SPACIOUS, BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED CANAL HOME JUST MINUTES AWAY FROM OPEN WATER – THE PERFECT HOME FOR MULTIPLE FAMILIES – RELAX & ENTERTAIN!
Our newly renovated home has four bedrooms, three full baths. The Master bedroom boasts a comfy king bed overlooking the pool and canal with master bathroom and a master closet that features built-in cedar storage. There are two Queen bedrooms: The Coral bedroom has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower and granite sink-top. The Aqua bedroom overlooks the pool and has sliding doors to enjoy direct access to the pool area, this room shares a double sink bathroom with the bunk room. The Bunk Room is a kids paradise: Double bed with twin on top and a twin trundle to sleep up to 6. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and all include Xfinity Internet and cable access with the exception of the kids bedroom that includes a TV only. The spacious kitchen is a cooks dream with updated appliances, a granite eating and bar area that looks out onto the private screened-in pool, canal and outdoor dining space. The bar area adjacent to the kitchen features additional bar top seating and a separate space for storing and mixing drinks, it’s the perfect spot for entertaining.
The welcoming living room has comfy sofas, great books and a HD flat screen smart TV for family and relaxation time.
The décor is relaxed, uncluttered and filled with ocean-inspired artworks. Sitting on the dock you’ll enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with the open water less that 1/2 mile by boat. A glass topped table with 6 comfortable chairs is perfect for outdoor dining by the heated pool along with several lounge chairs perfect for sunbathing and relaxing poolside. Access to the two-car garage is included as well as a full sized washer and dryer.
The waterfront has been newly renovated with new decking, a large sitting area as well as a festive Tiki Hut and plenty of room for multiple boats but does not include access to the boat lift.
This home is in an excellent location and is convenient to the Fort Myers Airport, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island and Downtown Fort Myers. We are 2.5 miles from downtown Cape Coral – a charming area with great restaurants, lots of shopping and is just 4 blocks from the Cape Coral Yacht Club which is currently closed for renovations - date of completion has not been published. The Boat House Tiki Bar & Restaurant is the best waterfront dining in the area and is just 4 blocks away. It’s a pleasant walk or a short bike ride to both downtown or the Yacht Club area. By boat we are just a few minutes to the Caloosahatche River which takes you to Fort Myers, Sanibel & Captiva Islands or the Gulf Of Mexico.

This house was clean and fully stocked with everything you need, the pool was great for relaxing at the house and the dock was also an added bonus since we had a boat delivered to the house for the week. The location made getting to all local restaurants, stores and attractions easy. Great host as well, John provided his cell number to make communication easier in case of any issues. Will definitely book this house again if we vacation in Cape Coral.

Stay was great sliding glass doors could use some work as well as screen door to the pool and bathroom door from the pool but everything else was amazing more cooking utensils than any other home we've ever stayed in. There was fishing equipment in the garage for fishing in the canal. Overall great stay we had a great time

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. This is a very nice spacious home and in a nice neighborhood. We were close to Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers beach, great restaurants, and 1 1/2 hours from the Everglades. We have 3 boys, 20, 18, and 17 years old. With the 4 bedrooms we all had our own room and plenty of space. Even though it rained almost the entire week that we were there, we still found time to swim in the pool and fish from the dock area. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again if in the area. Thank you for a wonderful week!

This home is in the perfect location for a short trip to Sanibel, Captiva, Ft.Myers beaches. Even close for a short drive to the Everglades and Pine Island.
The home was clean as usual. We enjoy the fishing from the dock. Always a surprise and what you’ll catch. Perfect location and dock to bring down your boat.
The host John is always a joy to communicate with.
We have already made our two week reservations for next year.
Everyone wanted to stay another week.

Comfortably slept 7 adults and 2 kids. Nice, quiet neighborhood that you could easily walk or ride bike to the Yacht Club. Swimming pool was great for the kids. Enjoyed renting a boat which was easy access out of the canal. Hosts were very responsive if we needed anything. Well stocked kitchen for basic needs. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

There were four generations of our family staying at the property, spanning ages 1-85. Our grandkids loved the pool—our four year old granddaughter learned to swim and do underwater somersaults during our week-long stay. The house was very nice and John was very responsive. Highly recommended!

This location for boating is the best we have EVER had while renting and the house was the best. Pool was heated and we kept the solar blanket on it to keep it nice and warm to come home to every day! WE will be back it was extremely enjoyable location!

John and Laura are amazing!! They were so friendly and patient with all my questions that I had before we got there and for the few I had once we were there!! Their location is perfect. There were 6 adults that rented and we all had our own space and bathroom. We rented a pontoon for 3 days and had so much fun checking out different places on the water. We also traveled to Pine Island one day — had lunch at the Blue Dog bar and grill — very good food!! The next day we went to Sanibel Island—walked along the beach and found some great sea shells and had lunch at Doc Fords— again the food was amazing !! The evenings we loved just sitting around the heated pool area or tiki hut area and relaxing or fishing !! The week went by so fast and we loved every minute of it. John and Laura have the house stocked with anything you would need. A few other places I would recommend is The Twisted Lobster — Duffys — Hooters — and of course The Boat House which you only need to walk a couple of blocks to.

Every year, our family eagerly awaits the Christmas break, and this time, we couldn't resist returning to the beautiful VRBO in Cape Coral, Florida. It was our third year staying at this incredible house, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.
The kids were thrilled with the canal just steps away from the house. They spent their days fishing even in the rain.
When we weren't fishing, we enjoyed lounging by the pool, soaking up the warm Florida sun. It was the perfect spot to unwind and simply enjoy each other's company.
One of our favorite outings was visiting the nearby yacht club and indulging in delicious treats at the Tiki bar. The laid-back atmosphere, tasty food, and live music perfectly captured the essence of our vacation. And of course, we couldn't miss the stunning beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers. We wholeheartedly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a memorable vacation experience. Whether you love fishing, lounging by the pool, or relaxing on the beach, Cape Coral has something for everyone.

The heated pool was great for the family. There are lots of pool toys in the garage. Make sure to bring pool and beach towels as they are not Supplies. We brought our boat and docked it at the house easily because there were bumpers. We also brought our bikes even though there are some at the house and we bikes the .5 to the yacht club beach. Really great stay with the family.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The home has a family-friendly layout, and the kids had a great time swimming in the pool. The home has pool toys, bikes, fishing poles, etc. My 5-year fished for the first time and is now telling everyone that he caught two catfish and two red snappers. We spent a lot of time out back on the lanai. Beautiful views outback! Friendly neighbors and the home sits in a quite community.

The only negative is the agreement is for an 11am checkout online upon arriving the instruction manuel states checkout is at 10am, the cleaners were there at 10am we were not ready to depart until 11am as per agreement. I would not rent any place with a 10am checkout

My husband and I enjoyed 2 weeks in this home and had a lovely relaxing holiday. The view was amazing. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the pool very much and Alf spent as much time as possible fishing off the dock. We were short distances from all amenities we needed.
We would recommend this home as an ideal base. Hopefully we will be able to return one day soon.

This was our first time staying at this home. We have stayed at many over the years. The table and chairs under the tiki hut on the dock was a perfect place for early morning breakfast, and watching the beautiful sunrise. We caught many fish, and crab from the dock.
The pool was perfect. It was kept just the right temperature so our grandson could enjoy also. He never wanted to get out. The host John was friendly and a pleasure to talk to. House was clean and well set up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. House was clean and spacious, plenty of room for our family with adult children. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, small appliances, etc. Owner was responsive when we had questions.
Early mornings we had coffee in the tiki hut and enjoyed the local wildlife - mostly birds but we also saw dolphins one day! We generally went out later in the morning (Edison & Ford Estates, Sanibel Island, shopping, etc) and then spent all afternoon at the house enjoying the pool. We finished off most nights with a movie on the huge couch.

House was clean and as nice or nicer then the pictures. Usually it is the other way around. There was plenty of room for 8 of us. The pool was great. We enjoyed catching fish and crabs off the dock. John was easy to get ahold of and helpful with any questions.

The house (even after the Hurricane ) is amazing. . The location is great, the dock and tiki hut are perfect for mornings sipping coffee or evenings at cocktail hour. We also enjoyed it just for relaxing and watching the boats go by. The house is spacious and worked perfectly for our family of 9. We used the pool / lanai area daily! Bost rentals, bars and restaurants, grocery stores, DD , Starbucks, CVS and Walgreens all very close by. Thank you for opening your home to us!

This was our second year renting the house & we have already booked for next year. We love the house & pool & dock. The kids fish for hours & have caught blue crabs, sting rays, & other fish. There is a freezer in the garage so the bait is kept separate. The owner always gets right back to me when I ask about anything. It’s so convenient that one of the bathrooms opens up right out into the pool area. The house is always really clean & has all the essentials plus extra paper towels, toilet paper, & even detergent for the washer, something I don’t normally get when I rent a house. I highly recommend staying here!
