About this apartment rental
Nice apartment in Callantsoog for 2 people (50 sqm).
The cozy apartment with parquet is on the 1st Floor (with elevator) and has a large south-facing balcony. It is only 400m from the beautiful sandy beach with high dunes and inviting beach cafes. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV (7 German channels) and a stereo. The integrated kitchen offers all the necessary household and electrical appliances, as well as a microwave and dishwasher.
The bedroom has a double bed with two mattresses and a mirror cabinet.
The well-equipped bathroom has a bathtub with a shower screen.
In front of the apartment house there is a free parking lot and a lockable bicycle storage room. Bicycles can be rented in Callantsoog.
There is a large free car park at the beach access.
As a tenant you can use all facilities of the bathroom hotel such as sauna, solarium and squash for a fee. The hotel restaurant is also available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Pets are not allowed for allergic reasons. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
If you want to book with friends or my apartment is already rented, I have the option of a second Apartment of the same size for rent in the house.

Für zwei Personen optimal. Schöner Balkon. Was uns gefehlt hat war ein Backofen. Fahrräder können in einem
Fahrradschuppen sicher verwahrt werden. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Rad am Strand.

Mooi appartement ca 500 meter van de duinen.
Goede uitrusting van het appartement.
Op het balkon is het vrij gehorig (het geluid gaat via de onderkant van het bovenliggende balkon gemakkelijk naar de naast gelegen appartementen).

Es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, gemütlich und sauber. Die Lage ist top, in ein paar Minuten waren wir am Strand. Einmal haben wir sogar die Hotelsauna gleich nebenan benutzt. Der Vermieter ist total nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir sind positiv überrascht von Ort, Unterbringung und Abwechslungsmöglichkeiten, die Callantsoog geboten hat. Zentrale Lage z. Bsp. nach Alkmaar, den Helder...., alles gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

Prima in orde!
Netjes, schoon en compleet! Keurige accommodatie! Contact met de eigenaar verliep ook prettig! Klein nadeel: de prachtige parket vloer is ijskoud aan je voeten... Maar ik was er dan ook in Januari en nagenoeg het hele complex was op dat moment onbewoond vanwege de Corona lockdown.

super Appartement, top Lage, sehr netter Kontakt
Die Wohnung war definitiv groß genug für zwei Personen, alles vorhanden für den täglichen Gebrauch, lediglich die Teekanne ist undicht, altmodischere aber vorhanden. Super Service des Vermieters, schnelle Antworten. Die Lage ist super. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 10 min mit dem Fahrrad. Bei der Anreise fährt man durch den Ort und kann sich direkt einen ersten Eindruck verschaffen. In kürzester Zeit ist der Strand an 3 verschiedenen Stellen erreichbar. Der nächste Eingang zum Strand vom Appartement aus benötigt weniger als 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Dank dem kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt am Appartement kann man gut mit dem Auto in die nächsten Städte fahren. Auch die Empfehlungen des Vermieters sind sehr gut! Haben einige ausprobiert und waren begeistert!
Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Bad riecht immer etwas modrig. Dies lässt sich jedoch durch einen kleinen Duftspender aus einem Laden aus Callantsoog meistens beheben. Dieser Laden hat jeden Tag im Jahr offen.
Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen Wäscheständer und einen Handstaubsauger (wir waren überrascht).
Würden die Wohnung erneut mieten, wenn wir noch ein Mal an den selben Ort fahren!

Ein Ort zum aktiven Entspannen
Von der Unterkunft ist das Centrum und der Strand schnell zu erreichen. Der Ort ist klein und gemütlich und bietet alles was man braucht. In den Dünen sind Fahrrad- und Wanderwege angelegt, die sehr gepflegt sind und zu Ausflügen an der Natur einladen. Die vorgeschlagenen Ausflugsziele sind wirklich zu empfehlen.

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, mit allem was man im Alltag braucht. Küche, Bad , Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer komplett. Ruhig gelegen etwas außerhalb, aber Ortskern gut zu erreichen. Kommen gerne wieder!!!
