About this house rental

Completely remodeled historical home in downtown Chattanooga. Located in the University area where Chattanooga's newest restaurants, craft breweries and retail are opening. Our home has an urban and comfy vibe with large windows for natural light, hardwoods floors and high ceilings. We have been certified by the city of Chattanooga as an approved short term vacation rental. Pets considered if crated when alone.

For larger groups we have another property directly across the street. Sleeps 7-9 guests. Check it out!

We have completely updated this beautiful Chattanooga jewel. Our bedrooms are located upstairs. We have a king bedroom, queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 full sized beds and a "half" bedroom off of it with one twin bed. This room is separated by a curtain for more privacy but does not have a door to separate. One full bath with tub/shower combo is located at end of hallway upstairs making it perfectly private. One full bath is located downstairs, features a shower and is very convenient for your stay. Downstairs den and dining room flow together for entertaining a crowd. Kitchen has all new appliances, including microwave. We have washer and steam dryer. For outdoor enjoyment we have a new private deck off the back entrance and large front porch. Limited cable TV, Roku and high speed Wi-Fi are included. We have off street parking, smart lock and home alarm.

The house was perfect for our group of 6. The location was also convenient with food, shopping, and entertainment options either at a walking distance or a 5-10 min drive from the house; with the remainder of Chattanooga within a 15 min drive. The host is very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would seriously consider re-booking for future trips.

My friends gather every year and we are so happy we choose this house! We all had our own bed but we were still together! The house was lovely with the old and new architecture, very comfortable and convenient to SO MANY places! It was a pleasure to stay here and easy to access. We were sad to leave! Thank you for a wonderful respite!

We had a wonderful time visiting Chattanooga for our celebration. The house was a great property. It was very clean and in a good location. We actually rode electric bikes from downtown to the house one afternoon. It was really close to everything. The den is a bit smaller than I had thought when booking. Also, it is on a busy street and noise from traffic woke me up several times over the several days we stayed. Other than that it was a perfect place for us.

We were in Chattanooga for the IronMan and this location and layout was perfect for our family. It is in a transition location but we never felt unsafe. Parking was a breeze, great to have laundry accessible in the unit and the rooms were well appointed.

Property was exactly as described. Perfectly cleaned. No issues with WiFi or TVs. Nice towels and linens. Great to have W/D on site since we had 1 & 5 y/o. We felt quite safe in the city neighborhood & appreciated being close to everything. Downtown has wonderful art museum and aquarium. Suggest adding small shelf unit to upstairs bathroom for renters accessories & maybe clothes hooks to inside of bedroom & bathroom doors. We enjoyed the Bundt cakes that greeted us when opening the fridge for the first time. Thank you!

The house is amazing and had a lot of space for us to spread out. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit. It was either too cold or wet for us to enjoy the outdoor porch (more shaded in the afternoons), but we sat on the sunny front porch a few times just to watch the world pass by. The house had everything we needed and loved our time there. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative. We hope to stay there again!!

We had three couples stay at the house for the weekend. Very comfortable, well stocked kitchen flatware and utensils, comfortable beds, good size TV. It was about a mile from downtown, so walkable or a 5 min drive. We had a great time!

We visited Chattanooga for a small vacay and for our daughter’s UTC orientation! UTC campus is so close! The home is close to the best shopping, brewery’s and more! It was only a short drive to visit “See Rock City” and the railway incline! The house was perfect, very clean and felt like we were at home! The owners were great and very flexible with our travel schedule. They have done a great job with every detail of this home! Thank you for small cakes, so thoughtful! We hope to book this home often once our daughter moves to Chattanooga in the fall!

The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. My kids loved staying in the 3 bed bedroom all together! It was also nice to be able to put kids to bed upstairs and have the whole downstairs to the adult for the rest of the evening (TV was loaded with anything you would want to watch) It was so convenient being just a few minutes drive from all the fun activities in downtown Chattanooga and across the river. The kids are already asking when we are going to come back!

Nice place and good location for what wee needed, to be close to McCallie and other dining and things we were scheduled for. We appreciated the late checkout due to Graduation ceremony and enjoyed our stay. My only suggestions would be maybe a TV in master and some blackout curtains for the queen room. Loved the house for what we needed and would recommend. MY FAMILY MADE GREAT MEMORIES THERE. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!

House was set up perfectly - fresh towels, toiletries, lots of K-cups, all the kitchen essentials in place, comfy couch. Appreciated the cleanliness and the thoughtful touches throughout. Great location - minutes to the freeway, minutes to downtown (within walking distance, but we chose to drive). Do not miss going to Niedlov's. Their Morning Bun is to die for.

We LOVED our stay at this home! The house was comfortable and clean. We loved the location - we had a group of 3 adult women and 2 small kids, and we felt very safe and secure. We were only 5 mins from everything we were looking to experience in downtown. Communication with the owner was fast and flawless. A couple things to note: - This home is right on a very busy intersection so if you're not used to road noise, be prepared with some white noise machines for sleeping. - The stairs are on the steeper side so just keep that in mind if you have someone who has difficulty with steps. We won't hesitate to stay in this lovely house again in the future!
