The room was spacious
The bed wasn't comfortable. And I couldn't switch on the Ac as I would shut down the whole place. Had to keep the window open at night.
The blanket was small and didn't fit me.
It's not a horrible place. It's basic and safe.
Also, there are no lifts.

The rooms were nice and open, and a solid breakfast was available. Located in a perfect spot as well, close to amenities, sights and the metro. Highly recommended if you travel to Baku

Had a great stay here. Good location , easy to get to the old town , metro and bus station. The hotel is modern and clean . The staff are extremely helpful and polite. Cafe are small , but breakfast is good and tasty. The manage added a nice little welcome note when i arrived and got a fruits gift. These were lovely little touches and shows they value their customers

The breakfast wasn't nice. I could choose among four kind of them, but they weren't for my tastes... I couldn't choose differently.
The cleaning was not every day, they didn't make order in the room, the breakfast was not worth the money
3.5
The room is big and bathroom as well. The location is great. Ideal if you like to take city tours and especially if you like historical buildings.
The towels usually came dirty from laundry. A fresh set of towels is not available.
There is no choice for a breakfast. Same ingredients are served everyday.
The locker in the room didn't work. The room is cleaned only upon request at designated time and you have to be present in the room.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Very polite staff and tasty breakfast. Beautiful view from terrace to the Flame towers
Kids always playing in the yard, so it gets noisy in the daytime

Excellent Location, in the center of old city, Baku. Good facilities, comfortable, clean, friendly staff.
Breakfast needs to have some variety. Its tasty, but always the same.

Located in the old town, near the sea side, very central. Newly renovated, clean room, very good breakfast. all you need for a stay in Baku.
Nothing to complain.

Everything is beyond our expectation! :) The room is clean, spacious, and the breakfast is soooo good! Don't miss the breakfast. In terms of customer service, you have the best team here! Maria, Orxan, Elvin, and Elgur, and the cook, wery very helpful and accommodating, they're exceptional! :) They even helped me arranged surprised dinner for my friend with their affiliate hotel, and gave us a complimentary whole cake (which is so yummy) and a wine delivered to our room (Gabala wine - it tastes really good btw). They were very polite and Maria made sure that we're taken good care. I will definitely come back to this hotel. :) The location is also quiet and located in the Old City which is very near to tourist spots like view of Flame tower and Nizami Street. Their 4th floor has a very good view of Flame Tower which you will really enjoy!
Nothing. Though the price is bit high, I think it's all worth it. 😉

This hotel is a perfect combination of great location, professional approach of the owner and convenience of the furniture.
Foremost two fine gentleman's work here. They speak perfect English and help you with anything. Go on a trip to see Gobustan, it's worth the time. The breakfast is very good especially the local one: menemen. Thanks, dear Lady!
Baku old city is much better accessible when you live here.
Close to Carpet museum.
Close to beach, shops, restaurants.
The wifi is perfect.
Big windows and marvellous balcony makes living here private and enjoyable.
Nothing.

The Hotel at fantastic location and clean, very good breakfast, new renewed hotel in the old Baku
I said renewed Hotel. I mean. Therefore forgotten hanger in the bathroom.
4.4
Loved the location and staff. Very friendly, attentive and super hospitality.
The breakfast area was missing vent ... would prefer if they had more breakfast option....though they heard and made the changes. Fruits are very limited.

Perfect location in the Old Town but still quiet and peaceful at night. Only minutes by foot to all the Baku attractions - carpet museum, Maiden's Tower, palace etc. - and near all of the touristy restaurants but you can still access the other side of the bath house neighborhood for more local atmosphere. Terrace on 4F is accessible to all guests and a great place to stand and watch the Flame Towers' 'light show' at night. Great breakfast in the morning - choose the local one - better than the usual western eggs etc. - had a nice mix of local flavors.
Nothing. If arriving by car or taxi you have to pay a gate entrance fee at the entrances to the Old Town in order to bring a vehicle in there, so be prepared to pay a few manat for that either yourself or for the taxi driver but it's worth it otherwise lugging bags from the gate is a bit difficult given the pavement being narrow and with stones, etc. Parking is nearly impossible in the Old Town (trust me, I know) so avoid bringing a car in there (it's a good 20 manat overnight cost) although the reception did let me park my car right in front of the hotel door, a narrow fit.
