About this house rental

This newly renovated 3-bedroom heated pool home is conveniently located halfway between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach (30 minutes). All furnishings and appliances in the home are brand new. Come and enjoy outdoor living, the screened in lanai has an outdoor sofa sectional with a 40-inch TV, an outdoor dining table that seats six and a propane grill. There is a large private back yard with a volleyball/ badminton net.

The family room looks out at the pool area through two sets of glass sliders. There is a 70-inch Smart HDTV connected to cable with free WIFI throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that is needed to prepare meals. If you prefer to eat inside there are two bar stools located in the kitchen along with a large dining room table that seats six located in the dining room.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 47-inch smart TV. The master bathroom has two separate vanities and a walk in shower and a jetted jacuzzi tub. The next bedroom has a queen size bed along with cable TV. The last bedroom has a bunk bed consisting of two full size mattresses and a TV. There is also a Teepee set up in the room for children to play in.

There is also a game room which features a 7 foot pool table and a TV. The garage also has a ping pong table for enjoyment.

The property was clean, and the neighborhood was great! Neighbors are very friendly. There is everything you need to enjoy your stay and even towels & chairs for the beach, plenty of pool toys & floats! The kitchen was fully stir with whatever you may need. Roland was very accommodating & quick to respond. We appreciate the thought & care the owner takes to make sure you everything you need! Would definitely recommend 😁

The kids loved the pool and they enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. Plenty of room for all 8 of us that stayed. Very friendly host and always got back to me fast if I had any questions.

The house looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Everything is proper and clean. Everything you could possibly need is there, including things like a babybed, boosterseat, towels, pooltoys etc. The owner and his father are very helpfull if you need anything else. The house and pool are very wellicht maintained by the owner and his father. We would definantly like to stay heren again!

This is our 2nd stay at this house and we always enjoy being here. The kids love the pool and playing ping pong and the pool table! It's a perfect family vacation house! We were only 10-15 mins away from Flager Beach and it was so beautiful. There are plenty of great restaurants around and lots of activities to do nearby. Theres grocery stores on every corner it seems like. The property owner was quick to respond when we needed to ask him something . We will definitely be coming here every year!

Have stayed in many vacation homes, this is by far the best. Beautiful, clean, has more than expected. The family spent most of the time at the pool and it was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Took many walks and did not feel unsafe at all.. Not on the beach, you have to drive everywhere but everything is reasonably close and that is what i prefer.Will definitely rent this home again. You will definitely not be disappointed renting this home

We found the home very clean. Well stocked with items for cooking,games,floats etc…. Having the pool right off the living areas was fantastic!!!! We had 90 degree weather and the pool was fantastic for evening swimming!!! We could spend our days at the beach. The home’s location was close to Flagler Beach,Daytona,St Augustine with lots of restaurants,shops and grocery stores in the area. You will need to drive places. We also received quick responses from property owners whenever we had a question, we also had to change our dates and they were extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this home!!! Thank you

Had a great experience staying here for my first vacation with family. The house was very clean. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and billiards table during our stay. The house was perfect. Everything was clean the pool was warm. There are TVs throughout the home inside and out. The garage was stocked with pool toys for young and us older folks too. No need to head to the beach store the boogie boards are there. Traveling with a baby they have you covered from pack and plays to tubs. This is a perfect family getaway. Don’t hesitate to pick this home you won’t be disappointed.

This property is as great as the description. It was clean and up to date. The heated pool was a hit with everyone, even when it was in the 50’s in the evening! We also used the pool table multiple evenings after a swim. There are plenty of towels and pool toys. The pantry was nicely stocked, plenty of spices etc. The one thing I could recommend would be to replace the frying pans, they were all way past their prime, to much abuse by previous renters. The master bedroom and bath where very spacious, and the lighting excellent, but note there is no door between the two, so there is a bit of lack of privacy. This house is a great location halfway between St Augustine and Daytona Beach. If we are ever in the area again we would love to stay here!!

This property was definitely as advertised and a great alternative to staying in a hotel. The house had all the amenities that you could need ranging from a private pool to a washer and dryer with detergent provided. The house was clean and the owner was very easy to communicate with when needed. We rented this house as an alternative to going to a hotel amid the pandemic and were very happy with the stay overall. The kids LOVED THE POOL and the pool table. If traveling back to the Palm Coast area, we would definitely try and re-book this house.

Our family booked a quick getaway vacation during this pandemic. Basically, we went from being in our hind to this home for a few days. We loved the pool and playing pool and ping pong. Really didn’t have to go out except for groceries. The owner, Roland, was extremely helpful in regards to questions. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely be back. .

We spent a week at this place with 2 kids and it was perfect for us. We had more rain than normal when we go to Flordia this time of year so it was great to have indoor activities available to us. The kids enjoyed playing pool and ping pong! When it was nice and sunny it was so relaxing sitting by the pool and watching tv while the kids swam in the heated pool . The property was very well furnished! We cooked pretty much the whole time we were there which was so nice during this pandemic. All in all we had an amazing time .. I teared up a little having to leave and go back home . We will definitely rebook for next year! Thank you Roland for everything!

The house was very clean and the furnishings were very attractive and new. Our grandchildren were with us and enjoyed the pool and all the games you provided. The pool table was a big hit as well as the board games. They enjoyed volleyball too, until the windstorm blew down the net. Your home provided us a with a very pleasant experience.
