more people. Plenty of kitchen gagets and cookwear (coffeemaker, toaster, etc). High end appliances. Nice Weber grill (charcoal, but we found matches in the utility closet and used the grill a couple of times). The location was great. Just a quick walk or bike ride to town. Very nice pool to use at the complex and friendly residents (or renters). Parking spot was right in front of the unit. The unit is an end unit so it is quiet and peaceful. Staircase to town is right outside the unit's backyard. My kids thought the voice activated Xfinity remote was the best thing since sliced bread. The owner Brendan, and his assistant Rebecca were great to work with. They sent me a packet of info. about Saugatuck as well as checkin/checkout info. We would highly recommend staying here. Some little things that "bugged" us: In your description of your unit, you might want to mention that the coffee maker is the Keurig type. We may have missed this in the rental listing, but the grocery is very close by and we bought K-Cups. There were a TON of mosquitos. There were hundreds on the side of the house by the front door to the unit. I think with the evening rain, shady location, and the hot/humid days, the little buggers were in their happy place. It made it too difficult to sit outside as we were eaten alive. If you go, bring LOTS of bug stray. If you are looking for a water view, the view of the water was very limited. While the unit is so close to the lake, there are many mature trees and you can't really see the water as much as we would have liked. The door key code originally mailed to me was different than the code that was published in the unit. Thankfully we had a key, but it made for a tense moment. Finally, we wished you would have had a guest book for people who visit your property to sign. We have rented several other placed in Saugatuck and get a kick out of reading what people write in the guest books. Just a fun feature in a rental. Thanks for a great vacation!! Five Stars! We will be back.

This property has been updated and is very roomy, comfortable and we loved the pool in the little community there! It's very clean and beds comfortable. TV's in every room! The top floor of two twin bedrooms might be a little warm for guests, as AC is not zoned. We didn't use that room, though. Highly recommend this place!! We will go there again!!

Beautiful property, great location for families.

This was a beautiful rental property minutes away from downtown. We walked into town every day and enjoyed the fabulous restaurants and ambiance. The house was extremely clean, well maintained and the owner provided everything. The house is a five minute drive to Oval Beach and my family can't wait to go back next year. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in Saugatuck.
