Best place for Andalusia

Everything was perfect. Including the morning view. Not to mention that is was the best position to visit Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Malaga. Don t worry about the parking You just need a smaller car. If not, you ll need to manevre a little. Thank you for everything

Excellent!

Monica is a very attentive host, her apartment is great, check-in instructions are very detailed, and car garage is not tight :)! And, by the way, Antequera is very good looking city!

Had some issues

Let me start by saying that the apartment is very nice, well decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped (though it would have been nice to have a coffee maker-all other apartments on our trip did). The apartment has a good location (a 5 to 7 minute walk to the center), has an elevator, and is in a quiet part of town. However, 2 issues made our stay a little less than perfect.

My wife and I have stayed in numerous places throughout Europe, are independent travelers, and have driven over 100,000km. With that said this is the first time everything was done by texting-check in, where to park, sightseeing and eating recommendations, apartment issues, check out, etc. Call us old fashioned, but we like some personal contact with the owner/manager/staff of where we are staying. Even though the owner’s online information was very good, it lacked that personal touch we are used to receiving. For example, sending our passport information via text is not acceptable. The second issue was with the parking. Even though we were informed that the included garage parking could be tight, we didn’t understand just how tight it would be. We had an economy class car (Ford, Puma). After taking 15 minutes to get the car into the garage, we determined we had to find public parking on the street and took another 15 minutes to get the car out of the garage. 1cm on each side of the car to spare. Finding parking on the street is next to impossible. So if you are a Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp,3 hour a day text person, this could be your ideal vacation spot. The people we met at our other rental apartments added to our vacation experience and made us feel comfortable.

Okay in Antequerra

Price for 2 nights very reasonable and included parking. Location convenient to access tourist sites in the area. Washing machine and detergent big bonus!

Parking was difficult to access (thank goodness we had a small compact car). Apartment wasn't very clean (crumbs on dining table, wet spots on counter). Remote control was needed to access the garage so back and forth between key retrieval/drop off and apartment (where we were told to pick up/drop off the remote control).

Noisy Apartment near fort

The location of the apartment was near shops and attractions but I gave it a low score because it was on a noisy cobble road with cars and scooters going down it all night. In fact it was the noisiest apartment we've ether stayed in .

The constant noise all day and night . The poor air conditioning, not working correctly, only working like a fan .

Overall good place, but slightly spoiled by problem with gate.

Location, everything in walking distance. The apartment was as described, clean and had everything we needed. Good information from the host before we arrived.

To open the gate at the main entrance was very difficlt the whole time, sometimes the key wouldn't turn. A neighbour helped us during the second day, even she found it difficult, but she was pleasant. However, at night when we struggled again, another neighbour came and was very angry. He opened it, but continued to shout at us. We passed this to our host and she accused us of kicking the gate and said we could cause a problem. She also said that we were angry, not true. She did then offer for someone to help us checkout, but we managed by going through the garage.

A fabulous place to stay in Antequera. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Everything! Beautifully clean, stylish, comfortable, central location. Communication with Monica was speedy, efficient and helpful. she provided great tips for our stay in this wonderful town. we loved the security of a garage space for our motorbike. Couldn’t have been better!

It was a fab stay in a super apartment in a wonderful town!

Very good

We stayed here 2 years ago, so I knew what to expect. :) Monica the host is very helpful and kind. The digital lock is a nice improvement. The apartment is nice and fully equipped. The new matrass was very comfy, the cleanliness is excellent as always. We loved the location and the apartment.

Unfortunately the neighbors were very noisy this time. Also I forgot that the bed is rather small (140cm wide) so one of us had to sleep on the couch :( 140 cm is not enough for 2 adult but this is a common problem everywhere in Spain. Please check on the washing machine because it was extremely noisy, it really needs a repair.

Spacious, clean, satisfied most of our needs.

The check in didn’t make any sense at all, we had real problems accessing the building without a key for outer door. The key code supplied was utterly useless as there was nowhere to tap it in. No pillows supplied for sofa bed.

Viva La Vega !

Our host Monica was very helpful and informative. The location of the apartment is perfect as only a few minutes to the central square. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. We particularly liked the linen on the bed (10/10 Monica). Would recommend the apartment to anyone. Personally dont know why anyone would book an hotel room when Monica's apartment is available

Superb

The apartment is big, well equipped and very clean, we loved it. :)

The bed was very small, 2 people cannot sleep on it, and it was uncomfortably soft, but fortunately there was a sofa in the living room too.the apartment was a bit noisy due to the type of pavement on the street, so unfortunately there is no sleep after 7 in the morning :/

All in all, this was our very first stay in Spain, we couldn't be more satisfied & keen to return.

The property is located almost in the heart of Antequera, literally 5 min walk to town centre, Alcazaba castle and Santa Maria Church.The apartment is very comfortable even for four people, very well equipped and kept clean. And if you feel really hot, you can use small private pool safe enough for kids as well. Also, we would very strongly recommend to visit Bar Socorrillo, small tapas bar with very friendly, helpful staff, enjoying local atmosphere.
