樓下屬殯葬業，有禁忌者要注意，其他尚屬不錯。

空間大、浴室水壓大，廚房食用品很充足。

無停車位。

実家のような安心感

駅が近く、小田原港や近くの魚屋さんで地魚を食することが出来る。すぐ近くにミカンの販売所(100円で購入)がある。コンビニも近い。回転すし屋も近い。

シャワーが壊れていて浴びることが出来ない。浴室のリニューアルの必要あり。

Kurzaufenthalt für einen Tagesausflug nach Hakone.

Die Lage zum nächsten Bahnhof war Fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und 3 Minuten Zugfahrt vom nächsten größeren Bahnhof Odawara. Wir konnten unser Essen selbst zubereiten, es war alles nötige Geschirr und Töpfe sowie Reiskocher, Microwelle und Toaster vorhanden. Wir haben einen Tagesausflug nach Hakone gemacht was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Leider was es am Ausflugstag bewölkt, sodass wir den Fuji leider nicht sehen konnten. Das hat jedoch nichts mit der FeWo zu tun.

Bien pour une courte durée

Logement pas trop éloignée de la gare. Facile de trouver un resto pas trop loin. Logement spacieux.

Lits pas très confortables et route bruyante. Pas de rideau besoin d un masque pour les yeux.

留守にしている小田原の親戚宅に、泊まりに行った感じ

早川駅の周辺は、海の幸を食べさせてくれる飲食店以外は個人的にあまり行くところはないのだけど、ゲストハウスは駅から近いので、熱海方面や小田原方面にすぐ行けるのが良かった。最大8人まで一緒に泊まれるということだが、私たち5人家族にとっては十分なスペースがあり、ダイニングテーブルでクリスマスのディナーやカードゲームを楽しむことができた。

3階建ての建物で1階には会社が入り、2階はゲストハウスの入り口、ダイニング＋キッチン、お風呂、トイレなどがあり、3階に寝室が2部屋あった。自分は夜中に少なくとも1回はトイレに行くので、3階にもトイレがあると楽だと思った。

Huge apartment with rooftop access.

The size of the place is absolutely humongous in the location is great. You're right near a super famous restaurant for raw fish as well as a seafood barbecue place. I absolutely loved the kitchen dining area which is where I spent most of my time.

I did find a few Mouse poops while I was there, but I think that might have just been because the property might have been open for a while without any people staying there because of corona. I never saw or heard any animals, and other than that the place was absolutely spotless with lots of utensils for cooking and clean bedding. The bathroom was spotless and everything was great.

Heaps to see and explore nearby, close to the Hayakawa train station and a few supermarkets/convenience stores/restaurants. It was great to have access to a full kitchen.

We were a tad creeped out by a camera in the hall way.. we ended up covering it during our stay. It was suuuper musty and the layout of the apartment doesn’t make much sense. They also turned the wifi off before we completed our stay and the washing machine in outside on a balcony rusted over.

Value for Money!!!

The Guesthouse was very spacious, clean and neat and with all the required facilities. The guest house was divided in two floors. The guest house is at 2nd and 3rd floor of building. Location: It was at 1-2 min walk from Hayakawa Station and 15 mins walk from Itabashi Mitsuke Station from where you can board Hakone free pass buses and trains Guest House Part 1: At 2nd Floor, Guesthouse had Kitchen with Dinning Area, Bathroom, Toilet Kitchen had TV, Dinning Table and Chairs, gas stove, rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle and all the basic utensils. Body-wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand wash, Body and Face Towels was provided for daily sanitation. Guest House Part 2: At 3rd Floor there was three bedrooms that can accommodate 8-10 people id groups or 3 couples. Guesthouse provided beds with Quilt and Blankets. Two bedrooms had AC/heater. The guesthouse looked properly sanitised and since it was away from crowded places like Odawara and Hakone Yumoto it felt safe to stay in COVID times. Yet Odawara and other places was easily accessible from guesthouse. All in all its a good place to stay and economical. If you are in group it would be very cheaper for you. Make sure to have some raw cooking materials with you as place have everything required in Kitchen. So you can cook at guesthouse and save time and money on food.

Nice apartment, very spacious with nice hosts

The apartment is bigger than what I was expecting. It has a Kotatsu, what is a must if you are visiting Japan during the winter. The staff is really nice attentive and ready to help if you need something. On the apartment you have the option to sleep in a bed or in a traditional Japanese mattress on the floor... what you should try if you are visiting Japan, seriously you should do it at least one time :). The kitchen is big and well equipped. It is also close to the train station, what is a great advantage if you are not by car. However, IF you are by car, you should go at least a little bit further to the south... the view is amazing, to the north... not that much, but to the south.... the road goes by the sea, and in just a few kilometres from the apartment you have some really nice views, it worth the detour.

The bathroom is not in the same floor of the bedrooms, so at the night.... well, it is not very convenient.
