Notch located holiday apartment with 50 square meters large open sun terrace which extends to the sea. The apartment has direct beach access and is centrally located. From here you can perfect book excursions, such as hiking through the valley of Soller and the surrounding area, boat tours or rental cars.
It is located on the third/top floor of an apartment building with 6 residential units and can be reached through the community staircase (42 steps). No elevator !! The approximately 50 square meters of the apartment are divided into a living-dining room, a fitted kitchen with washing maschine, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Fans and an air conditioning unit in the bedroom are available for warm days in summer and a gas stove and electric radiators for the cooler seasons.
Parking possibility in Carrer Bunyola and parts of Carrer d'Alaró. Depending on the day and time, a 3 to 8 minute walk.

Very nice apartment with a large terrace in the centre of Port de Sóller just opposite the beach and close to lots of good restaurants. Uli was very kind and helpful and told us all we needed to know. Parking is easy as there is a parking garage nearby. There are several small supermarkets just around the corner. All in all a wonderful vacation.

This was our 2nd visit to this apartment.
Some upgrades since our last stay.
It’s a lovely apartment, with a fabulous terrace overlooking the beach.
Communication with Uli is excellent, all messages replied to promptly.
The apartment is clean and well maintained. Port de Sóller is a nice place to stay. Plenty of nice restaurants and good transport links.
We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is situated in Port de Soller, right in the middle of all the action, front line of the beach, stunning views from the huge terrace, which had very comfy sun loungers. However, the apartment, although nice and clean, is very dated and in need of modernisation. The kitchen is tiny and all the china, cutlery, glasses, etc are very dated and quite dirty as there is no dishwasher. The bedroom is tiny and has an air con unit which was not very efficient and very very noisy. The bedding was horrible, old and the bed wasn't very comfy, in fact we hardly slept all week. Uli was very helpful and tried to fulfil all our requests, but the apartment is in desperate need of modernisation. Having said all this, the location is just amazing

We (middle-aged couple) had a wonderful time in this holiday apartment. Everything is described exactly as it turned out to be, and the pictures are also exactly as the property is. It is very relaxing, to sit on the terrace and watch people and the world go by, enjoy the historic tram from Soller pass by every 30 minutes during the day, watch the tourists on the beach.
For lunch or dinner there are many restaurant options in the neighbourhood, and it was also nice to have the option to cook a simple meal at home if we had been out all day already. Enjoying the walking trails in the vicinity was also great.
Owner is very friendly and helpful.
We would very gladly come back here, and hope we can do so very soon!

Met by Uli on arrival who was very welcoming - too early to check in so we left our luggage in storage area below until it was ready. Spotless apartment,amazing views across the bay - just the same as pics. So many places to eat and drink. Very peaceful, laid back vibe - we travelled mid October. Transport by bus so easy to nearby places Fornalutz, Soller, Palma - use bank card as cheaper than euros! Communication with Uli excellent throughout our stay and taxi ordered for our return to airport.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was comfortable, well equipped and perfectly located. We couldn’t get enough of the spectacular views and easy access to everything and thoroughly enjoyed a lovely relaxing break in Port de Soller. We hope to return one day.

Die Terrasse ist toll!
Wir können den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung wirklich empfehlen. Sie hat genau die richtige Größe - mit einem Schlaf- und einem Wohnzimmer und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, ohne zu vollgestellt zu sein.
Das Highlight ist aber die Terrasse, die in natura noch schöner ist als auf den Fotos. Man hat aus dem Liegestuhl einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und das Treiben auf der Promenade.

Tolle Wohnung an toller Lage
Die Wohnung war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt Ende Februar. Dank schönem Wetter schon frühlingshaft und sehr schön zum Wandern und die Sonne geniessen auf der fantastischen Terrasse. Angenehm mässig belebt in der Vorsaison. Die Öfen in den Zimmern funktionierten gut. Das Experiment mit Zug und Schiff ab Barcelona anzureisen war eine gute Erfahrung, auch dank dem flexiblen und freundlichen Check-in am Morgen - danke Ulrike!

Sonne, Meer und schöne Aussicht
Wir hatten 8 schöne Tage im dieser Ferienwohnung. Von der großen Terrasse aus gab es immer etwas zu sehen: Promenierende, Morgenlicht, Meeresglitzer am Nachmittag und goldenes Abendlicht.
Ein guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge aber auch um abends lecker essen zu gehen.

Alles wie beschrieben sehr schön. Leider eine Baustelle direkt vor der Tür und Baulärm ab 08:00 Uhr morgens. Leider dazu kein Hinweis im Vorfeld der Buchung.

Schöne Wohnung mit paar Tücken
Zuerst einmal sehr freundliche Vermieter.,die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Es ware schön gewesen,wenn die 42 'sehr steilen Stufen in der Beschreibung gestanden hätten und das keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2.Etage mit Flachdach. Parkplätze sind leider Mangelware,jedoch kann der Vermieter nichts dafür.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und wir lieben diese Unterkunft!
Es ist einfach toll direkt an der Promenade zu sein - gerade jetzt ein Privileg ohne Maske auf der Terrasse sitzen zu können und trotzdem mitten drin zu sein. Es gibt immer was zu sehen, zwischendrin Mal kurz ins Meer hüpfen, herrlich!
Die (deutsche) Vermieterin ist nicht zu toppen, so großzügig, verlässlich, freundlich.
Die Terrasse ist sehr gut mit Liegen, Stühlen, Tischen ausgestattet, es gibt sogar eine elektrische Markise. Aber auch vom Wohnzimmer ist der Blick auf Meer und Palmen fantastisch.
Wir waren zum Wandern auf der Insel und hier bietet Soller abwechslungsreiche Routen in alle Richtungen. Wir waren schon fast überall auf Mallorca, aber Port de Soller und Soller sind unsere absoluten Favoriten! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke! ❤️

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, stilvoll eingerichtet mit einer traumhaften Dachterrasse direkt an der Strandpromenade. Die Gastgeber sprechen deutsch, sind sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich - sowohl im Vorfeld bei der Planung als auch vor Ort.
Wir können diese Wohnung absolut weiter empfehlen. Und leckeres Essen gibt es auch im Haus.

Stunning location overlooking the sea.
What a superb place to stay!The views were spectacular from the fabulous terrace, we could have sun all day, but shade from the awning when needed. Excellent restaurants on the doorstep. Owners extremely helpful. Hard to beat.

Jaw dropping lay beautiful
Location is everything here and sunshine from dawn til amazing sunsets. We lived outside because we couldn’t get enough of the views and colours of the bay.
The owners could not be more friendly, helpful and attentive and really went out of their way to make our stay special. And it is above an amazing Italian restaurant! Gnocchi is
For us air con would make it even better for nights though there are fans.
Home now and still enjoying the holiday hangover of this glorious frontline apartment.

Best view ever
We enjoyed our stay in Port de Soller. The property had great views. We had a warm welcome from the owners who were quick to supply new gas when we needed it. It is an area with many local walks and places of interest

Very nice place!
Lovely, well equipped apartment with stunning views and in the middle of the resort just across from the beach. Super sun deck.Very helpful owners. Two small negatives: 46 steps up to the apartment not for the elderly but we managed (72 years old), parking not too easy but this is probably true for any well positioned apartments.

Lovely little apartment with fantastic roof terrace. Very friendly and helpful owners!
Nicely furnished and equipped, even down to binoculars provided, great for checking out the super yachts in the bay! Sun beds, inflatable and beach umbrella for the beach, close to lots of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets, everything is in easy reach. Uli and family very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful without being at all intrusive. The family run pizzeria on the ground floor has what we found to be the best food and service in Port de Soller too! Lovely relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine in the evening, people watching and listening to the waves lapping the shore. We will certainly be returning!

Fantastisk beliggenhed i hyggelig by
Den hyggelige by og den unikke beliggenhed kan ikke være bedre. Området er fantastisk smukt. Værtsparret gør alt for at opholdet skal blive så perfekt som muligt. Alt i lejligheden fungerede, men eneste minus er den manglende aircondition, som gør at den ikke får 5 stjerner. Vil anbefale ophold udenfor sommerperioden i forsommeren eller efterår.

Dejlig lejlighed og superskøn terrasse
Meget dejlig lejlighed og superskøn terrasse. Men hvor var palmerne fra fotoet???, dem savnede jeg rigtig meget. Kunne godt se, at en var fældet, men der er 3 på billedet. Hynderne til solsengene var gamle med svedskjolder, der kunne godt investeres i nye, det samme gælder også hynder til stole. Vil bestemt gerne vende tilbage, især hvis der kan arrangeres en opredning i stuen. Venlig hilsen Berit Olsen

Fantastic apartment in a great location.
We had a great week in this lovely apartment right in the middle of the Port. The apartment is really well equipped and comfortable and the outside terrace is the perfect place to watch the world go by and enjoy the sunsets in the evening. We will definitely be back! Thank you Uli and Jaime.

The most beautiful view of Puerto de Soller
Thank you so much Uli and Jaime for an absolutely wonderful stay in your appartment and for your hospitality. Everything was in order and as expected from the pictures. We enjoyed both mornings and evenings on the terrasse overlooking the bay and watching the sun set. During daytime we went to the sandy beach to cool off in the clear, smooth Mediteranean water. We have stayed in Soller/Puerto de Soller many times in different places, both in the bay and in the Tramuntana mountains - and your place definitely ranks in our top 2! We will be back :)

Hübsche Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht
In den vergangenen Urlauben in Port de Soller haben wir immer gesagt: " dort oben würde ich auch gerne mal wohnen.", und meinten damit die Dachgeschoßwohnung über dem "Del Port" in erster Strandlage. In diesem Jahr haben wir unseren Urlaub dort verbracht. Was sollen wir sagen? Es war (fast) alles superschön. Die Wohnung, die Einrichtung, die riesengroße Dachterrasse, der Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge. Die Terrasse ist voll ausgestattet mir Liegestühlen, Tischen, Stühlen, Markiese, Sonnenschirm und Wäscheständer. Einziges Manko: die Treppe. Es kostet schon viel Kraft, schwere Koffer die steilen 44 Stufen hoch zu tragen. Aber die Mühe lohnt sich. In der offenen Küche ist alles, was man benötigt. Auch eine Waschmaschine. Leider kein Backofen. Fernseher mit vielen deutschen Programmen und Radio. Radiogerät mit CD. Ventilatoren stehen zur Verfügung. Da sich unten im Haus und nebenan Restaurants befinden, kommt es teilweise zu Kochgerüchen, die aber nicht unangenehm, sondern appetitanregend sind. Das Meer vor uns, die flanierenden Menschen unter uns, und der leckere Geruch von geröstetem Knoblauch: das ist Urlaub.
Fazit: immer wieder gerne.

Lovely apartment!
We have just returned from a wonderful stay in this apartment.
The whole process from initial enquiry to our final day, was handled very efficiently by Uli. She answered all emails promptly, was there to meet us on arrival, and also when we left.
It is exactly as photographed. Very clean and well equipped.
The WiFi is better than ours at home! We did use the computer to watch a few things after we had been out in the evening as it is mainly German channels on the T.V. Not a problem, we weren't there to watch T.V.
The main entertainment is sitting on the wonderful terrace. It has sun all day, there is a new electric sun awning which gives plenty of shade if needed.
Also lots of outdoor chairs, umbrellas, and beach chairs. There are no beach towels provided, so if you are intending going to the beach I would take some.
We preferred sitting on the terrace though.
Port Soller is a great little place, with some nice restaurants and relaxing atmosphere.
We took the the bus to Deia and walked back. Also walked to Soller a few times. We visited Fornalutx and Valldemosa. All very pretty places.
We also went on a sunset cruise which was very enjoyable.
We would definitely return, to the resort and this apartment.

Alles, was man braucht
Eine traumhafte Lage - man könnte die ganze Zeit auf der Dachterrasse verbringen, so toll ist diese. Super ausgestattette Wohnung, hochwertig und neu. Sogar Liegen gibt es zum mitnehmen für den Strand. Die Pizzeria im Erdgeschoß ist seeehr lecker, verursacht dabei aber keinen Lärm, der einen oben stören könnte. Herrlich kühl ist die Wohnung bei diesem heißen Wetter und nachts kann man sogar die Fenster offen lassen und das Meeresrauschen genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir kommen wieder !

Sehr zu empfehlende Fewo. Alles ist vorhanden, es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts. Die Terrasse ist absolut super. Ein toller Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Traumblick
Die Wohnung liegt im 3.Stock, ist einfach,aber sehr liebevoll und gut ausgestattet.Das Besondere ist die riesige Terasse. Sie ist gut möbiliert und hat einen traumhaften Blick über die ganze Bucht. Auf dieser Terasse kann man den Urlaub nur geniessen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer gerne hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefüht und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
