The cleaners, the receptionist and chef were exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful

The location was excellent and the staff, including the cleaning staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful and worked very hard. I highly recommend it.

Great location in the centre, family friendly with swimming pool and jacuzzi in the roof top! Nearby little playground for children to play! Super friendly personal.

Clean and comfortable apartment

The apartment is very clean , had good heating, very close to Fisherman's Trail , good cooking facilities.The receptionist at HS Millfontes where you collect the keys was super professional and helpful.

Our room was on the ground floor right on the small street, not really cozy even though I asked on booking for a room on the higher floor.

very clean and apartment had just been renovated

bed, pillows were not super comfortable and heating didn’t heat the bedroom as vent unit was in the living room. lack of patio or terrace made it feel a little claustrophobic although common areas included pool and jacuzzi

happy time in a new and modern studio

Nice studio very clean with new furniture. The area with the pool is nice.

You have to go in another hotel to do the check in but no clear indication about this and how to find the hotel. A note with a map should be added at the door/gate.

Clean. Good choice of construction materials and solutions on the well refurbishment apartments. Good surprise: swimming pool on ground floor and jacuzzi on top terrace. Modern furniture and complete accessories/devices on the kitchenette

Catastrophy.

Instructions to the location of keys which was different from the location of the facilities. After 90 mins of negotiation and emailing/phoning with Booking.com we did get a compensation.

It takes time to get keys and the reception does not response to phone calls...

Pleasant

There was absolutely zero essentials in the property in terms of cooking, not even salt and pepper, and no chopping board or cafetière or kettle. The property did not have working hot water and when we arrived at reception in the evening to pick up keys we had to wait for 45 minutes despite there only being 3 people ahead of us in the queue.
