This is a large Catskill Vacation Rental house in the Catskill region. The house is clean, very spacious with nice furnishings and nicely decorated. It comes complete with bed linens and comforters. PLEASE YOUR OWN TOWELS, SOAPS AND GARBAGE BAGS.

Our property has 2 acres of flat and very usable acres with a Barn that is a recreation room with a pool table and air hockey. It is centrally located to skiing in Hunter Mountain only 5 to 7 minutes. Windham Mountain is about 15 to 20 minutes from us. In the Summer we are only 5 to 15 minutes to several Lakes. Also we are close to Phoenicia for some great tubing. Woodstock is about 30 minutes. Please check rates with owner because they fluctuate according to season and availability. We provide outdoor grill and picnic tables.

This is our second year staying at this house to play volleyball and enjoy the summer in the Catskills. Like last year, we had a great time hanging out in the backyard field and in the house. There’s plenty of space for everyone and we never felt cramped or uncomfortable.

We stayed at this wonderful property during my mother's memorial service. It was nice to have such a large place so my family could all stay in one place. Having such a large dining table so we could have meals all together was very helpful.
The host was great and communicative. He even agreed to ship my aunt's slicer that she left behind.

Nice, big and clean house. The kitchen was very well stock. My only negative would be the game room. The air hockey is not operable and there was only one pool stick to play pool with. I will come back to it again just because how nice and cozy it is. The location is superb.

Lovely spot. Beautiful. Lots of space and things we needed for multiple families to gather easily. We had a small hiccup with the code getting in-we we’re given the wrong code initially. But with quick communication we were easily able to get in. Not a problem! There was also some confusion about our check out time with cleaners coming early, but again- a problem easily solved. Great fire pit. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of space for all to gather. Thanks again for the great stay!

My extended family and I stayed here for Oktoberfest at Hunter Mountain. We were a group of 18 adults and 5 kids and everyone LOVED it! The space is perfect for a large group. The teens and kids enjoyed the game barn that had foosball, air hockey, and billiards. The older folks appreciated that there were 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor (no stairs!). Everyone else loved the fire pit, the gorgeous mountain views, and the peace and quiet of the location. We are already talking about making this a yearly tradition!
Some awesome things to note:
-the owner Vasili is extremely quick to answer any questions; he was a pleasure to do business with and you can tell he genuinely cares about his property.
- the wifi had no less than 20 devices connected and was still going strong
- the kitchen has every pot, pan, and utensil you could ever need and a generous selection of spices in the cupboard. They even had some extra large serving platters for the big meals we ate at the giant dining room table.
- there is no "chore list" at check out other than to pick up after yourselves. I very much appreciated not needing to strip the beds, etc. It was more relaxing this way!
- the house must be 100 years old but has been restored beautifully. It is an old farmhouse and we loved exploring it and admired it unique charm. It was also spotlessly clean and I can attest to this as my 10 month old was crawling and rolling everywhere.

We had a group of 11 family members gather here. I think you could add about 4 more and still be comfortable staying here. Beautiful area of country! Hiking trails vary from easy to difficult, so look before you head out. Plenty of places to eat out if you don’t want to cook. Everything is spread out, roads are windy and you’ll be using your phone to guide you. If you like breweries check out West Kill, we loved it there! As far as the house goes it’s kinda quirky, but we all thought it was a great place for a large group. A table long enough for everyone to sit together. We also had room to do a puzzle and play cards. We cooked several meals and the basics are all there for that. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed several evenings around the fire pit. The property manager, Vasili, is very quick to respond to any messages and even had 2 pies waiting for us on arrival! I had never been to this area and we all agreed it was a great way to spend a relaxing week surrounded by beauty!

We stayed here with three other families back in January during a ski trip to Hunter Mountain. We loved the large table in the dining room and that was a nightly setting for hours of fun and games after long days on the slopes. The host was awesome and very quick to respond to any questions. The house is a short distance from Hunter and was perfect for our group.

We stayed here for a yearly friend reunion. 10 adults and 6 children (4-12). Plenty of bedrooms so everyone was comfy. Loved the 2 separate living rooms and enormous dining table that could accomodate a huge puzzle and board games at the same time. Large yard with fire pit allowed for running around and relaxing. House is very old so expect some wonkiness and uneven floors but it added to the charm.
Town is close by with standard grocery store and a handful of good restaurants. An idyllic place to visit overall.

We had 15 guys travel into the Catskills for a bachelor party. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed both the house and the area. There are plenty of golf courses, hiking, and outdoor activities around (you may just need to drive about 10-15 minutes). The house is fairly secluded, so we had plenty of privacy. We spent a full day playing yard games (huge yard) and enjoying the weather.
The house was plenty big for the 15 grown men we had staying, with plenty of beds, large common areas, and sufficient cooking/grilling items. The only real drawback was the distance to the next town for gas/food/bar/restaurant/delivery; as it was maybe 10-15 minute drive to get anywhere.
Overall, a great weekend in a great house!

This is the 2nd time at this property and it was even better than before. Nice and warm, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean. We had 18 people! And the game room was updated. Half the family was there half the time! We had a great time and will be back!

This was our second family Thanksgiving at this property. We were a group of 17 total. There was plentt of room for evertyone with numerous bedrooms, baths, parlors, kitchen, and dining room with a huge table. You would think heat would be a problem in a large old farmhouse, but this was not the case. The well-supplied kitchen had a large cutting block work table and allowed several cooks to operate at the same time.

This house suited our needs perfectly. 18 friends gathered here for a long weekend. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The kitchen had every pot, pan, dish, utensil we needed to cook for the group. There is a large dining room table which was perfect for our meals. The house is situated on a large lt which allowed us to play various outdoor games.
Communication with the property manager was excellent. There was one problem with the electricity and he had someone at the house to fix it in 30 minutes. An hour after I reported the problem it had been fixed
We were completely satisfied with the house and are likely to return in next year.

Our family stayed at this lovely home in beautiful Lexington NY. The home is perfect for large groups, outdoor activities and barbeques. The home also includes a game room for kids, large kitchen and dining room for large groups. The home is clean and conveniently located to both mountain resorts, hiking trails, streams for swimming and trout fishing.
In addition, the property manager is extremely helpful and accessible if any challenges present themselves. I highly recommend this property.

We visited Hunter Mountain for a few days of skiing and stayed at the farmhouse. There's a lot of old farmhouse charm, but there were two smart TVs for some downtime with the kids, a gameroom with plenty of stuff to play. Having two stoves, two fridges, two coffee makers were incredible plusses for cooking and prepping for a large group. Loved using the butcherblock countertops for prep. Only qualm was the sink was a little small for cleanups and only having one dishwasher, but It was only slightly inconvenient. Vasili was a great host and was very easy to communicate with. Thanks so much! The pound cake was delicious! We had a great time and hope to stay again sometime in the future!

The house was large enough to comfortably accommodate our group and allow people to have their own space when a quick nap was needed between hiking. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor space which was large enough for lawn games and surrounded by a beautiful fall view of the changing leaves.

The house was much greater than expected, and the photos do not give it credit. The kitchen is properly equipped with two sets of microwaves, fridges, and ovens. Many rooms were recently renovated, with a window unit in each room along with thermostats covering certain parts of the home. The photos do not touch on how great and large the backyard is, as well as the downstairs of the home. The upstairs is a bit hard to navigate with so many rooms and additions added onto the home, which we found to be pretty funny. It is good for hosting a decent sized group. Visili was very easy to communicate with, asking how things were every day, and leaving good tips on the area. Very much recommend the cliff jumping at Fawn's leap around 25 minutes away. Good chance we will be returning next year

This massive farmhouse was the gathering spot for our family's 2019 Thanksgiving. Entry was easy, and every room was immaculate. There were so many bedrooms located in every nook of the home that we had to number them in order to assign them.. There were no closets or hanging hooks except in one room but there were dressers. Lots of bathrooms, and very clean. The home easily accommodated the 14 of us. The kitchen was a dream--two stoves and two refrigerators and a huge prep area. The owner thoughtfully left two pies for us in one of the fridges. There were two parlor areas, one with a TV with very limited programming. The wifi was excellent. The location of the home was right on a small highway, not ideal for taking a walk, but one group hiked to Kaaterskill Falls while another visited the picturesque town of Woodstock. After we left we became aware that the key had not been returned to the proper location and had been locked inside the house. The owner was quite gracious about it as he tried to find a way for the caretaker to get inside after our departure.

This has been our second stay at house - we loved it! I was there with a large group of friends, with a lot of kids.
We love the property because of the big dining table that allow us to all sit together (we fit 20 people around the table), the big kitchen with a lot of utensils and working surface, and the two separate living rooms. All of the downstairs common spaces have just ben repainted and some of the furniture has been renewed - the house looks fresh and very welcoming!
We’ve spent a lot of time in the yard playing with the kids and we even had a bonfire outside at night.
We took advantage of a beautiful sunny day to go the Kaaterskill falls nearby and explore the trails around it. There are a lot of beautiful places within a 20 minutes drive from the house.
The following day it rained all day, but we’ve enjoyed our time indoor without feeling cramped in it and played in the new game room in the barn next door.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this house. While the house is very old and needs updating, it was very clean, charming and comfortable. We were 18 adults and everyone had their own bedroom. And most of the mattresses were very good! As a large group of friends and family that rent a house every October for a Fall Getaway, I can honestly say that we have never stayed in a house more accommodating than this one. The dining room is huge and we were all able to eat together at the table. We have never been able to do that at any other rental house. The 2 living rooms right off the dining room, allowed groups to break off and yet not feel isolated. The kitchen was fabulous. The bedrooms are small, but comfortable. But as a group, the main quarters are most important to us, and this fit the bill PERFECTLY. And I can not say enough about the property owner Vasili. He was a great communicator, always available, extremely helpful and accommodating. Thanks Vasili and we look forward to staying at your house again.

We were a BIG group with a number of kids, and this place was perfect for us. Everything was clean and spacious, which really allowed us to spread out. The dining table is gigantic, which was amazing when a dozen different kids need to eat a meal. Also, the double fridge and stove was a lifesaver for cooking. There are two living rooms, and at least seven (by my count) different sofas, so you could lounge and be comfortable pretty much anywhere. There is a huge lawn out back, and plenty of space to bbq and eat outside. We've been hosting this reunion for five years, and this was easily the easiest move in and move out we've every had. We will definitely come back!

Overall, I believe we got what we paid for... .However, there some things good about the property and other bad things. First the good: (1) communal area was great with a large table that can hold about 20 people. (2) Land was great with two big fields to play in, (3) Property was secluded which gave some level of privacy; (4) the place was spacious with 11 bedrooms, etc. Bad things were: (1) the property is very, very old, but no roaches or mice; (2) the stove was filthy and unusable; (3) The place in general was not very well kept, however since we were use to camping in tents, it did not bother us; (4) The place needs major renovations.... However you get what you paid for.
I would like to emphasize that although the place is far from ideal, it was worth the cost. We would actual consider renting it again..... It was very dirty in certain areas (stove, etc), if that is a problem for you, this is not the place or you have to find some work around the minuses.

We had our first ever family reunion here. As advertised the place was large and easily accommodated my entire family. Communication was outstanding and the property manager went above and beyond what is expected. The Lexington property is in need of some upgrades, the series of extension cords needed to run air conditioning units is if anything a hazard. We also discovered two used condoms on one bedroom floor during check in. Maybe talk with the cleaning crew to make sure they do a better job. Overall, except for the already mentioned, we were completely satisfied with the property.property.

This home was absolutely perfect. The owner was easy to communicate with and helped make the weekend most enjoyable. The home was able to hold our large party, and we did not feel crowded at all. The backyard was huge, which was amazing, as it allowed us to enjoy many fun activities. When we arrived, the house felt super clean and my entire party felt safe. We did not find one flaw throughout the entire property and will be recommending this home for future friends!
