Fathoms 7 is situated on the first (1st) floor with a view over the pool to the beach and ocean Perfectly positioned to get the morning sun on the balcony overlooking Mollymook beach
The apartment is in a resort style complex with a pool, tennis court and communal a large grassed area
There are 2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed
Bedroom 2 Double bed and 1 bunk bed
Maximum of 6 people can be accommodated
The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, oven and microwave, there is also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

It was so relaxing a place to stay. View of the beach, easy walking and driving distance to all the things we came to do. The apartment was very spacious and the balcony out the front was really enjoyable. Good parking, fairly quiet (nice not to be here out of peak holiday season for once) Highly recommended for a nice break.

We were showing a friend from the UK the beauty of the NSW South coast. This two bedroomed apartment was ideal for its location and facilities. I don’t think we could have chosen better! Many thanks to the owner who made our arrival and check-in so easy by sending us photographs of the features, and to our friends who recommended the owner’s apartment. Our friend returned to the UK full of praise for our short break!

The unit is perfectly located for what we wanted, so quiet in winter, great view of the beach. A very easy walk to the beach, club, park, coffee shops. Tennis racquets in the unit meant we were able to enjoy the courts. Everything we needed in the unit. Couldn't fault it, beautiful stay. Thanks.

My 2 friends and I had a wonderful 2 days at Fathom 7. Great location, wonderful view and Diana was a wonderful host. This unit has everything you could possibly need with books, puzzles and every cooking utensil you can think of. Weather wasn't great but that didn't dampen our stay. Easy walk to the beach, coffee shop and Golf Club. Thank you Diana for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 11) enjoyed our time indoors, the pool and relaxing on the balcony looking out to the beach. The kitchen is well set up and the cook books were lovely to browse through on the days it was too wet to go outdoors. My daughter left a toy behind and the owner kindly offered to post it back. A wonderful stay that we'd happily do again. Thank you kindly.

While the weather was very harsh on our stay in Mollymook, this was a perfectly positioned apartment. We could walk to all the attractions and the beach and it was lovely to sit and watch the waves from the balcony. The apartment was clean and modern inside and everything had been thought of, from a fully equipped kitchen to games/books/dvds/tennis rackets, great WiFi etc. While the outside of the apartment block and the communal areas are showing their age and crying out for an update, the advantage of this older building, meant space......a big apartment with room and separate sleeping areas away from the living room, a separate laundry. We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend to anyone coming to lovely Mollymook..

Our family of four had a fabulous time staying at Fathoms #7. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed for our one week stay. There were board games and toys for the kids too. Access to the beach was just across the road. We used the pool many times and the tennis court too. There is a nice grassy space in front of the apartments for kids to play too. The grounds and garden are well maintained. We had a few meals at the golf club which is only a short walk away. The food was great. We definitely recommend trying a pie or two from Hayden's Pies in Ulladulla and don't forget fish and chips at Ulladulla Harbour and Burrill Lake. The boys also enjoyed surf lessons, the Gondwana Coastal Fossil walk and putt putt at Burill Lakes. There was plenty to do. Diana was very responsive to our booking request and providing information too. The whole process was easy and fuss free. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. We will be visiting Mollymook again. Thank you.

There is a modernised children’s playground next to the cafe.The complex has a tennis court and there are racquets and balls in the apartment. There is also a pool. Plenty of toys and puzzles too. We would be happy to recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again without hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen and appliances are modern and the owners have included everything we needed for our stay (even lego duplo for the kids). Such a great location opposite the beach. We loved waking up to the sunshine and the waves and even spotted some dolphins from our balcony one morning. We would definitely book again. Thanks for a lovely getaway in Mollymook.

It was good, great view and close to the golf club but getting in the driveway was problematic. The button to open the gates didn’t work. Luckily a couple were coming back from the beach and had an automatic button. When we went in the unit we found the other set of keys with an automatic button for the gate. Would love to stay again.

My adult daughter and I shared the very spacious 2 bedroom unit for 2 nights. It was very comfortable and was just across road from beach. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at local restaurant. Beach was perfect for a walk despite unsettled weather.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at this apartment during our recent stay in Mollymook. The apartment is very well catered for especially for our young kids. The view from the balcony is fantastic directly looking over to the ocean. Only a short walk to the golf club and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. Our three kids loved the pool and the tennis court. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with so many essentials. The beach was across the road along with a basketball court, huge kids park and exercise equipment. My only negative is the shower. Very difficult to achieve a warm temperature. It’s either burning hot or freezing cold.

Property was first class and whilst we were there for only one night we were very comfortable in this unit which had everything. Highly recommend and if we are this way again would certainly stay here.
