Fully equipped and newly renovated 65 sqm in a bright Nordic atmosphere and green location can be the base camp for your plans.
Be it the successful work week, the trip with the family, wellness & shopping with the girlfriend, the culture weekend for the night shift, Phönixsee, open air, or festival of lights in the Westfalenpark, Ruhr High German, the Christmas market, the love for BVB, the DFB football museum, concert hall , Dortmund à la carte, the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path or the diverse trade fair calendar (weddings, creativas, Dortmund autumn, dog & horse, intermodeling ...) - we can offer the perfect mix of experiences: the colorful city life surrounded by the Ruhr area, Bergisches and Münsterland.
Thanks to its central location, you can achieve all of this in no time. The B1 (A40), Dortmund Airport (15 min), U-Bahn stop Voßkuhle U47 (north-south), S-Bahn stop Körne West S4 (east-west) are 700m away. In 10 minutes you can cycle to the Old Market or walk to the lively Kaiserstrasse district with many cafes, restaurants and shops (dm, pharmacies). The house is in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac.
With us you can just let your mind wander and dream a quiet weekend with a breakfast basket. A folder of ideas is then available for spontaneous tips.
You can expect a quiet bedroom with double bed (180x200) with garden view. A travel cot for small children is available on request. In the living room with comfortable furniture, television and DVD player, two older children or two other adults can sleep on a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, bath and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are there for you.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer and has space for up to six people at the table - perfect for self-catering. Children's chairs for 1-3 years and 3-7 years and ironing board and iron are available.
In addition, a furnished south-west terrace is waiting for you for a nice outdoor breakfast or to relax.

Wundervoller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Top eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und auch an die Kleinsten wurde gedacht (Reisebett, Hochstuhl, Spielzeug, etc.).
Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter, wir kommen gern wieder.

Tolle Wohnung und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Es ist alles dort was man braucht (Küchenausstattung, Handtücher etc.) und mit dem Fahrrad/ öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht man schnell alle Ziele in Dortmund. Parken ist auch kostenfrei möglich.

Wonderful property and gracious hosts.
The property was just as advertised. Plenty of room for all of your belongings. Very nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. All the amenities that you could want for a stay. Julia and Hauke we're very friendly and accommodating.

Uns wurde sogar kurzfristig eine Babyschale für den Hochstuhl organisiert. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vermieter sehr sehr nett und das ganze Ambiente sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist klasse, paar Minuten zu Fuß ist gleich die U-Bahn, auch ein Edeka ist nicht weit.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Wohnlage.
Waren für 2 Nächte in der "kleinen Auszeit". Super nette Gastgeber, unbürokratische Abwicklung. Wohnung sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ca. 500m zur U- Bahnstation. Kleines Manko: nach Mitternacht stehen keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel mehr zur Verfügung. Der Charme der Wohnung und der Gastgeber machen dies wieder wett. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben das erste Mal über fewo direkt gebucht und haben uns über das unkomplizierte Buchen gefreut. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich umd haben uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir werden sicherlich nochmals dieses Objekt als Unterkunft nutzen.

The location is in a nice neighborhood very close to a kiosk, bakery, and grocery store. Less than 10 minute walk to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Having a car is not necessary if arriving by train or plane. Oh, and the bed is really comfortable.

Beautiful, quiet and close to everything.
We recently had the pleasure of staying here for about 1 week.
There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children and the place was perfect.
Unfortunately we never got to meet Julia and Hauke as they were both on holidays too but their communication was great and there was no problem with the key pick and drop off as they had their wonderful friend Natalie sort it out for us.
Their apartment is just as they have described it, it's beautifully done up with everything you need, the street is very quiet and the Edeka and s Bahn are only about a 5 minute walk away. Because it was so warm whilst we were there, we made good use of the bottle shop which was even closer!
All I can say is thank you, we had a great time time staying here and we'll most certainly be back.

Lovely short break getaway for the Christmas Market
£25 taxi from airport.
A lovely place to stay. Very pretty. Very clean with everything you need. Beautiful coffee and cake shop a minute walk away at the top of the street which saved our life in the snow!
A shop that sells alcohol and supermarket also 5min walk.
10 min walk to tube and 10 mins into dortmund.
Owners very friendly. And very helpful.
Would love to stay again.

A real find. The apartment was super cosy, with plenty of space for us and our two children to be comfortable. Everything was finished to a very high standard. Our hosts could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Good location - about a kilometre into the centre of town, right next to a large park and close to local shops. All in all, our stay in Dortmund in this apartment was perfect. The apartment is fully furnished, from the TV in the living room to the suite of dishes and silverware in the kitchen. Whether you're staying for one night or a week and a half like us, you won't have to worry about towels or the toiletries in the bathroom, or anything related to the apartment. The landlords do a great job of maintaining and furnishing the apartment
Speaking of the landlords, Julia and Hauke are fantastic. They live on the second floor of the building, but did a great job giving us plenty of privacy and were very attentive to anything we needed. None of us speak German, but they speak English fluently.
Finally, this apartment is in a very choice location within Dortmund. Walking into the city is a fairly short 20-30 minute walk, but you can also take the nearby subway station which provides 10-15 minute access to the Hauptbanhof. There's a bakery and kiosk down the street for breakfast and late night beer/snacks, and further down the street is a Dursty beverage supplier and an Edeka supermarket. Outside of a pharmacy, everything is within a 5-10 minute walk.
All in all, whether you're a foreign tourist to Germany or a German looking for a nice place in Dortmund, this is the nicest place you can find.
