From start to finish our family of; two 10yo, two13yo, 2 sets of mum's and dad's and 6 adults 35yo to 65yo & two dogs had an amazing time!
The house was cosey but big enough to have your own space whether in your room or chilling in the communal areas. More than enough bathrooms/toilets. Beds comfy. Ktichen well stocked with equipment & little things like salt & pepper. Garden very enclosed inc. Outside toilet....will get a hot tub next time! Everyone loved the games room. V good idea with the table top on top of the pool table to make an extra large dining table! Jukebox - kids were in their element. 2 fridges and freezers perfect. The garage became our "cellar"!
Location - in the middle of Filey & Bridlington but you'd be happy to just relax in the "big house" as our group named it from the moment we booked. The host was spot on...dryer didnt work...within a few hours a new one was delivered!

The Old Vicarage was perfect for our 3 generations family . There was 6 adults and 6 young people aged 9 to 17. Bedrooms worked well for us as the teenage girls shared the 4 bed room and the 2 younger boys had their 2 bed room. .More than enough modern bathrooms for us . We all loved the house being traditional and having character. We all ate together in the ample kitchen . The Games room was a great hit particularly for the 2 boys as was the garden. Spacious comfy lounge for relaxing. Very dog friendly. Easy to get to Reighton beach - car or walkable and also we went to Hunmanby Gap beach with its lovely cafe , hot chocolate very welcome! Worth visiting the church which is right next door. We rounded the weekend off with Sunday lunch at The Honey Pot Inn- 5 mins by car . Thanks to our host Karen everything ran smoothly and we would definitely choose to return.

The house is situated in Reighton lovely quiet village but easy to travel to other places eg Filey, scarborough and Reighton Beach which is the best. The house is big enough to sleep upto 15 and plenty of toilets and bathrooms. The games room is great when you have teens an younger children and there is a lovely lounge with plenty of sofas for some quiet time. The garden is well looked after and we had the best weather so sat outside most of our holiday, we also hired a hot tub from The Premier Hot Tub Co. Who installed it a day before our arrival ready to use, straightforward, no hassle. If you book this house Karen the owner is very, very helpful and should you have any questions Karen will reply to you straightaway with help/advice, lovely lady. Thank you Jackie.

Fantastic long weekend
This was a fantastic venue to celebrate a 60th birthday which needed to include family old and young. We were impressed from the moment we arrived, it fully exceeded our expectations as well as giving us that home from home feeling. Everything we required and more was provided. The games room was a massive hit for both old and young. We would love to revisit in the summer months to enjoy the outdoor facilities and explore the local area more.
Karen was really helpful with any enquires and queries we had.

Loved it!
Me and my friends spent my 30th birthday together in this wonderful house. Although there were 14 of us there was plenty of space and we were not at all on top of each other. The rooms were comfy and the games room was a huge bonus for us all! Had such an enjoyable stay and will definitely come back again. Thank you Karen 😊

Amazing 2 night stay
A group of us recently stayed at Reighton House for 2 nights and it was such a brilliant weekend. The house is absolutely beautiful, and perfectly fits 15 people. The owner Karen is so lovely and helpful. Could not fault anything, honestly an amazing 2 night stay. We’re thinking of booking again for May! :)

Fab stay!
Great property, fab location. Plenty of space for 15 of us. The property does list that a hot tub is included which is a little misleading however this did not take away from the fact it’s a beautiful property. Enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

Lovely property in Reighton
Could not fault this property in terms of cleanliness, size and amenities. It was easily large enough for 13 of us, with ample space to get a bit of ‘alone time’ if needed. We hired a hot tub which enhanced our stay even further. The only minor downside was the distance from the beach, which was a bit of a walk. However we would recommend the property.
