Great location!
Clean!
Very small
4.3
Located in vibrant area, friendly personnel, bit modern looking furniture. Room is indeed small, but fine if you don’t have a lot of luggage. Balcony with chairs was nice. Aircon worked properly.
Surrounding clubs/bar will blast loud music until 3-4am. Elevator only until 4th floor. Shower cabin is really small and only had lukewarm water - not cold, not hot. Found 3 roaches in total in the hallway, bathroom and room. 5th floor opens up to a roof terrace in the morning that the cleaners use, they talk quite loudly and woke me up. Room is not soundproof, front door is not completely sealed as I’m usually used to see at other hotels. Not worth the price.

Very well located, close to the Kordon, a lot of restaurants and night life around. Staff was friendly and nice.
The room had a lot of noise, it was first floor and everyday there was a party on the streets (even on Sunday). A little bit hard to sleep.

Excellent location - lovely street, close to loads of nice restaurants, walking distance from the trams. Very nice man at reception, I forgot to ask his name but he was very kind and helpful.
Room was very small, it had everything we needed but it's definitely more appropriate for a single person rather than a couple. No extractor fan, so paired with the heat the bathroom did smell a little.

Great location, good value
Nothing

Excellent location, very supportive and helpful staff.
Air Conditioner mal-functioned on 2nd day mid-night. However, we decided to ignore and continued our sleep as we were very tired.

I used my Credit card only once in Izmir paying the hotel & after few days it was used in USA for more than $1200.
I had to cancel the card. My bank is currently investigating

It was well situated. Close to the sea and near shops and restaurants. The personnel were very kind and helpful. The hotel in general was very clean and well arranged.
Our rooms were facing the alley and even with the double-paned windows the noise was loud. Ear plugs helped. But that's more due to the location than a fault with the hotel.
4.3
the room size is very small
4.3
noisy, they didn’t give the room paid. they didn’t clean the room the next day (i was staying for 2 nights). no water in the room.
very noisy. not well cleaned. no breakfast option.
4.3
Breakfast is not included. The location was convenient and just a short walk from the Kordon.
Receptionist Gökmen speaks good English and was oustandingly helpful.
The room was rather small but we had been warned about that.
4.3
Centrally located, yet no noise complaints.
Friendly receptionist
Small rooms, but we knew that up front and they made practical use of the space

Host were fantastic and very helpful.
Location was great 👍
Small room.

The room was clean
The location is central
The staff is nice
The room is uncomfortably small
The bed has a strange nylon sheet attached to the matress
Lots of noice at night from the bars downstairs
4.3
Friendly helpful staff, clean, walking distance to sea front but rooms are tiny and not well designed
I paid extra for a ‘large’ room but this still turned out to be tiny with barely enough space for both of us and our suitcases; the bathroom was similarly minuscule. There were no sockets/shelves/tables/lights next to the bed. The location in the middle of the nightlife area of town means a) the view from the tiny balcony and the main shared terrace is of the back of another hotel and b) there is thumping music right outside, going til the small hours and which is very audible even with the windows closed and being on the top floor.
4.3
highly functional room, very good soundproofing in the windows, even with the loud clubs one road over. Had no problems sleeping. Plenty of room to hang clothes, outlets near bed, built in AC unit. Front desk was very nice and even helped us with transportation recommendations to the nearby Ephesus ancient city.
Room was on the small side, but that comes as part of the low cost. I would still recommend it.

The location - Close to Metro Station Alsancak and the sea
The staff
The vibes
Noise on the street
Bad mattresses
Incredibly small rooms, so small you can event open the window

My second stay here. Caretakers are very nice and helpful, area is full of life and restaurants. Laundry nearby. Cosy rooms and roof. Tasty coffee.
Room without balcony is too small. Also I have changed my plans and leave them two days earlier, but they can't suggest you any partially chargeback.

Great hotel, very central, friendly staff, room clean and nicely decorated
room was a bit small, but we spent there 1 night, so it was ok
4.3
The rooms are small but for once, the furniture was designed for the actual needs of tourist and not to tick some boxes on requirements for a certain hotel category. Everything is very functional and even looks good. I rarely have seen a hotel room (outside of Japan) that is so practical and useful.
The hotel does not have its own parking, but they tell you which third party parking should be used. Ours was a few minutes by foot.

Amazing location best kept secret in town!
