Wunderschöne Unterkunft in einem tollen Viertel

Ein wunderschönes und sehr großes Appartement in einem sehr schönen Viertel. Ich habe 40 min vor Ankunft gebucht und wurde sehr herzlich empfangen. Super mit allem Ausgestattet und sehr typisch eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Da ich sehr groß bin, war das Bett eine gewisse Herausforderung und leider hat man das Untergestell gespürt, jedoch besser als durchgelegen.

Take it in desperate need

Spacious although the place needs to be aired and bed replaced

The mattress is hard as bricks The apartment needs to be revamped as it holds a smell that’s like old and stuffy Neighbours at the back stay up all night and are loud Nets need to be place on all windows. No air enters room and is very hot Bathroom window need’s security as anyone can enter.

Summer extension

We had a great time in Greece. Alimo's apartments are quite simply but comfortably furnished, there is enough space, there is a huge balcony and a patio where you can drink coffee or just sit and make friends with the local cats :). I liked that the kitchen is separate from the other rooms. It is convenient that you can order a transfer from and to the airport for a reasonable additional price. There is a bus stop nearby, you can take the bus to the metro or tram. You can walk to the metro, it will take about 20 minutes. Of course, it is most convenient to rent a car, which can be parked right on the street for free.

True, we missed an electric or simple kettle to boil water for tea, so we had to use pots, which was not very convenient. We also missed the frying pan. After all, an egg can be not only boiled, but also fried :). I had to buy it myself. We left the pan. Guests who arrive after us will be able to use it.

great stay near the sea in quiet neighborhood.

Apartament is in the quiet neighbourhood, near the bus stop, walking distance to the sea. The kitchen was big and equiped, huge balcony.

Washing machine was not working. AC was only in living room so it was qiute warm in the bedroom.

Some good, some bad!

Self catering well provided for. Host very helpful and neigbourhood pleasant.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable - the worst bed we have endured for very many years! During our stay, it was very hot at night so we had to have air in the bedroom but there was a lot of noise until the early hours of the morning. The noise, combined with the dreadful bed, did not make for a good night.

You have the entire apartment for you, and that is really great, only bus and tram to the beach

the position is strategic for our needs and the street is quiet. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything you need.

although there are radiators, the owner told us to use only the AC as heating, there is only one AC at the end of the house in the living room hence, bathroom and kitchen were very cold, the bedroom quite cold.

Noisy

Perfect WiFi Very good district The bed was comfortable Almost all kitchen stuffs were there (either the kettle was missed or we didn’t search for it properly) Friendly host

We were waken up every night in the middle of the night, thinking that someone comes in to our apartment. My boyfriend sleeps usually very deeply. But there were just neighbors coming in our out their house. We had a feeling that we were sleeping without walls. Also bedroom is located close to the road on the first floor and we could hear every car and motorbike. I was surprised that in the reviews almost no one mentioned these sounds issues. 20 min walk to Metro but as we mostly stayed in Alimos for us it was not a problem. If you would like to watch city center - it is very far away. If you would like to go to the beach, better fly to the islands, as beaches close to this district were expensive and not so nice Really pity, we are often in Athens and from the first glance we really liked the apartment but because of noise never come back anymore. Would recommend the hosts to put the working table and chair as the place without sleeping over would be very nice for home office - air conditioner + perfect wife are already there

Some Kitchen appliances weren’t clean. No kettle or toaster. Utensils lacking. Owners Personal items were still in view (mirror cabinet above washbasin had personal care products etc.)

Very comfortable stay and amazing host

The apartment has all amenities you can request and being in a very beautiful and quiet area . The host owner is extremely helpful organizing an airport pick up and drop off the next day at a requested location . Also very flexible with check in and check out times. Totally recommend and would certainly book again in case I need accommodation in this area . Thank you Dionisi for everything !
