Property is well cared for. The front desk needs a little help but would definitely go back.

Excellent apartment in a quite part part of the wonderful Jackson.

All as advertised. Everything went very smooth.

Very pleasant stay. Great house for a family vacation and plenty of room for everyone! Park was well taken care of in the snow and easy to get back and forth from the town.

It is not cheap for what you are getting. The amenities are below average at best. There are better places. The outpost people we dealt with were all great and helpful, the space just isn't justified by the cost.

We had a nice stay at the condo. It met our expectations.

Nice Property for Families
The location was great and the management was very good about sending check-in instructions, etc. The property was clean and exactly as pictured on VRBO. It was within walking distance to nearby parks, gondolas, and events, such as the outdoor Shakespeare production. One can also walk into downtown Jackson, although that is about a 20 minute walk. Very doable, but it was pretty hot when we were there, so we drove as often as we walked! Overall, I would highly recommend this property or renting from their management group, Outpost Vacation Rentals.

The pluses: the property management team was very responsive & provided a cute welcome package, the condo is conveniently located for walking around town and the Snow King trails are right outside your door.
The minuses: there was a series of mishaps starting with internet not working, which was corrected when my husband realized the cables were incorrectly plugged in. Then after a long drive, we went to go to bed and in the master bedroom, there was the loudest buzz/vibration, where the window pane was actually vibrating. We quickly realized we couldn't sleep there and went to the guest bedroom, which is when we discovered the heat wasn't working, nor in the bathroom. After digging around, we found space heaters upstairs. The management company did send someone out the next day to fix the heater and listen to vibration, but reported that they didn't hear the noise. I sent a recording that evening and they agreed there was an issue. Finally, the mattress cover in the master bedroom was actually dirty with old blood stains. Again, they offered to come change it, but we were already in the guest bedroom, so we politely declined.
We have stayed in a lot of VRBO's over the years and I've never had to leave a negative review. My take is that the condo needs a bit more TLC, especially in the colder months to ensure everything is working properly.

The property was fantastic and everyone should see Jackson in the Fall!

My wife and I specifically were trying to avoid staying in Snow King so we were excited to find an option that we thought was called "pitchfork" not realizing that this was a name for one of the Snowking neighborhoods. Would have been nice if the original posting had been clearer. Having said that the accommodations were nice, clean and fully functional. The staff were very friendly and easy to work with. Parking was a problem as there just weren't enough spots for all the vehicles.

This was our second stay in an Outpost rental during our one week vacation in Jackson. We were surprised that the entry code for this rental was the same entry code we were provided for our previous Outpost rental. Upon arrival we were also surprised to find another couple unpacking in our unit. After talking with them, they realized they were in the wrong unit, but because their entry code allowed them access, they assumed they were in the right place. Even more surprising, the couple who were mistakenly in our unit when we arrived found someone in their correct unit, which was nearby. These incidents indicate that Outpost has a significant problem with security in the procedures it uses to allow guests access to the rental units.
We rented our unit through VRBO and rely on the site to provide an adequate description so we can determine whether the rental is a good fit for our needs. The description did not do that in this case. As two couples traveling together, we wanted two bedrooms and two baths. While this unit technically meets that requirement, what was unsaid is that one bathroom is upstairs, while both bedrooms are downstairs. Accessing the upstairs bathroom from either bedroom requires going up the stairs and crossing the living area and kitchen. Plus, the sink for both bathrooms is out in the open, not behind a closeable door. Upstairs, the sink opens to the kitchen, while downstairs it opens to a hall. As my wife put it, it's gross to think that while I dry my hair and brush my teeth upstairs, strands of hair and spittle could be blowing into the kitchen. This arrangement might be acceptable for a family with small children, but it's not for two couples needing some minimal amount of privacy. In addition, the bunk bedroom has no closet. The only storage space is a built-in hat rack with five hooks and two, one-cubic foot cubes that slid into the hat rack. Bright lights shone into the bedroom at night through the thin window coverings. We had to buy sleep masks in order to sleep.
On the positive side, the rooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The unit has partial views of the surrounding mountains and was convenient to the main square for shopping and dining. The decorations in the rental reflected the Jackson area.

"Comfortable and Homey"
If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, this is the place. The beds and bedding were top notch. The bathrooms were clean and had the basic amenities. The decor was had a "homey" feel. This place is close to restaurants and shopping and just a short drive to Teton Park. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location
We had a couple of maintenance issues, management was immediately accessible and took care of our needs. Excellent communication. Check in/out process was super easy. We had plenty of space for our family of 4.

Overall this location was great. Well maintained, super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. One issue with the heat not working in the front bedroom, but when I reached out they came and fixed it immediately. Management team was very helpful.....loved that they brought us our pre ordered groceries to have on hand when we arrived. The keyless entry is great! I would definitely stay here again.

A good base to explore the area. Nice area for an evening walk. Stephanie's response was immediate re: a small issue. Place has been well used but perfectly adequate. Plenty of room. Pillows could be better & a sponge or 2 would have been helpful to clean up.

Excellent stay
4 of us stayed in the condo. My son lives a mile away. It was a great place to gather and spend time together.
My one suggestion would be for the owners to replace the useless wine cabinet in the kitchen with a small kitchen island. There is absolutely no counter space and we like to cook and have nice meals. If you are not planning to cook then no problem. This would be the reason for us to choose a different place. That is just a personal preference. Other than that everything was great and we really enjoyed our week here.

Our stay was very pleasant and we felt like we were in a safe area. I think we were probably the first ones to stay in the condo since the Covid 19 epidemic started. It would have been nice to have a cup of coffee the first morning and in the bedroom, there was a buzzing/vibrating, which the owners may not be aware of, but should address and a nice touch would be some small dressers in the bedrooms for clothes. All in all, we had a nice experience and would recommend this condo.

Jackson vacation
The condo was exactly as described. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent comfy linens, good towels. Check-in and check-out process was the best I've experienced in my travels. Communication with the management company was efficient, quick, and welcoming.

The bunk with a king bottom and twin top worked well for our 3 children. The location is convenient for a ski trip to Snow King. We would book it again.

Great little condo
Perfect for our vacation - two guys on a ski trip. The kitchen/living/dining area is fine, but the master was on the ground floor and very cold.

Charming home away from home
Clean, comfortable, easy access to anywhere in town. Lovely hosts, a perfect stay!

Worked great for the six of us
Easy to get to at the quiet end of town. The new king size bed on the 2nd bedroom was great. Basically there are two bedrooms - the master bedroom with the washer and dryer and the kid room which could even fit four. Three on the king bed and one on the bunk bed.
Would recommend this condo a lot.
