We had a great time at the property. A+ proximity to beach. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

This was the 2nd time our extended family (grandparents, adult kids and spouses, 8 grandkids) vacationed here, and the experience was well worth repeating. House was ideal for our large group, and close access to beach was terrific. Would happily return a 3rd time.

This property is not suitable/accessible to persons with certain disabilities or mobility limitations and this is not disclosed in any of the information provided in advance of full payment and arrival. This is a significant safety issue for certain renters, including members of our group.
It is also important to note in advance that cell phone service ranges from poor to not available for those who might rely on that for various reasons.
The property is otherwise as advertised.

Everybody loved the home, the location and the neighbourhood
The kitchen was great, and loved the huge dining room table. It was nice to have all of sit together for meals.

Perfect size to accommodate our four adult children and their kids and my husband and I. Bedrooms are well situated for privacy and the common rooms are large enough to accommodate us all. Loved our coffee on the front porch with view of the beach. House had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would recommend to others!

We loved the beach house! Fantastic location -beach almost seemed like private beach - and so close! Our family loved the home. Everything we needed was there. Deer in the morning on the beach and in the evening by the fire pit was an added bonus.
We are already planning to return next summer.

Nice home near Lake Michigan with ample room for our 13. Other related family visited for a family reunion during the day, and we all loved the views, the house, and the space (indoors and out). Parking in back was ok (once we found it) and even the older members made it OK over the hill or up the frount stairs to the house. Management tended to any issues very promptly.

We loved our stay here! The house was perfect and the lake view was beautiful! It was great being so close to the beach. All instructions and communication about the house were fantastic, we'd definitely return!

The house was good location for our family reunion. Communication was great however the cleanliness was subpar for sitting outside. The grill was totally rusted and unusable. This was very disappointing. The rooms on the lower level were so cold we had to go out and by 2 electric heaters. All the bedrooms had multiple lightbulbs out so we had to replace those. Kitchen needed cereal bowls. Dishwasher was very finicky with using. We had a good time and the beach was very nice!

Our family of 14 had a great time for New Year’s in this house. We range in age from 6 to 74 and there was enough space for us to spread out when we wanted to and to be together when we wanted! Everything was perfect except the weather! We enjoyed deer sightings and walks on the beach.

Perfect location and the house was well designed and curated. We had an amazing stay and they were very responsive. The kitchen could’ve used a few more essential items but nothing that would knock off a star or anything. Loved our trip! Thank you!

We had a family gathering over a long weekend. We grilled, had a fire in the back pit, played games at the massive dining table, cooked in the extremely well-stocked kitchen, and gathered on the deck for drinks and snacks. Four of us swam in Lake Michigan; it was surprisingly warm, and the water was crystal clear. This is a terric home with a lot of accomodations.

This lovely big house was clean and well supplied for cooking and feeding a big group. Easy access to the lake and a neighborhood park was a big plus. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but the property managers took care of it within hours. Great place for a family reunion.

Beds were great - very comfortable! Great location with Lake MI a short walk away. Easy day trip to Chicago on train from MI City. Great food store - Al's supermarket on Hwy 12 south to MI City. Watch out for deer crossing roads in neighborhood. Very peaceful & quiet neighborhood. Be sure & check out Oinks ice cream in New Buffalo.

Great location! Lots of space, inside and out, for our family of 12. Lovely views of Lake Michigan and just a short walk down to the beach. The home is on a street that dead ends at a beach access with no public beach parking, so it is very quiet. Large kitchen, great for cooking and hanging out. Big dining room table. Excellent laundry facilities. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, updated baths. Very comfortable front room and front deck. Back yard is wooded and charming. Close walk or bike ride to a nice public park with tennis/Pickleball courts, bocce court and great children’s playground. Loved to ride bikes or walk/run along Lake Shore Drive as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We came to Michiana to celebrate my son's wedding. Our family wanted to stay together and cherish this time before the wedding. The beach is literally just a few steps away and the view on the front porch is perfect for morning coffee and conversation. There was a huge limb that fell during a storm and the ice maker didn't work. HOWEVER, the manager was very responsive and took care of each situation quickly.

We selected this house for a family reunion weekend and had 8 adults and 7 children stay for a long weekend. The house is spectacular- stunning views all around and a stone's throw from the Lake and beach. The hosts are incredibly responsive and genuine in their wishes for a positive stay. My entire family was impressed- which is saying a lot- and we would absolutely stay at this gorgeous house again or at another property of the hosts. We had a wonderful time.

Our stay at the chalet
The family had a wonderful week getting together for my birthday! The only downside was how difficult it was for my husband and one daughter to manage the stairs and sand. Still, they would do it again, if Mom’s paying!!
