About this house rental
A beautiful former school building in Fröseke - Småland in a beautiful area right by the lake. A lot of space both in the building and on the property. The rooms on the upper floor are also wheelchair accessible.
It offers many opportunities for all types of leisure and pleasure.
Easily accessible by car or plane from Weeze (Düsseldorf) to Växjö.
In the building there are: large (restaurant) kitchen, heating by means of a heat pump.
Part of the basement is rented to the local kindergarten. They also use the playground on the lake. If the children are not present, you can play anywhere. The property in front of the house and the swings are available to guests. The house is at the end of a street with little traffic and the entire property is fenced, so children can play safely here.
There are several large classrooms. The smallest classroom is converted into a bedroom with a double bed and a brand new luxurious bathroom.
The former staff room is also a separate bedroom with a double bed and its own toilet and shower, in one of the classrooms there is a separate small bedroom with a double bed. Spread over the classrooms there are 4 bunk beds. A classroom is set up as a playroom with table football, table tennis and other children's games.
Many nice details, numerous possibilities for a wonderful holiday in a unique location directly on the lake: fishing, swimming, canoeing, mountain biking, hunting, hiking, picking berries, looking for mushrooms.
The local game warden also offers the opportunity to move into the forest with him to possibly watch elk, deer or wild boar.
There is a covered swimming pool and sauna in Nybro.
There are many nice excursions by car. For example, a trip to the beautiful island of Öland, the city of Kalmar with its castle, the large outlet center in Kosta, where there is a lot of glass art to admire and buy. Keep space in the trunk! In Orrefors, Målerås and Boda you can watch the glassblowers at work.
On the way to Kosta you should stop at Grönåsens Älgpark, you can walk through the park and watch elk.
