ED Ref. 2335737 !! First rental: Completion Dec. 2017 !! For rent is this beautiful house on the lake (15 m) in 49767 Twist / Lower Saxony, near the border with the Netherlands. The house has a floor space of approx. 120 m² for 1-8 persons. It has 4 spacious bedrooms that are distributed disability-friendly on one floor. The house has a modern, open kitchen with adjoining dining area. The large terrace adjoins the living room with a beautiful lake view. The bathroom with shower and a luxury bathtub is bright and spacious. In the house is still a 2. Bathroom with a steam shower and toilet. The approximately 500 m² garden, which is located directly on the lake, offers enough space for their four-legged friends and children or just for a relaxing in our sun loungers. Enjoy the wonderful view and the peace. Let yourself be enchanted by nature. The total area of the lake is about 12. 000 m² and also invites you to swim. Fishing allowed, surfing allowed. On this complex is a riding / pony farm. There you have the possibility to horseback or during your stay your own horse (more information on request). In the yard there is a playground, petting zoo, games hall for children and a farmer's cafe. Sehr schönes neues Haus mit allem was dazu gehört. Leider waren der Bootssteg und ein Zaun zum Wasser hin nicht vorhanden, so dass wir beim Spielen mit dem Ball, mit den Kindern, dieser immer wieder in den See rollte. Das von uns gebuchte Kinderbett war ebenfalls nicht da. In eins von den Badezimmern roch es wie in einem Kanal und es gab Überschwemmungen nach dem Duschen. Die Toiletten waren nicht richtig befestigt, so dass man sie hin und her ruckeln konnte. Einige Zimmertüren waren nur mit Kraftaufwand auf und zu bekommen.
