Lloc gran al centre de la ciutat

Bona situació. Espai molt gran

El pis hi feia fred, perquè la calefacció és central. Li falta una posta apunt per deixar-lo en millors condicions (pintura, ordre..)

The location is great, you need to walk for 2 minutes and you're already in the old town! Host was kind, let us to leave our baggage for 11, despite the fact that check-in was at 3. Apartment is lovely and cozy, there was a fireplace, but we were afraid to damaging it so we didn't use it, I would highly recommend this apartment :)

1. There were no slippers, we had to buy it because there was only 1 pair in the entrance wardrobe, it was old and worn out from use hence nobody would risk to use it, 2. There was no toilet paper, (only half of one, I guess it was bought by the previous guests), there was no washing powder or liquid as well, we have to buy it to wash our clothes. There was not any shampoos it would be good if they were small disposable ones, because according to the description we expected an equipped bathroom. 3. Two bedrooms were excellent, but the third one was terrible, it was mentioned in the description that there should be two single beds and one sofa bed, but in the bedroom was one sofa bed (that was mentioned I guess as a two single bed) that was splitting in two parts all the time and was extremely firm hence my friends (couple) couldn't sleep, they have to sleep separately on two sofa beds that was very firm as well. To sum up in the second bedroom there was one sofa and two singe sofas for person, there was not any two single beds, hence please mention it in the description or buy two single beds for the second bedroom :)

Поставил 10 баллов, поскольку честное соотношение цена-качество. В основном подходит для большой компании. Однако, расположено в жилом доме, поэтому шуметь не рекомендуется. Большая по площади квартира, отдельные удаленные друг от друга спальни. Расположение в самом центре старого города, но будьте готовы если вы путешествуете на машине, парковать рядом не получится, цена на парковку в старом городе - атомная (первый час 5 евро и по 8 каждый последующий). Спросите хозяина про паркинги, они есть, минуток 10-15 пешком пройтись.

На мелочи которые не понравились не хочу обращать внимания, считаю данный вариант размещения честным по соотношению цена-качество, поэтому рекомендую.

Nice stay in Riga

Location!

Everything was fine. I quess it was laundry day! One bedroom room was full of wet sheeys and towels :). More dishwasher tablets wpuld be uswful.

Pleasant apartment in the center of Riga

Great and large apartment in a good location right in the center.

One double bed in a room where even the bunk bed, was very creaky. I would exchange it for a new one.

Good, but give my deposit money back as you should!!!

It’s nice rooms and everything, there is no minus.

One thing is kinda worst, you have pay 40e deposit by bank transfer, they say they return it in 1/3days or 24/72h , but it’s doesn’t happened. So i looking get my money back as soon as possible, because this is such a bad moment, feels like scam. Please fix it.

The accomodation is located in the city centre, everything was perfect with it.

But we had problem with the host.He asked deposit in spite of that was not represented and he has not transfer the money back yet. He has not answered our messages.If you reserve this accomodation , you will calculate with 40 euro.

Superb

Good contact with the owner before the visit. Great apartment for a pack of friends (it was six of us and all had separate beds), seems to be also good for three couples (two or three beds are double). Simple but nice kitchen, with a table and chairs for six or seven, electric kettle (and some tea to use), fridge and dish washer. Comfortable sofa in the kitchen. Great localization, close to each key attractions and interesting sites. A pub just below the apartment with good food.

A bit difficult to receive back a deposit, that was paid to the bank account of the owner. It took 2 weeks. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift. It was not a problem for us, but better to be aware of it before booking.

it is perfectly located it is huge and it has plenty of space for a large group

it was not organized, cleaned and it was not comfortable regarding the temperature (we went in the Winter and the cold could enter into the window). our host also asked for a 40€ deposit right before our arrival, can he even ask for this when the reservation is made by booking?

Superb

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town. A very spacious and well functioning apartment. The owner contacted us well in advance and the check-in instructions were clear.

If you're sensistive to noise, bring ear plugs as there is a bar downstairs and noisy people tend to hang outside it late at night (it's the city center after all). Did not bother us as we had our ear plugs, but as a reminder to others :-)

No air conditioning, can not recommend when hot days. Missing (broken) fan in one room was replaced only after complaint. Pillows are substandard.

Great location and value!

Communication with the host was very good. The apartment is very spacious and is a fantastic location. Easy to walk to everything. Apartment was clean when we arrived and the host offered to let us store our bags if we arrived early.

The host did not meet us, but gave us instructions on where to find the keys. They were not in the space described, but we finally found them in another location.

Charming spacious 3 bedroom in Old Town I’ve booked and paid one month in advance. One day before arrival I received message with alternative accommodation from the owner, it was inconvenient and didn't reflect our all expectations. The owner, Dimitrij wanted to persuade us for the change from the old town to suburb of the city centre. In the evening we arrived to the booked apartment, we had everything PIN code incl. However, the flat was full of the travellers (they arrived the day before), we waited for the owner. He had "technical issue". Two groups in one day for the one accommodation. With no other choice we moved with him to suburb. The reduction of the price he offered us, was little to our former plans. What is more I’m still waiting for back payment. Milan

Absolutely wonderful apartment

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town. Easy to access with clear instructions from the host. The apartment is huge and has everything you need. We didn't cook there at all but the kitchen is well equipped and we could easily have done so. Incredible value for money, still any quite believe how much we got for so little. Highly recommended.

Bad experience

Door from street side was blocked and I couldn’t enter. I have waited for 1 hour. I totally unsatisfied. I will attach all photos and videos if needed. It was bad experience.

Cozy and spacious Apartment, just as described. Best location in town, everything is very close by.

Finding the entrance was tricky, but the host gave good support via telefon.
