Are you looking for a pampering holiday in a quiet but close to town location in a spacious luxury villa surrounded by palm trees, cypresses and orange groves, then you will feel comfortable in our Villa Ralf.
Villa Ralf is located in a district of Denia with typical Mediterranean, village flair. Away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, the idyllic settlement is located in the middle of the orange plantations and yet central: only 3 km away from the next wonderful sandy beach and around ten minutes to the idyllic old town of Denia.

Denia is one of the most popular resorts in the Mediterranean. The small Mediterranean town with its ruined castle is considered the gateway to the Costa Blanca and is often referred to as the California of Europe. It's in season all year round.

Villa Ralf is located on a 3700 sqm plot with a beautiful, secluded garden. It was completely renovated in 2012 and offers everything that belongs to a dream vacation. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a cozy living area with gas fireplace and TV, and a 100 square meter terrace, of which 60 square meters are covered. The barbeque area is also located here. The pool is 12x5 meters, not far from there is a jacuzzi for 6 people and a sauna house. A floodlit tennis court, which can be converted into a volleyball court with just a few hand movements, a basketball hoop, table tennis table and a trampoline are available for sporting activities. A children's playground was created for small children, with a 50 square meter sandpit in which there is a baby pool, slide, swing, etc. Furthermore, there is a 60sqm guest house on the property with a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen.

And since a perfect vacation is rounded off by the fact that you can quickly and easily reach your loved ones at home or your professional contacts, free internet use is part of the all-round carefree package for your vacation.

We only charge you the final cleaning costs separately once with € 350, as well as a laundry package (bed linen, hand, shower and beach towels, etc.) with € 15 per person. For environmental reasons, we use energy-conscious electricity and charge 0.25 € per kilowatt hour based on actual consumption. The costs for water and gas consumption as well as pool and garden maintenance are included. A one-time deposit of € 400 is payable in cash to our house manager on arrival, who will keep this amount until your departure. On the day of moving out, the deposit will be repaid after visual inspection in the rental property, minus the costs for electricity, if you hand over the house without damage.

This house is ideal for large families looking for something special and of course for your club vacation.

This swimming pool was in a great central position, with plenty on sun beds. So adults could relax while children played in the pool. For eating in there was plenty of crockery and a fantastic selection of glasses. The beach was easily accessible. Denia is a lovely town. We had a great family holiday in Villa Ralf with 4 generations.

This is a lovely spacious house with a small annexe. Lots of comfortable lounging space in the shade. Good tennis court and salt water swimming pool situated in a lovely garden.Very well equipped kitchens.

el conjunto estaba con alguno problema ya que hemos sido los primeros en ocuparlo después de la pandemia. Tanto la propiedad como en especial Sabina la representante de la empresa de mantenimiento que se han volcado a todas horas VOLVEREMOS !!!!!!!!

Villa was lovely although a little dated in parts it served us well for an extended family holiday however one aspect which could be improved would be the bed linen and pillows one pillow per person is not enough and the bed linen was very poor quality, the childrens playground really needs looking at with a broken slide and swing that could not be used plus everything around that area needed a good tidy up .. on the whole the experience was a good one

The overall stay at Villa Ralf was very good, but for the price of this property I was expecting a higher standard. The main house is in good condition, but there were few things that could be improved: - The mattresses were very uncomfortable and seemed of very low quality. - the linen provided (for which we were charged separately) was of very low quality and not in very good condition. - even though the house runs on solar panels, we were charged additional 75EUR for electricity even if we hardly turned on the air conditioning at night. The stay overall was very pleasant and 6 adults and 7 kids could fit comfortably in the property.

Villa Ralf ist echt ein Schmuckstück

Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kinder, alle sehr sportlich :) Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und auf dem Kinderspielplatz, wir Erwachsene haben den schönen Garten genossen und viel Tennis und Tischtennis gespielt ,sogar spät Abends bei Flutlicht . Die Villa hat genug Platz für 12 Personen , durch die spanische Einrichtung waren wir sofort in Urlaubsstimmung. Das Haus bietet alles was man sich im Urlaub wünschen kann ( Whirpool ,Sauna, große Terrasse , Kinderspielplatz....) Wir kommen wieder ....

There were 14 of us, three families with children from age 7. We had a very comfortable stay at Villa Ralf. We went to the beach and to Terra Mitica, but spent most of the time at the house enjoying the pool, tennis and jacuzzi. A part of the group, including two 16 year old boys, went to Karting Javea to go go kart racing and they just loved it. There are no stores or restaurants within walking distance from the house, but that did not bother us. We just drove to the store and filled the house with everything we needed and went a couple of times into Denia for dinner. About 10 minute drive from the house there is a shopping mall with Carrefour in it with everything you need (Portal de la Marina, Avenida Costa Blanca, Ondara). There is also a Carrefour in Denia, but we found it more convenient to drive to Ondara. Overall, the house is great and we would highly recommend it.

Der Garten und Pool sind gut gepflegt. Das Haus allerdings ist ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Bäder und Schlafzimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden. Die zusätzlich zu zahlenden Stromkosten sind sehr hoch (3stelliger Betrag pro Woche). Auch die Pauschale für Bettwäsche und Reinigung ist unangemessen hoch. Die Belegungssnzahl ist mit 14 Personen angegeben. Vernünftig wohnen können im Haus jedoch nur 10 Personen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft für den Standard deutlich überteuert.

We were a party of 13, including 5 children. We absolutely loved it, ventured down to the beach one morning but spent pretty much the whole week around the villa. Swimming Pool, tennis, table tennis, jacuzzi, even a sauna which we didn't use! Plenty of beds and outside lounging and dining areas.

Wir waren mit fünf befreundeten Pärchen zu Gast in der "TRAUMVILLA RALF" und haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist modern und geschmackvoll. Die Doppelzimmer und Bäder sind freundlich eingerichtet, die Küchen sind mit allen technischen Geräten ausgestattet, der Barbecue-Grill wurde vom "Grill-Meister" der Gruppe geliebt! Auf der großzügigen und überdachten Terrasse wurde gefrühstückt und abends gegessen. Die Sessel in der Lounge sind äußerst bequem und laden zu langen Abenden ein. Die gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna hat uns total begeistert. Auf dem Tennisplatz konnten wir uns zudem hervorragend für die bevorstehende Freiluftsaison vorbereiten. Die Villa und der weitläufige Garten bieten genügend Platz um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen und einfach nur die spanische Sonne und die herrliche Ruhe zu genießen. Alle in der Gruppe sind sich sicher: "Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

Ein Traum. Eine Villa.

Die Villa "Ralf" bietet das ideale Umfeld, um in der spanischen Sonne zu entspannen und sich gleichzeitig sportlich zu betätigen. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe sportbegeisterter Freunde aus Deutschland angereist und haben uns in der Villa zu jeder Zeit willkommen gefühlt. Neben diversen Matches auf dem Tennisplatz, auch unter Flutlicht - ein absolutes Highlight, haben wir viel Basketball und Tennis gespielt. Die Umgebung lädt zudem zum Joggen oder Fahrrad fahren ein. Den Tag haben wir dann zumeist in der Sauna und im Whirlpool ausklingen lassen. Ein Traum. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, um auch die Bedürfnisse einer großen Gruppe zu erfüllen, z.B. mehrere Küchen mit allen technischen Errungenschaften, große Tische an denen alle einen Platz finden. Die verschiedenen Bereiche im Haus und die weitläufige Gartenanlage bieten genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, um auch mal beim Lesen zu entspannen. Die Stadt Denia in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Villa aber auch Valencia laden auf einen Abstecher ein, so dass auch die "kulturelle" Seite des Urlaubs nicht zu kurz kommen muss. Wir sind mit dem Zug von Gandia nach Valencia gefahren, welches uns mit seiner Kathedrale und der typischen mediterranen Bebauung sehr gut gefallen hat. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in dem alles gepasst hat! Die Villa mit ihrem Garten und dem Tennisplatz ist ein ganz besonderer Flecken zum Urlauben. Wir bewerten die Villa daher mit 5 Sternen!

Wir haben in der Villa Ralf mit der Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. Jedes Zimmer hat seine ganz individuelle Note. Wir waren alle absolut begeistert. Abends haben wir oft zusammen gegrillt oder haben in der gut ausgestatteten Küche zusammen gekocht. Auf der Terasse gibt es einen großen Tisch wo man wunderbar sitzen und essen konnte. Und als das Wetter einmal nicht so gut war, haben wir uns auf das Sofa vor den Kamin gesetzt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auf der Außenanlage findet man alles was das Herz begehrt! Tennisplatz, Pool, Sauna und Jacuzzi oder man legt sich auf eine der Liegen und genießt einfach die Sonne. Die Villa Ralf ist ideal für eine oder auch zwei große Familie. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das war ein schöner Urlaub !!! Haben viel sport gemacht Vollyball, Tischtennis,Tennis! Da durch ist in September komplett renoviert war das ganze Haus ist mit geschmak eingerichtet Handtücher,Bedwäsche und... alles neu ! Sehr schönen grossen Garten mit verschiedenen Pflanzen ! Wellness mit Sauna und Whirtpool war sehr gut zum erholen! Nachstes Jahr wollen wir wieder mal dahin!
