Fabulous location, strolling distance to the sea and amenities. Great terraces to watch the world go by. Showers were great, tonnes of equipment to make our stay more comfortable. If I could change one thing it would be the bed covers. Much prefer 100% cotton, especially in the heat. Communication with the owner was efficient. I hadn't realised there would be an extra charge for end of rental clean and electricity. This could have been made clearer upon booking. A great location from which to explore the area. Would recommend.

We have stayed in this house three summers in a row. Definitely recommend it both for families with children (garden swimming-pool, perfect location - the beach is right behind your garden), or child-free groups (many places for food and drinks around). The house is well-equipped (washing and drying machine, dishwasher, grill, fridge, hairdryer). Beach equipment and toys for kids as a compliment :-) Will be glad to come back again!

Such a nice house, garden, pool, beach and of course Rosa, best lokal house agent ever. We had the best stay. The best beach and reataurants just outsider the door. Walking distance to supermarked. We will be back

Wir waren im Juli 2022 im Haus Jordi Mar. Nach einer netten Übergabe, konnten wir den Meerblick bewundern. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub direkt am Strand benötigt. Sogar Wasserpistolen und Sandspielzeug für die Kleinen. Das zeigt einfach, dass der Vermieter alles tut, um es dem Gast so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und eine kleine Erstaustattung, wie Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffeekapseln und Wasserflaschen für den ersten Durst sind vorhanden. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer mit Duschen, die sehr sauber sind. Die Betten sind bequem und der Meerblick inklusive. Wenn etwas fehlen sollte oder benötigt wird, kann man sich unkompliziert an den Vermieter wenden. In der Umgebung gibt es gute Restaurants, einen Supermarkt und Sportmöglichkeiten. Nicht zu vergessen bleibt die nette Nachbarschaft, die uns freundlich empfangen hat. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Il,est regrettable que les adresses communiquées tant par ABRITEL que par le propriétaire soient incomplètes , voire éronnées … Nous avons pu trouver notre lieu de résidence grâce à la communication avec la gérante locale … Il serait également judicieux de préciser dans l annonce que l électricité est à régler à la libération de l appartement … Sinon , séjour agréable dans une villa de qualité et très bien équipée .

Wir wurden mit unserem Hund Irish Setter herzlich gegrüßt. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts und die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Sowohl vom Wintergarten als auch von der Terrasse im ersten Stock kann man auf das Meer mit Palmen blicken... Sonnenaufgang garantiert. Die Nachbarn haben uns herzlich aufgenommen. Mit dem Hund konnte man direkt hinten aus dem Garten zum Strand und ca. 500 Meter entfernt in einen Hundewäldchen. Wer es gewohnt ist, weicher zu schlafen, empfiehlt es sich einen Topper mitzubringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an alle..

Erstausstattung an Bettzeug und Mittelchen vorhanden. Gute Ausstattung, den Stromverbrauch sollte man eventuell im Auge behalten, da Heizung elektrisch.

Enjoyed our stay

The house is very well equipped. We missed additional linens though, as we were staying for 3 weeks. Location is perfect. A bit noisy for families with small children, but offers many restaurants in the neighbourhood. The beach is right behind the fence :-) Good communication with the owner - thank you for the specials we requested for kids ;-)

Wir hatten wieder einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem Haus. Die neuen Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmern sind noch viel besser als die Alten. Gerade in Coronazeiten ist es traumhaft direkt am Strand zu wohnen. Man kann super im Esclat und Lidl einkaufen, oder vom Joggen Baguette von Ana mitbringen. Oder man geht direkt nebenan im Limonero, Eclipse etc. essen. Es ist so leer am Strand, dass man sich auch in Corona immer gut gefühlt hat. Die Nachbarn der anderen Häuser sind auch immer sehr nett. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub. War alles super.

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Norbert que je remercie pour ses retours rapides lors de mes interrogations. L’arrivée et le départ ont étaient arrangés à la convenance. La maison est bien équipée, propre avec vue sur la playa del Cristal et donc très bien située. Il s’agit d’un quartier animé et familial. Pour sortir au restaurant où se balader il est inutile d’avoir un véhicule par contre le supermarché est à 20 - 25 minutes à pied mais 5 minutes en voiture.

Idéalement située, à 20 m de la plage et de la piscine, dans un quartier familial et chic ! La location est très bien équipée, très propre. Les échanges avec le propriétaire sont rapides et agréables. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Jordi-Mar!

A great experience. Our new only criticism is having to make an additional payment for all electricity used. We understand that excessive use of the heating systems could be an extra cost, but it was not reasonable to charge extra for lights, stove, refrigerator, etc. There should be a maximum electric usage included with costs charged for excessive use.

Diese Unterkunft ist nicht nur von der Lage perfekt. Alles ist genau wie beschrieben ,und einfach alles in einem sehr gutem Zustand.Diese kleine Anlage ist super schön,und man hört das Meer zu jeder Zeit rauschen. Wir waren zu dritt vom 2.09.2019 bis zum 27.09,2019 dort, und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Wir hatten zwei traumhafte Wochen in diesem Haus. Lage ist perfekt direkt am Strand. Strand ist angenehm nicht überfüllt und Nachbarn in der Anlage waren sehr nett. Das Einzige was man sagen kann, war die gestellte Bettwäsche, dieschon sehr alt war und die Abzugshaube in der Küche war nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten war es ein traumhafter Urlaub.

Das Haus gefällt uns sehr gut. Vor allem seine Lage direkt am Sandstrand ist phantastisch. Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier und werden wohl wiederkommen. Schön ist, dass das Haus in einer ruhigen Lage angesiedelt ist, wenn man aber Abwechslung oder etwas mehr Trubel möchte, kann man in ein paar Schritten Bars, Restaurants oder den nächsten kleineren Ort mit einem kleinen Markt und abendlicher Livemusik erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Schön wäre ein Backofen in der Küche, aber man geht ja meist auswärts essen, so ist das auch gar kein Problem. Sehr schön ist auch die gesamte Anlage mit dem tollen Pool, den unsere Kinder gern nutzen. Auch mit den Nachbarn dort verstehen wir uns wirklich gut. Wir haben uns in diesen Ort regelrecht verliebt und werden wohl immer wieder kommen.

Cette petite maison est très bien agencée. Tout le confort et une vue mer. Nous avons apprécié les équipements et la propreté du logement.La petite piscine est agréable et propre. Juste prévoir de l’argent liquide pour la caution et le paiement de l’électricité relevée en fin de séjour et le ménage final. Des petits restos à proximité, pour les courses prévoir une voiture. Activités nautiques sur la plage à proximité. . Accueil sur place très sympa, et échange avec le propriétaire également .

sehr gute Lage mit Meeresrauschen rund um die Uhr. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe z.B. baskisches Restaurant am Hafen von Hospitalet. Viel Sonne d.h. prima Wettter, leider zwischendurch ein recht kalter Wind. Sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vermieter , ein liegengebliebener Autoschlüssel wurde gesichert und als kostenlose Service-Leistung nachgesendet.

Das Ferienhaus ist für vier Personen ausreichend groß und es ist gut eingerichtet. Die Angaben zum Objekt sind absolut zutreffend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Kontaktperson vor Ort liefen perfekt. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und den Strand von Miami Platja. Es fehlt jedoch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit bzw. eine Bäckerei in der Nähe aber wir können dieses Feriendomizil ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Maison très agréable et surtout très bien située. Tout confort. ....Y compris la climatisation à régler en partant (0.40cts le kwh). Place de parking en sous sol et piscine très peu fréquentée. Co propriété très agréable avec des voisins charmants ! !
