Joli jardin en ville, un endroit à découvrir! Je vous le recomnande

Des appartements nichés dans un endroit très agréable et discret. Fleurs, palmier, plantes tropicales rares (citronnelle et autres) agrémentent vos réveils. J'ai beaucoup apprecié la discrétion et la sécurité du lieu. La proximité de beaucoup de commodités est un critère non négligeable. (services administratifs à 200m, une clinique à 50m et d'un poste de police). Les supers marché Carrefour et Spar sont à 10mn de "Joli Jardin". Un personnel toujours à l'écoute et prompt à aider, mais qui reste discret. Marie, la propriétaire est un trésor à découvrir, tout comme le lieu. J'ai vraiment passé un séjour mémorable. Je vous le recommande vraiment. Le seul petit "hic", le ménage n'est fait qu'une fois par semaine. Point à revoir...

La beauté du lieu, le personnel, la discrétion, le confort. Le WIFI et l'eau n'ont JAMAIS FAIT DÉFAUT!

It could be better

The area is spacious with all equipment for a good stay. It has great potentiality, but needs to be taken care of, to be polished for an array of clients and guests The location is great, close to amenities at a walking distance

The internet connection is very poor, I struggled to download emails, even to make WhatsApp calls The feeling from the caretaker that I was not paying while I told him I had foreign currency that I needed to exchange The house needs to be retouched as some places are very old and need fixing…

Ce fut une leçon !

La Clim, de l’eau chaude, wifi. Je pouvais recevoir des visiteurs et la famille.

Logement près d’un marécage (Trop de moustiques jour et nuit, impossible de profiter de la terrasse. Toujours fermer la porte pour ne pas laisser entrer les moustiques, malgré ça, ça ne fonctionnait pas. Odeur de peinture à mon arrivée. Ménage pas fait avant mon arrivée. Frigo pas nettoyé. La puanteur que dégage le lave-linge. Siphons de la douche bouchés. Baignoire en très mauvais état. Pas de groupe électrogène. Pièces de vie pas assez éclairées naturellement, il faut allumer. Le chien sans laisse un soir à 21h alors que les visiteurs sortaient de chez moi. Ménage pas fait durant les 11 jours de mon séjour. C’est inconcevable les propriétaires m’aient laissé vivre dans cette insalubrité. Le logement en Rez-de-chaussée a besoin d’une rénovation totale avant d’être loué.

Fantastic stay tinted by electricity cut😀

I had a fantastic stay, beautiful appartement, clean, free of cockroaches which is great good facilities, close to most amenities, quiet and safe neighbourhood and the host was polite and approachable. However, i noticed a few things that made me not to score the highest marks; Its a very beautiful appartement, i loved it but i think it needs some improvement especially as light disruption are frequent, may be an alternative light could be installed as done in other places e.g using a generator/plant etc.

- The security was not tough enough as i expected for a gated house. People that visited were just let in without the security virgil seeking permission from guest/ me. - i stayed for 11 days and cleaning was undertaken just once. i asked for toilet roll on the 7th day, as it was finished in the bedroom toilet, the host replied that i should used the one in the visitor's toilet which i think its not right. - There have been light disruption now and then which was ok until the one that happened for the whole day (Saturday) and this was terrible, The heat was unbearable, i couldn't packed my luggage or do any other thing on that day and slept in the dark. I suffered mosquitoes bite because of the air-conditioning or fan not working as a result of the electricity cut. I did asked the host if there was an alternative and she advised a torch... which was only helpful for a couple of hours and it went off. Apart from that i had a fantastic stay and will stay again and hoping there will be no electricity cut.
