Fully separate from house—you have your own apartment with two bedrooms & two baths with showers. South Ballard location: WALK to all this popular area has to offer: QFC grocery, Olafs bar, Rupee restaurant, old town, Ballard Locks, espresso hang outs, and many popular restaurants and shops.
Quiet unit with all HEATED polished concrete FLOORS and two stylish bathrooms. Gourmet kitchen with gas range and stone counters. Eight foot ceilings throughout apartment. Master bedroom has king bed & its own bathroom with tile shower. Hall bathroom has shower. Hide-a-bed couch that is brand new and has fold out memory foam mattress. TV now new larger one. Apartment has had extensive soundproofing so you are comfortable. Owner is builder.

This part of Ballard is among the most peaceful yet close to the action of Ballard. We are west of 24th which is less busy than east of 24th. We are one house off of 28th, the boundary of all single family homes to the west, again a more relaxed area than to the east. You can easily walk to the Green Grocer, Olaf's, Rupee, Kimchi House, Samara & Piccolinos on 32nd-walk! and Copine (Michelin rated gourmet restaurant!) and the new gourmet place ADDO which are due east on 24th and 63rd. If you want a more extensive grocery selection hit QFC on 24th and 57th. Walkable! And just two more blocks is Market Street and Ballard Avenue, the main streets in Old Ballard. Ballard Ave. is one of the best streets in Seattle full of shops, restaurants and pubs! If you are in town on Sunday a must attend is the Ballard Sunday Market on Ballard Ave!

Clean apartment. Nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. TV service good. Kitchen excellent for our limited use. Parking adequate. Good location for activities in Ballard area. Landlord responded promptly to call for assistance with door lock and other questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Visited Seattle to see a Mariners series and enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood. Parking was easy, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. My son enjoyed playing a board game from the selection.

The Ballard neighborhood was very nice. There are older homes and original buildings from old Ballard and updated townhouses in the neighborhoods. I liked the closeness to downtown Seattle yet staying in a safe community. The Ballard location was close to the beach and the Ballard locks so activities to do without a lot of driving. I thought the apartment itself was clean, cozy and as advertised. Great stay for a family or individual, I would recommend this if you are visiting Seattle.

Very well appointed garden apartment. Very responsive host 30 minute (expensive) Uber ride to downtown. The Locks and Botanical gardens easy walk and very much worth the trip. Would not recommend putting anyone on the pullout sofa for more than one night, very uncomfortable. The beds, however, were VERY comfy, plenty of blankets and towels. Would highly recommend!

This property is consistently a great base for a stay of any length in Seattle. Spacious, impeccably clean, fresh, and very comfortable. Lots of natural light ++. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. In town to visit friends and attend a wedding. Location was perfect for us with walking distance (less than a mile) through friendly neighborhoods to both city shops and coffee, and botanical gardens and locks. The garden apartment was a lovely haven of clean lines, comfortable spaces, a shelf of books and games for a variety of interests, and an inviting outdoor area for coffee in the morning and a little urban birding (if you don’t mind the rain ;). Lovely bathrooms, comfy beds, elegant kitchen corner, cozy couches. Welcoming ambiance from hosts and overall a very pleasant place. We would book again if returning to Ballard.

This apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed in it. The beds are super comfy! The apartment is spacious with a nice outdoor area. Showers are very nice with excellent water pressure. Basic toiletries provided. Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to bus lines. I would definitely stay here again!

overall very nice. only complaint lack of instructions within the unit. Not much on paper. We had to guess as how to leave the property, so we stripped the beds, towels into laundry. Loaded dishwasher. Could not use the TV, way too complicated with no simple instruction

We couldn't have been happier with this place, it was perfect. I'm not sure it could've been better located to access all that Ballard has to offer on-foot. A 1-1.5 mile walk gets you to 15+ breweries, numerous coffee shops (all delicious), restaurants ... perfect. There's a direct bus line pickup to Pike Place barely 5 minutes away, and when you get home, you have a private, cozy place to rest. Can't wait to stay here again. Everything at the place was clean and well cared for, owner was communicative and friendly.
