Had several brilliant days in Sorrento and having a great apartment very close to the old town, was

Rafaele was extremely helpful and courteous. The apartment is right outside one of the gates into the old city which is about as good a location as you can get.

Very clean and convenient with access to the city center.

The location is very convenient and close to the city center. the apartment is small but very clean and recently renovated. Our host Rafael was very helpful.

Fabulous apartment, perfect hosts and great location

Everything was absolutely great for our stay. Raffaele and Julia were the perfect hosts, we had quite a late flight, which was then delayed by an hour, but they still met us at the property when we arrived. The apartment is really lovely, well appointed, had everything we needed and more. They had provided us with pastries for breakfast the following morning as well as a typical Italian Easter cake, a Colomba, delicious! The apartment was beautifully clean and they also came half way through our stay to change the towels and cleaned the bathrooms for us, which was great. It's a great location, fabulous restaurants within easy reach and the train station is only a short walk. If ever we are back in Sorrento, we will definitely stay again!

Exceptional

Property is spacious, clean and has excellent facilities and is in a really good location our host Raffaele was incredibly accommodating it seems they have thought of almost everything to help make your stay as great as possible, provision of coffee, croissants and bottled water on arrival was a nice touch.

Comfortable Clean Apartment, Great Location and Perfect Hosts.

We picked Sorrento as the base location for our trips to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. Turned out to be the great, as Madima is close to the train/bus/ferry station as well as the main street in Sorrento where we did lots of shopping and eating during out stay. The apartment was super clean, probably one of the cleanest I've ever stayed at. Everything was well maintained and anything needed like a coffee machine, stove top, kettle was provided. This made for a comfortable stay. Raffael was such a great host. We spoke before I got to Sorrento and he helped with so many travel related questions I had. During the stay he was always responsive and made sure our needs were taken care of. Makes such a difference when to the experience when you have a perfect host.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. Raffaele is extremely helpful. He even booked our transportation to and from the airport since we opted not to take the train. The apartment is in a perfect location, just round the corner from the touristic area but far enough away not to be disturbed by it all. Enjoyed our stay immensely! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights and had 1 large towel and 1 small towel each. Would have preferred to have 2 of each at least since we had to use the same towel over and over again (morning and evening). Otherwise everything was perfect.

A wonderful experience

Very cozy and comfortable apartment. Great location. Very kind and nice hosts! I recommend!

The only thing missing is a cucumber peeler :)

The best stay of our Italy holiday 2019

Excellent hospitality from Raffaele and Julia whose attention to detail was impeccable. Staying at Madima felt just like home - beds were super comfy and the extra pillows and blankets showed the thoughtfulness of the hosts. Having TV (with Netflix) in each bedroom as well as the living room was fantastic; we could never stay in a hotel again after this experience! The kitchen had everything we needed (not that we cooked much as there were many eating options outside). The croissants/biscuits and coffee/tea (and the limoncello) were such a welcome! Returning to the bright and cheery apartment was something we looked forward to each night! Certainly our 5 nights at Madima were too short. For those who are shopping for accommodation in Sorrento, please look no further - Madima is THE one!

A fantatsic base for a stay in Sorrento, no need for a car, its so close to everything & great hosts

Great location, really comfy beds, spotlessly clean, dual aspect balcony

A shame there were no wine glasses.
