Authentic location to experience the Majorcan lifestyle all while being close proximity to all.

The value for money of this place was exceptional, the size of the home, location was good and authentic as well, cleanliness of the home and the facilities offered were amazing. The host was attentive and helpful when there were minor issues and those issues were rectified quite quickly.

The wifi connection could be better in the rooms, mainly accessible in the main living areas. The water pressure could. be better as well, at first we didn't have hot water for a few days however as this was a minor issue given the reason we were there, it was fixed quite quickly. The bedding could be better as well, pillows were a bit too flat for my liking and the actual mattress sunk in a bit but was OK to endure.

Calidas vacaciones en Mallorca.

La ubicación de la casa era la esperada, buscabamos calma y este pueblo nos la permitió. El pueblo esta bien ubicado con respecto a otros lugares de playas y ciudades interesantes. El patio de la casa es muy agradable, te resguardas del calor, tiene una mesa y sillas para prepararte una buena comida o desayuno.

En términos generales todo ha estado bastante bien.

Alte Stadtwohnung in schlechtem Zustand mit Sauberkeitsmängeln

Miquel ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber und war per Whatsapp gut zu erreichen. Er hat uns ohne Mehrkosten einen Early Check-in ermöglicht.

Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist leider sehr herunter gekommen. Möbel/Geschirr/Geräte haben Flecken und haben geklebt. Trotz Nachbessern der Reinigungskraft war der schlechte Allgemeinzustand der Unterkunft nicht zu beheben. Unter den Vorhängen lagen toten Kakerlaken, hier war wohl schon sehr lange nicht geputzt worden. Im Untergeschoss roch es sehr schimmlig/feucht, im Badezimmer lagen noch Haare von den Vormietern und der Strom hat nicht zuverlässig funktioniert. Wenn zB mehrere Lampen im Haus angemacht wurden, flog die Sicherung raus. Der Innenhof ist nicht privat sondern darüber befinden sich mehrere Balkone, von denen auch mal Dinge wie Süßigkeitenverpackungen in den Hof fliegen. Wir haben uns dort nicht wohl gefühlt und haben uns insbesondere aufgrund des unsauberen Zustand sowie des Schimmelgeruchs dazu entschieden nach einem statt nach fünf Tagen abzureisen. Leider haben wir nur einen Teil der Buchung zurückerstattet bekommen.

Séjour vraiment chouette 👍🏻

Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite comme si on était chez un vieil ami, c'est propre, spacieux, très bien équipé et plein d'âme dans le bon sens du terme. En voiture c'est proche de tout. La simplicité et la bienveillance de Miquel sont exemplaires. Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance de partager ce voyage dans cette maison, je recommande clairement ✨

Nice house with some notes

The house is spacious and on the outskirts of Sa Pobla, making it easy to reach and nearby central roads to go to tourist locations. The beds are comfortable and the ease of having a washing machine and dishwasher is invaluable when you have a little one. The house grew on us as the days passed making it our temporary home for a few days. The owner, Miquel, was able to provide us with a child seat and a children's bed, which was very convenient. Communication with the owner was also very pleasant.

What I think should be known is that some of the downstairs areas have a very mouldy smell to it due to high levels of humidity. It is damp and there is little ventilation in the older parts of the house making it very unpleasant to stay in those rooms. This includes the 2 smaller bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor. We kept the doors closed as much a possible to keep the smell out, as the present air fresheners we not up to the job. One last thing that surprised us a bit is that the patio garden is nice, but there are multiple balconies above it therefore limiting the privacy you have in it. Some people would not mind it, but we were a bit disappointed by it.

Lovely home and it was an easy drive to everywhere you would like to visit.

Miquel's home is beautiful and well-equipped. It was clean and had lots of room for everyone. It has a lovely courtyard, which due to bad weather we did not get to use, but it was a beautiful outdoor space allowing lots of natural light into the living and dining areas. Parking in front of the home in the street was easy. Miquel was super helpful about everything. Sofa was comfortable, beds were comfortable. Easy walk to supermarkets and restaurants in town.

Wir waren hoch zufrieden !

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Innenhof konnte man schön neben einem Zitronenbaum voller Früchte und wohlrichenden Blüten sitzen. Parken kann man bequem direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande von Sa Pobla, strategisch günstig um mit dem Fahrzeug in alle Himmelsrichtungen Ausflüge zu machen, aber auch nur gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt.

Buen lugar para, desde aqui, descubrir la isla

La amplitud, la limpieza, la chimenea y el patio. Miquel fue muy amable durante toda la estancia. Y pese a que tuvimos un tiempo cambiante y fresco, pudimos facilmente acceder a sitios preciosos, y a la vuelta descansar al calor de la chimenea.

Cierta humedad, propia de este tipo de pisos. Y el pueblo de SaPobla.

Tolles Wohnerlebnis!

Sehr große Wohnung mit schönem Garten. Man fühlt sich teilweise wie im Museum, da die Wohnung mit vielen Unikaten wie Bildern, Vasen etc. ausgestattet ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

Mückennetze an den Fenstern wären von Vorteil.

Superb

Very nice house away from the touristic crowds in a nice village with very nice square and several caffes and restaurants. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming people and made everything possible for us to have a great holiday.

Good location for exploring the island

The place was very nice to stay if you plan to visit the island. You will have approximately the same distance (time) to visit locations on each side (coast) of Mallorca. The apartment was spacious but only some rooms might be use to sleep in. Nice patio - some plants and table to seat and eat. Parking on the street but no problem with finding a place to park. Good communication with the owner of the apartment. Beautiful beach in 15 min driving. Washing machine and dishwasher working good - in use every day.

We had invasion of ants during our stay. :( Very noisy in the morning in the bedroom on the ground floor (street noise). Air Conditioning only in one bedroom and the living room - it was very hot in the bedroom on the ground floor at night.

Good

Nice Property in a quiet town. Everything you would need for a short stay is available. Free street side parking at the door, conveniently located to explore the norther part of the island by car. Nicely furnished and quite patio. Friendly hosts. Good value for money. I would recommend staying there if it’s good value.

One Bedroom has no window to the outside (glass door to the living room). Only once bedroom (upstairs) has air conditioning. The bathrooms have no windows and no real vents.

Our stay at Sa Pobla

Good location! Only 1/2 an hour from Palma and very convenient to visit the north of the island. Sa Pobla is a quiet and peaceful town. The house is spacious and comfortable, decorated in traditional Spanish style. A place where you feel at home. The patio is a lovely place for breakfasts and evening dinners. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet Miquel and Margarita, but they were very friendly and helpful and communicated well with us.

The house is on the outskirts of the town but the center is actually really pleasant. We appreciated the air conditioning, but it’s a pity two of the rooms did not have any AC (or fans), as it was very hot at night. It seems that the heat also affected the functioning of the WIFI.

Nice garden

No window in the room Mustiness Key got from the lockbox but the door to open was not found. Nobody to help except the neighbours who had also the keys to enter in our house.
