No lo que esperaba para la marca que sustentan, en estas condiciones NO LO RECOMIENDO

El servicio del personal haciendo lo que podía

Mucha Falta de personal, no funcionaban equipos de gimnasio, no funcionaba maquina de hielo, una sola persona en recepción con una gran fila a la hora de admisión, la verdad muy decepcionado del servicio

Excelente ubicación del alojamiento y sus instalaciones.

Importante revisar las tasas de impuestos del estado de NL, antes de reservar.

Hotel Confortable

El cuarto es cómodo y tiene varias almohadas la cama. Tiene una persiana Blackout muy buena.

No me dejaron agua para beber y el teléfono de la habitación no servia. Baje me dieron agua, reporte el teléfono y hasta después de 2 horas se presentó un técnico. Tampoco me gusto que venden 1 agua mineral de 355 ml, en $70 pesos.

La atencion del personal, y las camas super comodas muy aplias e iluminadas las habitaciones, las almohadas lo mejor.

La comida de los desayunos muy malos, desde el jugo. Los frijoles parecian de que venden en bolsas. En si todos los ingredientes de muy mala calidad.

Habitación con la instalación necesaria para estar bien, todo nuevo, limpio y de buena calidad.

Se filtró mi información confidencial como nombre, habitación, teléfono la.cual fue utilizada por terceros para extorsionarme y amenazarme de muerte inclusive. Tuve que dejar la habitación a media noche por mi propia seguridad. No hubo ninguna justificación, involucramiento o interés por resolver por parte del hotel.

Habitacion grande espaciosa,bonita e impecable, lugar muy nuevo y con bonita vista a plaza galerias (que esta cruzando la calle) y el cerro de la silla, tele con streaming y buen tamaño, muy amables en el front desk, cama muy comoda

La alberca no estaba habilitada pero se entiende perfecto por la escases de agua de mty

1 week in Monterrey

The hotel is very modern, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. There is free parking available. The shopping mall Galerias is 5min away by foot. The neighborhood feels safe. There is a very nice rooftop with a pool and with a great view of city

The bar at the rooftop is not operational. We have to call the bar from the reception and they bring the food and beverage at the top.

Terraza con vistas a monterrey. La alberca de buen tamaño y el gimnasio tenía lo básico para un entrenamiento. El personal fue muy amable y servicial.

Las habitaciones tienen alfombra, no es un problema pero prefiero las de piso o madera.

My family and I enjoyed a great 5 day trip to Monterrey with soccer, shopping and site seeing

Very nice property, in a good location and extremely clean with friendly staff

This place is almost perfect, the parking garage is poorly made and is on a dangerously busy street and hard to have Ubers pick up but other than that it’s great

Great location, amazing views, wonderful service.

I had dinner and it was excellent. The waitstaff was very kind. The choices of shopping and restaurants is great. Best taco spot a few doors down, I inhaled their tacos, so warm, fresh, and made with love.

Well I didn’t know there was paid WiFi service available, that would have been useful knowledge ad I was struggling to get any work done. The business lounge I believe was in the lobby and awkwardly placed between the bar and seating/waiting lounge. The elevator was humid and smelled like it. The area for Ubers to pull upfront seems slightly dangerous.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, practical safe for important things, very clean with a great view and pool. We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after the checkout. Very nice staff and close to a mall.

A bit far from touristic areas, so expect paying more for taxis.

The only think I liked was the location I was close to stuff but not actual city which is san pedro where everything is

I didn't like alot of things don't stay here so on line it's say we're suppose to get a ride on the shuttle the front desk always said there was no driver the I've machine was never working the pool is like 3 feet you have to take out and in put you key card so the ac can work so my room.was never hot the housekeeping staff wanted to charge me for a towel that got dirty because it was the floor towel/mat the one you use to get out of the shower because it was dirty and I let them know it was the carpet it and she asked me if I was cleaning our shoes with the towels the first day I had only one towel the rooms are really small it says suite buts like a small room.no extra chair for guest to sit down my refrigerator wasn't working they wanted us to put our drinks in the lobby fridge and keep in mind I did.voice my concerns to the front desk the tv wasn't working the TV wasn't working none of the channels maybe 10 out 30

Not much to be honest

The staff was unprofessional and not helpful at all. Lots of noise in the hotel Very poor and unstable Internet in the room. No workspace beside offices in a loud lobby Cleaning services was also not up to Radisson standards

the location is perfect, and the room was just superb

The hotel Lobby is average, but the room was fantastic, with high ceiling rooms.

The entrance to the hotel´s parking is dangerous in that if you arent careful, you will hit the cement column on the right hand side.
