Kategorisert som "Love Hotel", men fungerte også fint for oss som familie med voksne barn

Beliggenheten ved Suma-stranda var helt perfekt. Stort rom, gode senger, stort bad. Bestilling av mat på rommet fungerte veldig greit. Billig!

Rommet var tydeligvis brukt av røykere og luktet ikke spesielt godt.

シャンプー類を多数の中から選べるお風呂でテレビが見える

お風呂の湯温表示が薄くて分からなかったフロント番号の表示がない WiFiの表示もない朝食付きであったがそのことについても何も表示がなく、朝連絡したら、3時までの受付と言われた特別に簡単なものだったら提供できると言われたあと施設の前が2号線のため車の音が気になった

掃除は綺麗にされていて気持ち良く利用出来た。

booking .comを利用という事でホテルの会員カードを購入したが宿泊割引や無料サービスが受けれず残念過ぎた。

Staff was kind, friendly and available all the time.

1. Wifi did not work at all , for my room. I stayed there for four days. I told the attendants but she could not also fox it. 2. There smell of cigarette smoke although they have ventilators turned on all the time. This smell does not go. 3. Quantity of breakfast, or any food given is generally small. 4. Hair shampo and body was had a strange smell of grease in it. 5. Master credit card did not work. So keep cash. 6. Staff does not speak English at all. So take a translation device with you.

Exceptional

The bed was huge. We were traveling with an infant and could easily snug all together in the bed. The room is biggish, with a little sofa and a small table. Very cozy for leisure travelers. The jacuzzi is top !

I missed the opportunity to order breakfast in bed as you can order breakfast only until 3am. However, pancakes are always available :D!

Easy road access.

Could hear my neighbours. Everything in Japanese. I didn't get the breakfast because it was not explained to me that Ihad to order it from the night before.

Great value for money!

The price was super reasonable! The food is surprisingly good! Better than you would expect for a love hotel! The staff was very nice and accommodating. Free parking was appreciated. The Jacuzzi bath is also nice.

The room was much smaller than the one we stayed in last time. The bed was big but not comfortable.

Nice staff, great value for money and nice room!

The staff were very nice, the breakfast was also good. The location and parking were excellent. We wish we could have had one of the better rooms shown on the website though and we could NOT select the room.

The sound of dripping water from the toilet/ and bathtub. There was NO view of the sea from our 2nd floor room, just the wall of the apartment next door. Would have been nice to have a room selection like most hotels on Booking.com.

Exceptional

I loved the karaoke and the room also had everything you needed for hair care and skin care in the bathroom. The jacuzzi was great (perfect for couples), and the mini loveseat in the corner of the room was cute.

For some reason, our room didn’t come with a key so we couldn’t lock it from the outside. Maybe we just didn’t understand how it worked but we weren’t briefed about it during our check in. Other than that though, it was great!
