Apartamento bem completo e arrumado, achei maravilhoso.

Não fica como reclamação, mas como um toque pra melhorar: pia da pia estava vazando um pouquinho. E a água estava demorando descer na pia do banheiro. Tirando isso, nada a reclamar.

Péssima experiência.

O apto estava sujo, alimentos abertos na geladeira, toalhas sujas no banheiro e a cama havia sido usada. Tentaram arrombar a porta de madrugada no último dia.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city

Spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, A/C in the main room but plenty fans around the place for the other areas. Lots of beds to accommodate all travelers in your party. Perfect location, in front of a big supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy of walking distance. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and look forward to staying with them again in the future.

Long stairs with big steps, not ideal for those who have accessibility issues.

Terrible experience, never again in my life.

There is practically nothing to like, except for the space of the flat. Other than that, all of the other items were negative in terms of satisfaction.

Keys: the owner took too long to arrive in order to give the keys. I had to call his cellphone number and wait for about 15 minutes to collect the keys. When we checked out in the morning, I called the guy to return the keys, with no answer. Had to leave without handing the keys directly to the owner. Left him a message and the keys over the table in the apartment. Parking garage: the most horrible, dangerous, and difficult parking space that I've met in my life. The ramp is more than 45 o inclination; to take the car out of the parking lot is more than risky, because of the ramp and the lack of lateral space to exit the car. I had to ask the help of the guys who work nearby in order to help in take the car of the parking garage. These guys mentioned that most of the guests decide to leave their car on the street, due to the difficulties in dealing with the parking garage space. The signs of cars which have hit the walls are all over so everyone can see how difficult and risky is to have the car parked in a place like that; The apartment we were in was listed as in the second floor, without elevator. We had to climb three floors of stairs, with our luggage. There is no elevator in the building, so be careful if you book it there. The kitchen has a bad odour smell; The street is very noisy starting very early in the morning and all day, due to high traffic on the street.
