Our newly constructed Pinehurst village home combines classic cottage architecture with countless modern amenities expected by today's discerning guests. This charming home is highlighted by a spacious yard and a private courtyard, complete with a gas grill and casual seating for outdoor dining and entertaining.
Scituate House is located in the historic village of Pinehurst. It is steps away from golf, fine dining, pubs, shopping, galleries and wonderful resort amenities including the Pinehurst Spa. Miles of walking trails and multiple parks surround this village gem. This home offers you a true Pinehurst experience.

This house is perfect. 12 guys golf trip...golf, walking distance to lots of restaurants/bars, 6 rooms, 12 beds, plenty of space inside and out, plenty of parking for 6 vehicles, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This was truly an ideal house for our group. We will definitely be staying here again.

This house was very clean, tons of sleeping room for group of 7 golfers. Also had a spacious living room where we could all hang out and watch games on the TV. Very easy check-in. Location cannot be beat...walking distance to town, Pinehurst Brewing, etc. Plenty of parking. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

This well kept home is in the PERFECT location! Just a stone's throw from everywhere you want to walk! Restaurants, bars, spa...everything! Brandon is an appropriately communicative owner with good attention to detail. The house fit all 8 of us very comfortably and we were able to have a productive company sales meeting! We will definitely rent again!

Absolutely Perfect Couples Golf Getaway
The house was perfect for our group of friends. We played golf, cooked gourmet meals, played games and had a great time. Wonderful location for walking to restaurants and just a short drive to amazing golf courses. Highly recommend!

we very much enjoyed our stay in Pinehurst. the house was clean, well stocked, and within walking distance of downtown Pinehurst. The checkin and communication with the owner was easy. we are already discussing a return trip next year

Great Location
This property was great and the location was perfect. The house is within walking distance to everything. There is plenty of room and the bedroom bathroom layout is unique and works perfectly. We used it for a quick extended family get together with ages ranging from 16 - 80. I can also see how this home was designed and laid out for the perfect guys golf trip. Also has a great outdoor space. The only thing we would recommend would be a few more pots and pans because we cooked a lot. Also the girls needed more coat hangers. But these were small issues. Brandon was great to work with. He even helped us immediately retrieve an item we left behind.

This house is ideal. Huge, spacious, well built and basically in the village. Tough to beat. Can't say enough good things about it. Certainly recommend staying here.

Pinehurst hospitality
A beautiful home right in the village of pinehurst. Walking distance to the village shops, the Carolina hotel and pinehurst no 2. Just a short drive to the grocery store (under 5 mins). Host was very responsive via messenger and was so kind as to drive over an additional TV remote for us during our stay so we could get in to Netflix in the main room! Tvs in every bedroom and everyone gets their own toilet/sink as well- very nice touch. Very comfortable stay and can't wait to book again!

Rented two houses for wedding weekend
We rented this, and the Craddock house, for our large family for a wedding weekend. They couldn't have been better! Great houses, everything we needed, incredible location. Even had an oyster roast in the lovely back yard. Appreciated the white lights and the heater in December!

Brandon is very responsive. We needed extra chairs for Thanksgiving, and they were waiting for us on our arrival. The house is generously stocked. This is our 2nd year.

It doesn’t get any better than this!
This property is a very nice property in the absolute best location - across from The Pinecrest Inn. It is less than a five minute walk to the Village so no worries about finding a parking place. The owners have thought of everything - strand lights in the back with a standup propane heater for Fall evenings and a grill should you want to cook. The owners are quick to respond to any questions that you have. Our group will definitely be back to rent this house!

Perfect location and sleeps 8 people easily!
The house was literally right in the middle of historic downtown Pinehurst , right across from the Pinecrest Inn. The house was newly built and well kept. Brandon was helpful and available for any phone calls. The beds were comfortable and the outside patio area was perfect for hanging out. We were able to walk to Dugans Pub, Pinehurst Brewery, Drim and Quill, and Maxie’s for Saturday night football. We will rent this house again for our next trip.

Pinehurst Golf in September
Six of us from Michigan , in town for golf, moved into the Scituate House in Pinehurst for four nights. The house seems brand new. The kitchen, the multiple bathrooms, the furniture, and the cleanliness of the entire house were all impressive. The front porch and the patio were communal areas after golf each day. Very ample parking and the short walk up Dogwood St. to the Village made things convenient. Our host at the house, Wally, made our golf course arrangements. Additionally, he arranged for dinner on two of our nights, prepared in our kitchen by a chef and served in our dining room! Also, beverages and snacks were in the house when we arrived on Day One. The thrill of golfing in Pinehurst is clearly enhanced by all of the Southern amenities and attention to detail provided by The Scituate House.

Great Place
The house was perfect for our guys golf trip. It is updated, clean and awesome for groups. The location was fantastic. The open floor plan was great for meals, relaxing and the patio was private with plenty of room. The bedrooms were great, plenty of space and closet space. Each room having its own bathroom room plus a couple of rooms had a shared shower (2 bedrooms had their own shower) so we could get cleaned up and ready to go quickly.

Incredible stay, incredible service
This is the second time we have stayed at the Scituate House and again, our expectations were exceeded. The property was in immaculate condition as usual. This year as our group arrived, a wall of thunderstorms came through Pinehurst and knocked out power to the entire block. We called the owner Brandon - who immediately drove over with lanterns. He spoke with the power company en route - and inspected the property to see what could be done. It turned out to be a grid issue - and thankfully the power was restored in short order. Clearly storms are beyond the control of any owner - but immediately dropping everything to come over that night to make sure we were all set was unexpected and very appreciated. We will 100% continue to come back to Scituate house in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a premium stay in Pinehurst.

Perfect In Pinehurst!
My guests and I were provide with the perfect hub for our active golf vacation. The Scituate House is located within a short stroll to great restaurants, beautiful parks and the Historic “ Pine Crest Inn” is across the street. Breakfast and dinner are fantastic and the staff outstanding. All of our golf course choices were 10 minutes

Great House for Golf Trip
Very comfortable new house in a great Old Town location. Our group of 8+ golfers has been going on spring trips for over thirty years and have developed high expectations for what we need in a house. We like a house that provides adequate space for the group, easy access to the courses, nice kitchen and dining area for meals and good indoor and outdoor space to relax in the evenings. This house more than met our expectations and the location in the heart of Pinehurst was a bonus. If our spring trip take us back to Pinehurst in the future we will definitely stay here again.

Great house. Owner very responsive and house was stocked with necessities which is always nice. Plenty of plates silverware soap paper towels. Everything you need for your stay. Just bring your own shampoo. Very well laid out and the location could not be beat.

Wonderful stay
House was great for our golf group. We've been visiting Pinehurst annually for 27 years. Scituate House is by far the best accommodation in Old Town. Brandon was attentive and very easy to deal with.
