Navarre Beach— Gulf Front Unit!!! NO roads to cross to get to the beach, just a short walk out the front door and luxury white sandy beaches await. Make lots of new and lasting memories in Our Beach Home that features many new updates, new full sized washer and dryer (2019), brand new kitchen appliances in 2021, new countertops and updated cabinets in 2022, new couches, new full sized guest bed mattresses in 2021, new King size bed and all new furniture in master in 2023, linens, paint, flooring throughout the entire unit, renovated and updated bathrooms, hide a bed downstairs on the main level, a pack and play in the master closet and high chair. Very spacious yet cozy, beach retreat That will accommodate up to 8 people. Feels like a home away from home.
Sugar Beach Complex Located on Florida’s “best kept secret” Navarre Beach, it’s many features include fenced private patio with grill and seating, heated pool( new and replaced in 2018)( not heated during winter months) 2 parking places. Free cable and WiFi throughout the unit!!
The living room has two sofas that can accommodate a large group to gather and watch TV or play games(provided for your pleasure) .
The dining area/kitchen is combined with the living space so you can join your guest or family and not miss a thing. The Kitchen is stocked with all your basic needs. The convenience of a half bath and laundry closet located on the living level improves function and flow.
All bedrooms are upstairs for additional privacy. The master bedroom Is spacious enough for a crib/pack-n-play, features a T.V and attached bathroom, desk, dresser and walk in closet. The guest bedroom is comfortable and cozy, featuring two full sized beds, T.V., attached bathroom with a bath tub/shower combo and roomy closet. Both bedrooms have black out shades for extra comfort if you want to sleep in or take a mid day nap!!
By far one of the best features is the enclosed private patio. Enjoy your morning coffee in peace. From family barbecues (Charcoal grill provided) to lunch, dinner or early morning breakfasts, this will serve all purposes. Leave all your wet suits, sandy flip flops (on the hooks attached to the inside fence), all your beach toys, coolers, etc. safely inside the gated patio (with padlock for your security) while you lunch, nap or take a break with your family.
Showers for the beach are located on the ‘dunes cross-over walk’, an additional front porch shower awaits you as well along with a hose at the front and back door for spraying off those wet sandy feet.
The private BEACH is accessible by a short walk from the front of the unit as well thru the patio gate. The pool is heated April - October and is for use by residents/guests of this complex!!! Restaurants, public beach, fishing bridge, beach chairs and bike rentals are all within walking distance. Publix grocery, Wal-Mart and other shopping areas are close on the mainland. Uncrowded, unspoiled, and unlike anywhere else. Navarre Beach is one of those places that you can’t help but love. It’s uncrowded shores, soft sands and emerald waves have a soothing effect on your soul, make yourself at home and enjoy the sand, sun and surf. Our unit is only steps from the ocean, no crossing any busy roads or streets, simply walk out your front door turn right, it's about 150 steps and the paradise awaits you, follow the sidewalk to the beach. This unit is not handicap accessible, both bedrooms are upstairs!

Location was on Navarre beach and about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The condo was not very clean. Lots of crumbs and grime that hadn’t been cleaned there were also bugs in the kitchen. Most of the beach stuff they had was rusted and broken. Overall we had a good stay.

The condo was perfect. The owners are so amazing to work with. They were available when there was an issue and super helpful. I hate to tell everyone how wonderful this place is because I want to keep it a special secret place. You truly felt like you were walking into a friend's house. It is super decorated and has comforts of home like throw blankets, towels, games and more. The 3 bathrooms sent this place over the top. Excellent

Everything was great! The room didn’t have a view of the ocean, but it was only a short walk from the room! Loved the thoughtful care reflected in the room.

Room was great. Communication with owner needs a little help. Access to the beach could be improved. Absolutely not handicapped accessible. Need to have a way to the beach for people who have carts. TV’s in unit need to be updated. Fridge needs to be set to a colder temp. Shower curtain in secondary bedroom needs some attention. All minor things. Enjoyed my stay overall

Condo was beautiful! Had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the beach and pool immensely. Did a little fishing and caught the sunset on the pier a couple nights. Great vacation!

Absolutely loved this condo, it was clean and had everything you could think of! Very short walk to the beach and the pool was never crowded. It was a very relaxing stay. Definitely will recommend and will hopefully be coming back in the future!!

Nice, clean, updated condo located close to the beach. Easy check in. Our only complaints were that all of the windows were unlocked, and one of the blankets had a blood stain on it.

It was absolutely perfect. Quick walk to one of the nicest beaches I’ve ever been to (Navarre Beach). I’ve visited Florida multiple times but I think this is a place I want to return to.

I had a small list of things that were important in my family’s choice of stay. #1 was beachfront: the listing states it’s steps to the ocean (350 to be exact) but the unit is at the road in this complex, not an ocean view like I thought. #2 HEATED pool for my children. The title of the listing says heated pool, but the week of the trip the owners messages me stating the pool is not heated during the winter months (it was still considered fall when we went). My children love to swim anywhere we go and I was thoroughly disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated. Winter is the time of year when a pool would NEED to be heated, not during summertime in Florida!
The unit was very clean but all the towels smelled sour like they sat in the washing machine a long time and then were dried and put up. I had to rewash them all before using and I had to clean the washing machine because it had mildew around the gasket.
The complex was nice and quiet and was close to several restaurants.
Our family will return to Navarre but we will look for somewhere with an ocean view

This condo is so nicely decorated and is in a great location. Everything we needed was there. Its clean and well stocked. The only downfalls i had for this rental are when we walked in the scent plug ins almost knocked us down. It was so strong. I use these too but these were insanely strong. The smell progressively felt stronger. By the end of night one, my nose was running, i had a migraine, i was nauseous and i couod taste the plug ins. My husband found like 7 total and we unplugged them. The smell calmed down a little every day thank goodness. I also was a little disappointed in being told where i had to keep the thermostat. I wish that had been mentioned when booking. We keep our own home very cool so when on vaction we would hope to do the same. This was my second stay here and neither of these things were like this the last time. I emailed on the road from north Mississippi for check in instructions at 8 am which still had not been sent. She did respond witht them quickly though. Again the condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked. These are just a few things I wish were different.

It was as expected. Clean, big enough for everyone and the host were easy to get in touch with. You can't see the beach/water from this unit but its only a few steps away. The pool was small but it did the job when we were tired of the sand. I would 100% rent this unit again.

The condo was a great size for the 4 adults and 2 kids who stayed. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was very spacious. We used the grill one night and it was a really convenient amenity to have. The TVs weren't great, but we didn't need them too much anyways. Be patient with the water pressure in the inside showers because it will take awhile to wash your hair. The beach was a short walk away and I loved the shower in front of the condo to rinse everything off. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

I have only one issue. But first, we had a fantastic time. The location is excellent, and the beach is close and clean, with beautiful water. The condo was clean and as the photos advertised. Our only issue was the A/C. It only goes to 70, which was fine. I usually sleep at a cool 67 degrees, but 70 felt fine. The issue was the temperature would never stay at one level. I would turn it down, and an hour later, it would go back up. We were gone most of the day, so this wasn’t a huge deal. But it wasn’t fun going to bed at 70 degrees and waking up at 76 degrees. Other than that single issue. We loved the place, and we would honestly stay again.

From my research of this property, I expected to be directly on the beach with back patio access. Unfortunately, the back patio did not have direct beach access and was padlocked.
The walk was short to the board walk and beach, which was great; but no boardwalk ramp to bring wagon along.
Keurig coffee maker had mold in the water resevoir and moldy filter. Bath towels smelled musty, as did the front-loader washing machine.
Great stock of kitchen utensils, dinnerware, etc. Inside of microwave had food splatters all over it.
Not impressed with community pool.
Outdoor shower hoses very handy to rinse off sand.

Perfect place for our family. Very clean and modern, and more than enough space for a family of 5. The private beach was great, and its a short drive to Destin or Pensacola for more attractions. We enjoyed staying in Navarre though where it was more peaceful and less crowded.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was spotless inside, all the amenities we needed were provided plus some, it was about a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, and there’s a nice community pool we could use. Not to mention, only about 10 minutes from stores, restaurants, Walmart, etc. If we had questions, the owners answered almost immediately. If we head back to Navarre, this will definitely be the place we stay again! Couldn’t have been a better vacation with my husband and our 3 boys! Highly recommended!

The townhome and the proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants were exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of space, lots of linens and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing vacation and the location of this condo was so close to the beach. Only took 3 mins to walk there. The house was clean and had a great beachy vibe. The beds were comfortable and perfect size for our family of 5. Easy to walk to the Navarre fishing pier on the beach or a two minute drive. Great central location for driving to watch the Blue Angels practice at Fort Pickens or to get to Destin to take a dolphin sunset cruise. Quite beach made for a great family experience. Loved this beach getaway and would recommend it to anyone who asked! Thanks for the perfect beach getaway for a week! We can’t wait to come back again!

Everything was easy! Located just steps away from beautiful white soft sands!! Everyone had a wonderful time. Each having a different best!! The heated pool, the beach steps away, buccaneer pirate ship a short drive away as well as the gulfarium! Thank you for such a beautiful place to stay!

This is our third year in a row staying at this clean and beautifully decorated two bedroom condo. We love the location, being only a couple of hundred steps away from the beach. We know that when we arrive the accommodations will be clean and everything will be in working order. And the price is reasonable. We always look forward to our stay at this property.
