„Apartamento Atlântico“ is part of the new, only two-storey complex, so called Del Mar Village, located at the outskirt of Fuseta. The luxery apartment is situated on the first floor (elevator in place), parallel running to the lagoon with a stunningly beautiful view to Southeast to the sea and the superb sandy island, miles and miles.
A huge garden laid out with nice dune and lagoon plants belongs to the edifice. The large lawn, neated flower beds, the extensive pool with its paddling pool for children, seems to blend seamless into the nature reserve, named Ria Formosa. Flora and fauna is viewing perfectly out of your big balcony or garden. At low tide you can watch many clammer in the tideland and if there is high water, the lagoon is similar to a giant lake. During April and October the ferry boats are chugging frequently to the very near Atlantic beach. Only a 900 meter distance to the ferry, same to the small local sandy beach, particularly at families with infants, have a great vogue. In Fuseta you got numerous restaurants, cafés and shops. Some bars are good for savour a cultivate nightlife, without any hustle and bustle. Fuseta is originally and charming, a fishermen town without hotels and no exaggerated infrastructure. Even if you wish to spend a car free holiday, you could take the train or bus to get to very attractive coastal towns like Faro, Olhão or Tavira. Sevilla one of the most attractive Spanish feisty metropolis, you can reach it in only a 2 hour drive, the enchanting city of Lisbon equally.
This apartment leaves nothing to be desired – in style and high-value features, a very fashionably and luxery holiday flat. Two bright bedrooms with air condition, wardrobe and bathroom en suite on about 100m² floor area. Beyond that there is a guest toilette in the entrance hall. The spacious lounge with sea view is divided into a top equipped kitchen with dining area and living room, with a very comfortable sofa, which can be folded out for two more gusts. Open the big glass terrace doors and include the large balcony – than you created a fantastic summer-living room. Who will not swoon over at this magic place with panoramic view…!

We enjoyed Fuseta which is an interesting town with lots going on and not just for tourists. There are great restaurants and the beach is beautiful.

De mooiste plek in Fuseta
Er wachtten ons heerlijke bedden na de reis. Een goed voorziene keuken en fijne zitruimte. Het uitzicht is overweldigend. Het dorpje met terrasjes en supermarkt op korte loopafstand evenals het strand. In de boekenkast prachtige kunstbloemen. Helemaal top.

Fuseta Again!!
Fantastic views - could sit all day on the balcony and not get bored!
Would just comment that for a "luxury apartment" we would have expected a few basic necessities to be included i.e. handwash in bathrooms, oven gloves, bin bags, etc.
A bottle of water in the fridge would also have been welcome.
Having said this we would still book again, being better prepared!!

Fabulous Lodging-Great Town
This was a very nicely appointed luxury 2 bedroom apartment with fabulous views, a nice pool and steps from one of the jewels of the Algarve. If you desire great beaches, a small town feel, and NOT being inundated with tourists, this is the place to stay!

Bela Vista mas demasiada luz no quarto
O apartamento é moderno, bem equipado, e com excelentes vistas, perto da praia, e num condomínio sossegado com jardim e piscina. Contudo o proprietário fez opções no apartamento, para o seu legítimo agrado, sem se importar com o bem estar de todos os clientes. Por exemplo, o quarto virado a sul não tem estores nem cortinados, entrado logo manhã cedo uma tal inte sidade de luz que é impossível dormir e descansar convenientemente. Comprámos umas vendas para os olhos mas não é a solução ideal.
No mesmo quarto foi colocada uma rede para os mosquitos que impede que se consiga fechar as portas da varanda, para além da questão da segurança entra mais ruído no quarto.
Por fim, há uma pequena colónia de osgas na varanda que chegam ao anoitecer e ficam na parede e teto. Não incomodam muito mas impedem o uso, à noite, do sofá da varanda.
São pequenos pormenores que, resolvidos, poderiam proporcionar uma estadia excelente.
O Jeans é Heide, gestores do apartamento, tivemos sempre excelente comunicação e correu tudo sempre bem.

Del Mar Village Fuseta.
O apartamento é bastante espaçoso.
Ambos os quartos têm casa de banho privativa, pelo que o apartamento podia ser facilmente ocupado por dois casais.
O lugar de estacionamento na garagem é um extra muito positivo.
O Del Mar Village é extraordinário, se procura um local tranquilo para férias, numa vila pequena.
As fotografias são extremamente fieis à realidade, sendo que toda a envolvente é ainda melhor do que retratado nas fotografias.

Óptimo férias num óptimo espaço para descansar e desfrutar do melhor que que a ria formosa tem... tranquilidade, natureza, paisagens, boas praias, bom peixe...
Excelente para famílias até 4 pessoas.
Óptima piscina com medidas rigorosas (algo exageradas no meu ponto de vista) devido ao Covid... uma família de 4 pessoas da mesma habitação não pode estar ao mesmo tempo na piscina pois está limitado a duas pessoas/habitação num limite máximo de 6 pessoas a cada hora).
Um detalhe para quem detesta ver este tipo de réptil ... numa varanda com uma vista deslumbrante, muitas osgas residentes... o que impediu de fazer umas noitadas na varanda e aproveitar as noites quentes...
Tirando isto, tudo impecável... aconselho vivamente...
A voltar um dia com toda a certeza a este pequeno paraíso ... 😉

Großzügige Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick
Die Wohnung in dem Apartmentblock ist großzügig und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Blick auf die Lagune einmalig, die Grünanlage mit dem Pool aufwändig und gut gepflegt. Die Corana Auflagen werden von fast allen eingehalten.
Einzig die billigen Liegestühle auf dem Balkon erlauben kein entspanntes Sitzen.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermittlungsbüro lief immer schnell und freundlich.

This lovely apartment was clean and welcoming, and the views can’t be beat. Jens was easy to reach and responded quickly when he was needed. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to our stay next year!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment, es fehlt an nichts.Toller Pool, schöne Lage direkt an der Lagune. Balkon mit Blick ist wunderschön. Möglichkeit der Tiefgaragennutzung sehr praktisch. Fuseta ist ein beschauliches Fischerdorf zum Entspannen mit vielen guten Restaurants zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Kleiner Supermarkt für das Nötigste in Laufdistanz.

Erholsamer Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung
Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement Atlantico war Klasse. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet, genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter kann man dort perfekt sein. Der direkte Blick auf die Lagune vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ist beeindruckend. Die Anlage selbst ist, während wir dort waren, sehr ruhig gewesen. (Mitte/Ende Mai). Der Ort ist in wenigen Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Es gibt einige einfache und gute Restaurants in denen man frischen Fisch bekommt und 2 kleine und einen größeren Supermarkt. Durch das Nicht Vorhanden Sein eines größeren Hotels und von Diskotheken etc. ist der Ort relativ ursprünglich und natürlich geblieben. Die umliegenden Strände sind ebenfalls wunderschön, auch wenn das Hinkommen mit ein bisschen Aufwand verbunden ist. (Per Fähren oder durch eine alte Bimmelbahn). Unterm Strich für uns eine Top Location zum Auftanken, Chillen, Lecker Essen, Schwimmen, (Strand-)Wandern und ein winziges Bisschen vom Land kennenlernen. Der gute und unkomplizierte Kontakt mit Herrn und Frau Röver von der Agentur visiteastalgarve.com, rundetet alles noch mal ab.

Luxuriöse Ferienwohnung
Die Angaben im Online- Inserat treffen wirklich voll zu. Alles sehr gepflegt, lediglich der Flurbereich hätte eine Zwischenreinigung nötig gehabt. Wir wurden sehr gut betreut und würden die Fw jederzeit weiter empfehlen.i

A perfect retreat
From the welcome received from the agents Heidi & Jens (we were delayed arriving), to the immaculately presented accommodation, we could not have asked for a more comfortable and relaxing week in the sun.
The 1st Floor air conditioned apartment is spacious, cool and has stunning views across the lagoon to the Ilha de Fuzeta (ferry from Town Quay every 1/2hr). Although the apartment has a very well equipped kitchen - we only used the toaster, kettle and fridge, the choice of places to eat in the evening are plentiful and so cheap! Try Casa Corvo, Cafe Mestres and Molinhos - all an easy 20min stroll down to the quayside for some of the freshest fish served outdoors you will find.
Nearest corner supermarket (5min up the road) has everything you need, though nearby Olhao and Tavira have the bigger supermarkets if you need them.
Balcony is shaded after 9:30 in summer to keep the property cool, so you can sit and enjoy the wildlife/cockle pickers/swimming pool action as you sip a cold one!
Overall it was 10/10, a scorching hot week in a secure, luxury resort in a genuinely charming part of the Eastern Algarve.
Will be back again!

Herrliche Sonnenaufgänge,einmalige Aussicht auf die Lagune.Perfekt der Pool, um bei Ebbe die Watvögel bei der Nahrungssuche zu beobachten und die letzten Sonnenstrahlen des Tages zu genießen.Prima Ausstattung und sehr gepflegte Wohnung ,es fehlte an nichts.Sehr nette, aufmerksame Betreuung durch Jens u.Heidi.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fähre , Lokale alles gut zu erreichen.Gute Bahnverbindungen nach Faro und Villa Real machen einen Mietwagen fast überflüssig. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen weiter.Urlaub von Anfang an...

Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser modernen und luxuriösen Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung ist top, der Blick unbeschreiblich, es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir können die Gegend und die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen, am besten natürlich mit Mietwagen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend, danke nochmal!

Ein erinnerungswerter Urlaub...
Wir haben unseren Urlaub und Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig, toll und umfangreich. Es fehlt eigentlich an Nichts, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte. Die Appartement Anlage ist sicherlich mit ihrer Lage an der Ria Farmosa eine der schönsten an der Algarve. Aber muss schon die Ruhe und den Müßiggang mögen. "Outstanding" ist die Betreuung durch die lokale Agentur, die sich wirklich um alle Anliegen gekümmert hat. Letztlich fehlte zum perfekten Urlaub nur etwas mehr Sonne....
Aber dafür kommen wir nochmal zurück !

Tolles Wetter für die Jahreszeit, kaum zu toppender Standard des Apartments. Obwohl ich erst nach Mitternacht ankam, war es für die betreuende Agentur Heidi und Jens Römer selbstverständlich, mir das traumhafte Apartment aufzuschließen.
