Built in 2018 this 3 story townhouse has a great floorplan. 2 bedrooms,2.5 baths plus and oversized 2car garage. Open style kitchen that comes equipped with Keurig Coffee Maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and stainless refrigerator. Small outdoor patio with seating and washer&dryer available for use during your stay. Fantastic location if visiting the University of Arkansas ( 1-1/2 mile drive) or visiting the surrounding Fayetteville area. Home is perfect for a family or couples . comfortable and clean! (sleeps 4)

Although the property itself is nice and under normal circumstances it would probably be fine…BUT: We did not receive check in info and had to call the host at 11pm to get inside. When we got inside, the place hadn’t been cleaned from the previous renter. We were exhausted and barely had toilet paper for the night. The listing also said it sleeps 6 and there was not accommodations for six (luckily there were only 3 of us). We had to leave the next day so that it could be cleaned and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving belongings there. The host did not offer any accommodations or refund.

Creatively decorated 2 bedroom VRBO. Comfy beds w easy check in/out process. Unfortunately It does not sleep 6 as advertised. So we had to bring a blowup mattress. Location access challenging being off the feeder road. Also presently have to maneuver through construction to get there or can go a longer but scenic route thru neighborhoods to get there. Overall, comfortable accommodations and you don’t hear the freeway

Everything was great. I struggled to little bit with the code at first the only suggestion I would have is make it easier with the cable to get to news channels, and sports channels, such as ESPN, because I don’t think they were on the network. But great place great location to the stadium.

The Razorback Getaway was the perfect place for us to spend our weekend with friends. The property is so cute with all of the Razorback decor, it is very clean and a great location! JoAnn was terrific to deal with and great on communication with us....much appreciated! We will definitely be staying again!

We enjoyed our weekend. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It wasn’t far from campus so that was nice for the Bid Day activities and all. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Great location for attending the mountain bike races at centennial park. Perfect home set up for our group of four. Garage was a huge plus so we could store the bikes and work on them after the races. Only very small negative was no outside hose hook up to wash the bikes. Definitely would not keep me from staying there again.

We love the property. Check-in/check-out times were varied from online agreement and owner expectation. We had to shuffle our departure preparation for attending a wedding to fit earlier check out than we had agreed upon. Owner did not accommodate our request.

The townhouse was perfect for 2 couples. The location was close to restaurants and the University of Arkansas campus. It was clean, decorated nicely, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had enough equipment to cook dinner. We will definitely be back!

The townhouse was super clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and spices/oil/condiments to prepare meals. The bathrooms were also very well supplied with plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper and travel toiletries. The beds were all very comfortable and there were extra blankets available if needed. The townhouse is lovely but very sparsely furnished. The essential furniture is all there, but there are no extra chairs, desks, or dressers for clothing. It wasn’t a problem for a weekend visit, but older folks or those staying longer might have a hard time living out of a suitcase on the floor or not having a place to sit in the bedrooms other than the bed. We would definitely stay again.
