Its popular location means a 2 minute walk to Horseshoe Bay, popular beaches, cafes and local restaurants and ensures there is no need for the car. Its features brand new designer furnishings and is decorated with modern decor which ensures the property has a classy and beachy feel which will not disappoint.

The property split over two levels offers the following layout:
Downstairs
-Rear entry and undercover parking for one car, more parking is also available on site or at the front of the property
-A rear courtyard featuring BBQ and outdoor Shower
-Two bedrooms, one featuring a queen and the second a tri bunk (double with single above), ceiling fans
-Second living area offering lounge, TV and DVD player, a perfect place for the kids to relax
-Bathroom and laundry with separate toilet
-Access to front courtyard and gate to beach
Upstairs
-Kitchen featuring dishwasher, Oven, Microwave and fridge. The kitchen is also very well stocked with everything you need and more - including Breville manual coffee machine (guests to provide own ground coffee beans) and filtered water tap
-Main living with designer lounges, comfy arm chairs, ceiling fans for comfort and views out to the ocean. Views feature all the way from Port Elliot to Encounter Bay and beyond
-Dining with seating for 8 (Highchair available)
-Master bedroom featuring queen with ensuite
-Front balcony offering chairs and tables for a couple to sit out and relax and enjoy the view

Recently had a week's holiday in 2 days staying at 14/3 Merrill place pt Elliott.
The beds were really comfortable, was really clean, lots of cooking stuff to use and a view of the bluff from our balcony. Glad we could park out the front, as the carport is a bit squeeze. Loved it. Would recommend to my friends. Coral, christa and Christine.

Beautiful well maintained property with amazing views. Our hosts had provided everything possible. We loved the peaceful location, comfortable beds and space to store our bikes & car out the back. Easy to walk to great eateries and coastal path. Encounter Bikeway only one street away.Highly recommend this property.

Myself and 2 friends do our annual trip to Port Elliot, normally choosing a different rental each time…but after this one we think we’ve found a new permanent place!! Internally everything is as advertised, plenty of space and all the things we needed but the winner is the location ❤️ Either from the lounge room or out on that balcony the view of stunning all day and night.

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The view from upstairs is delightful and it's very close to the town centre. The cooking facilities are very good, with lots of equipment, and heaps of useful stuff in the pantry cupboard and drawers. Very good knives, too. Beds were comfortable though we did think having to order the linen separately was a pain. It would have been nice to have furniture in the downstairs courtyard as the upstairs balcony isn't in the sun for long. Good to have laundry detergent, cleaning products and heaps of books and games. It's a good family place!

Great outlook onto the beautiful ocean. Good walks and close to great cafes and restaurants and pubs. Accomodation was excellent and the right place to chill. The only noise were the waves!!

A very clean and well-equipped apartment with a great view of the ocean. The location is wonderful as it is within walking distance of the main street of Port Elliot, and has the spectacular walking path to Horseshoe Bay starting right out the front. The bedrooms are very comfy, the upstairs bathroom has not been updated but there is a great new shower alcove downstairs. We had a very relaxing stay here and would not hesitate to return.

Lovely clean, well equipped property. I really enjoyed my stay. The town house has everything you need & is in a great spot. I loved sitting in the living area looking out at the beautiful view of the ocean. Definitely recommend & will book to go back another time.
