The apartment is wide and big, have 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, TV works well, Bed is comfortable , The balcony scenery is breathtaking, have restaurant under the apartment during my stay which is good and clean, overall worth the value

First of all, the apartment looks good from the outside but the condition is old, the lift is functioning but not very trusting to use

The Only Issue Is The Unreliable Lift

Spacious apartment and it's strategic Location to Kea Farm and many nearby point of interest, minus the noise and tight parking space. Parking here is stress free. The owner is kind in accommodating our request.

The only lift is not reliable and was not working twice during our stay. We had to walk up to 9th floor. It seems this issue has been awhile but the staff only informed us when we collected the key upon arrival. Do not consider this if you have challenge and unfit to climb stairs. Be alert of this point and check with the owner if the lift is maintained. The kitchen is well equipped but the set up looks cheap with no-frill cement slab countertop, a contrast to the rest of the apartment. We only used the jug kettle so not sure if other kitchen equipment are well function.

Located nearby Kea Farm area.

Good location and the host also friendly. The view from apartment also nice. We can see Kea Farm market from balcony area and mountain area.

Lift out of service when we want to check out. Its at level 9 and thanks god we can using emergency stair to went down. At the night at parking to lift area was so dark. The lighting in surrounding area also not really good.

Nice Apartment Top of Berinchang

Spacious house and top of the Berinchang. Ample parking and very easy to find this apartment. Walking distance to restaurant and Kea Farm Market area,

Spacious and comfy apartment!

Very spacious apartment. Well equipped and good kitchen utilities. Comfy beds and good pillows.

No heater in bedrooms-very cold at night! No tissue paper boxes for use.

Comfortable Stay

Location, good facilities (iron, hair dryer, extra mattresses, kiblat direction, cooking utensils - rice cooker, steamboat pot, frying pans/wok, etc), warm water tap and shower, slippers provided, spacious apartment,very clean-hardly can find dust, cockroaches, etc.

Small issues which are tolerable (tenant upstairs occasionally making noise), apartment building and unit bit run down.

The apartment provided everything we needed (e.g. necessities, kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies), so it felt like a real home apartment, which is perfect for families who are looking for a place to stay. They also provide play toys and story books which are suitable for families with young children. Spacious living room and dining room looks neat. Bathroom is exceptional as well, and the beds are super comfy (they provide thick blankets to keep warm). Our balcony was facing a pretty view. Pictures displayed are just as in real life.

Everything was fine except the kitchen, which was quite dirty when we first entered. Take note that there is no doorman to accommodate and bring your luggage to your room. In one of the lifts, the light completely went out, so it was pitch dark, as well as the parking lot, which had no lamp post whatsoever, which can be dangerous. Hopefully, this could be fixed, or it could bring a bad image to your homestay, as everything is perfectly fine except for the lobby.

We had a pleasant stay.

The Fun apartment is spacious and clean. It has almost everything eg: netflix, wifi, youtube and the kitchen was equipped with microwave, steambot pot, gas stove & fridge. Rooms are big and clean 👍🏻👍🏻

2nd room bathroom shower knob spoilt (apt.#971) had to manage taking shower in another room need to repair ensure it’s in good condition before guest check in

The host is responsive. Thank you to Mr Ben & Mr Atik. The location is also strategic. There‘s a lot of toys for kids.

The heater not working. Luckily Mr Atik comes to the rescue.

Great stay!

It’s a big apartment, spacious with 3 rooms. It’s pretty clean, kind a feel like home. Convenient access to some food stall (if you are not picky with food) and near to Kea Farm market, the sheep sanctuary, EQ strawberry farm etc (if you are ok with walking). Located at 9th floor can feel the cold of cameron even for day time. Overall quite happy with our stay, just it took a bit of time for the shower as needs to wait for 30 min for each usage. So need to plan the time wisely😁

Spacious car park but most of the lamp post not working and it’s dark all way long till to the lift. It’s a nice place if the management of the building could really maintain the place. Wifi may need to improve because sometime works pretty well sometimes it does not. But it’s not affecting much of the stay as we were out most of the time, just when at the property, not much to do while wifi is not working so good😁

Apartment is conveniently located.

Kitchen floor oily and kitchen strong smell of stale oil. A number of cups were dirty. Window shades are dirty. Hot water only working in master bedroom. Overall, the apartment lacks maintenance e.g. bathroom fixtures broken, mattresses not cleanly stacked, comforters smelly, balcony rail rusty, etc. Vacation spoiled.

It was a wonderful.stay. the place looks exactly like the photos. Only 4 of us but it can cater for big family. Thoughful owner, give extra towels and room slippers provided consider cold floor. It has 3 toilet 2 with bath which are very very convenience. The place is clean, water pressure is good and strong wifi. It is walking distance to Kea Farm and Sheep Sanctuary. Eventhough it is an old building but it is well maintained, clean environment. My family love and enjoy our stay here.
