A reasonable place to stay at a fair price.

The breakfast was fine. The location was quiet and close to main roads with plenty of shops and places to eat.

I had a window looking onto a corridor, not the view promised when I booked.

Please don't waste your money and vacation staying in this property

Location is the "sole" thing that is good about this property. Don't expect anything apart from the the convenient location and that too also can only be appreciated if you have to go to places which are nearby Banjara Hills . In case you which to visit Gacchibowli or Hitech City then the location wouldn't serve your purpose as its not nearby any metro station

I didn't find anything to like about this property. Let me start from stating the fact that we booked the hotel for 5 nights , out of which we only stayed for two nights(the first day of our trip and the last day), we therefore did not avail any of their services for those three days. however when they charged us for an extra water bottle we asked them to adjust it with those that we didn't avail or consume for three days to which they denied. On our return for our last night stay we found that the room was not cleaned nor a bottle of water was served, we constantly kept on asking for room service but they bluntly said that room cleaning can't be provided before 12 noon, we waited but no room service was received up till 2 pm when we left the property for lunch. On our arrival infact we found the floor dusty, we had to request them to replace the electric kettle which was full of dust. The person sitting at the front desk was in a no mood to help you out with anything and would make you feel as if you are asking his personal help.

Hugely disappointed. No photos to share because it was not worth clicking.

Only the location.

A lot. I felt all the mosquitoes of Hyderabad was in our room only. There was a mosquito repellent liquid which dint work. There was less hot water for shower. I mean the geyser was so small that only 1 mug of hot water came at once. We had to take shower in warm/cold water (even for my 1.5 yr old daughter). I did not get an early check in as I had requested before arriving itself. But this point I will discount since rooms were not available. No dedicated kitchen, they bring breakfast from outside and serve. There are many good options outside itself we can explore by ourselves.

Centrally placed,but don't book lower grade rooms

Convinent, well situated, staff helpful, they can only do their best.

Room had no natural light window, & was told it was because its lower grade room,however, this was not shown on the booking. Com website The room was also next to the reception room,& sometimes very loud late at night,awakening me.....to complain

Very good experience!

Before hand I have to say that I'm from Argentina. The hotel is great, the staff excellent, the rooms comfortable with A/C, shower, hot water and very clean. The breakfast not so good for us but I think is great for Indians.

I didn't like that booking promote the hotel as "non prepayment needed - pay at the property" and this is fake. If you don't pay the hotel cancels your booking and it was very difficult to pay with international credit cards.

Simple accommodation, not bad but nothing special.

Location was good, off the busy street but still in decent location in Banjara Hills

This is a very simple property, definitely not 3 star as advertised. The original price I booked on Booking.com was way overpriced for the property. I noticed that the price came down to a reasonable rate, when I arrived, and was able to cancel my next night's reservation and book at the reasonable price.

Nothing this hotel is a joke it’s for locals only and not foreigners.

No hot water, no Wi-Fi, power keeps turning off, the whole hotel is dirty and needs mega renovation. No toilet paper in room. The reception rang my room at 2am for no reason waking me up and in didn’t get an apology and when I checked out there were two members of staff sleeping in the hotel lobby with pillows and blankets so unprofessional I had to shout at them and then only one got up the other carried on sleeping. The hotel is dump where only locals stay no foreigners would be seen dead in a place like this. All the reviews are clearly from locals that haven’t traveled outside of India thats for certain. Do not come here this hotel should be closed down.

Mr.Jay deep and Mr. Waleed khen are very nice staff Breakfast is fantastic in Indian style.

Room shower is slow .Hot water hard to control temperature.

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. 2. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. 3. The room was well equip with water boiler and safe deposit box. My stay was very enjoyable.

Very poor arrangement. Light was cut of and on asking the reception they said they don’t know when will light come. No water in Taps to use washroom. Worst experience. Services was not as per charges they have taken.
