The studio is part of an apartment building. It is nestled on a headland between the beaches
Logaras and Punda. From the terrace you have a wonderful panoramic - views of the clear sea
with about 50 meters from the 'Punda - Beach'.
So you can already after a three-minute way to enjoy the refreshing water.
From mid-July to late August is the Punda-Beach, with its two Beach- bars, popular destination not only for young people. In the evening, from 20. 30 but these are then closed. In the rest of the year we experienced the rather quieter seaside atmosphere.
In the studio there is a French double bed, a couch (usable as an extra bed), a dining table, a small well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Another bed or cot can be placed.
Satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection are available.
Even in the winter months, you are always welcome, because the studio is centrally heated.

Our stay went perfectly well. The contact with Julia was great, she is very pleasant and gave us all the information to find the accommodation. On our arrival her husband Thomas was waiting for us and was also very kind and informative. The accommodation was beautiful and clean (it corresponds perfectly to the photos), there was everything we needed. Thomas was very available throughout the stay to answer our questions or problems. The beaches nearby are superb. In summary, everything went well, I recommend this accommodation and these hosts!

In over 40 years of travelling around the Greek Islands, I can honestly say this property is right there at the top. An amazingly comfortable little apartment, we were travelling as 3 adults and there was plenty of room, views to die for and all you need to self cater if you wanted. The property is immaculate, clean bed linen and towels and rooms cleaned during our stay. The location was just perfect, nestled between Logaras and Pounda and central to Piso Livadi,, many options for eating, beach and local bus to the main town. We would return here again and again , the hosts are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, we will definitely be returning, thank you Julia and Thomas!

Julia’s Beach Studio was perfect for us, close to two wonderful beaches and other things to do in the area. It was easy to walk to the beaches, going to one beach in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Grocery stores were close, as well as a bakery. Thomas was great in welcoming us and making us feel right at home. The outdoor table on the terrace was great for meals.

Best places to stay in Paros. We were a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 kid 7 years old).
Location is perfect between 2 sandy beaches Punda and Logaras and both at really close walking distance. Punda is a bit loud during the afternoon as there is a club attached to it but by 8 pm it's all good and we weren't annoyed by the music at all.
The studio is cosy and well equipped with all you need for the perfect beach vacation. The view is amazing from the big terrace.
We were welcomed by Thomas who gave the best tips to enjoy Paros and communication was really smooth before arriving with Julia. I will definitely come back when vacationing to Paros and recommend it around.

Our studio at Julia’s House was perfect! We’ve been to Paros a couple of times and stayed in Parikia or Naoussa, but this was exactly what we were looking for. Away from crowds and congestion but a short stroll to not one, but two beaches. It was clean and had everything we needed, and even felt spacious for our family of three. We loved sitting out on the patio at the beginning and end of the day. What a view. Thomas was a great host and there to welcome us when we arrived. We loved the welcome bottle of wine and local cookies. A special touch. We had a car but enjoyed walking to the local restaurants and tavernas at Piso Levadi.We highly recommend these studios - definitely our new favourite spot on Paros.

Das Appartement von Julia und ihrem Mann ist wirklich top! Die Lage ist super, man ist umgeben von mehreren Stränden und auch am Strand gibt es nette Restaurants.
Julia war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr nett, sie hat uns sehr viele wertvolle Tips für die Umgebung gegeben!

Great stay in Paros
The studio was wonderful. The views of the Sea, beach, mountains were all beautiful. The studio is a great place to stay, with a wonderful wrap around terrace. Check in was easy, (Julia was great with directions and Thomas met us and is a very sweet person) We were there in late September/early October and the beach noise mentioned in a few other reviews didn't really exist for us. We were probably past the main summer crowds and almost had the wonderful beach and Sea to ourselves.
The Wi-fi was an issue and worked for a couple of hours one of the days of our week and a half stay. This was a relaxing vacation for us, so it was ok but could be an issue for some.
Overall it was a lovely stay and we would return to this studio without question the next time we are on Paros.

Nice stay
We really enjoyed our time in Paros at Julia's flat. Her husband is very welcoming and gave us a lot of advices on Paros. The only drawback was the noise from Punda beach from 14:00 to 20:00 but we were aware of it when booking and inside the flat we don't hear anything.

Studio avec terrasse et vue superbes, proches de 2 jolies plages, tout était là pour rendre le séjour agréable aux voyageurs. Calme garanti en juin, mais certainement plus touristique pendant les mois de juillet d'août. Un bémol : l'eau chaude aurait été bienvenue.

Beautiful home on the Aegean
My husband and I traveled to Paros to spend a week and celebrate our 32nd anniversary. We were blessed to spend out week at this beautiful place! Thomas was SO helpful, taking us to town our first evening there to buy whatever supplies we needed, and giving us a little tour of the surrounding villages, complete with GREAT restaurant recommendations! I would return to this place IMMEDIATELY, if possible! If you stay there, don't forget to take the path from Punda to Logaras. It is a little further than taking the road, but it is SO beautiful with views of the rocks jutting out into the sea. We will return as soon as possible!

Bon accueil,bon literie à 100m. de 2 plages différentes. Vue magnifique avec grand terrasse sud et ouest. Village avec port de pêche à 5 min. en voiture avec des bonnes restaurants et un peu de commerce. Ile très fleurie au mois de Mai, visite de l'ile, aussi l'intérieur,prends 1 semaine.

Un studio très fonctionnel et très propre doté d’une jolie terrasse sur la mer. Un propriétaire charmant un emplacement privilégié . Le seul petit bémol étant la plage à proximité qui diffuse de la musique à fond de 14h à 20h....

Superbe emplacement !
Thomas nous a très bien accueilli avec des spécialités de Paros (bouteille de vin de et biscuits délicieux ). Il nous a même apporté des œufs et du fromage fermiers. Excellents conseils pour les visites et les plages à ne pas rater ! Très convivial ! Pour le logement, la terrasse est très agréable et l'appartement est bien équipé. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci Thomas ! Logaras est idéalement situé sur l'île de Paros ! Possibilité de rayonner en 1/2 heure sur les différents centres d'intérêts de l'île ! Prison livadi est juste à côté avec son adorable petit port et ses restaurants, tout est sur place à pied ! Encore merci Thomas !

Etspannter Urlaub bei hervorragender Gastfreundlic
Wir durften drei Wochen bei Julia und Thomas in Logaras verbringen. Die Studios entsprechen in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung in diesem Portal. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und das Badezimmer ist in einem gepflegten Zustand. Der Wohnschlafraum ist gut klimatisiert und mit einem großen frz. Doppelbett ausgestattet. Der Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer ließ schon das Frühstück zu einem Genuss für die Sinne werden. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Musik, die täglich in den Nachmittagsstunden vom Punda-Beach herrüber schallte. Aber durch persönlcihen Email-Kontakt im Vorfeeld unseres Urlaubs war uns das bekannt. Wer dies nicht mag, kann einen der vielen anderen Strände aufsuchen und zudem dabei noch herrliche Ausblicke bei den Küstenwanderungen erlangen. Das eigentlich bestechende an unserem Aufenthalt war aber die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft von Julia und Thomas. Ob Einkauf, Tipps vor Ort, Transfer oder Heimreise, bei allen Fragen standen Sie uns hilfreich zur Seite und beließen es nicht nur bei Worten, sondern ließen auch die entsprechenden Taten folgen.
Alle Tavernen, die in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen waren, können wir empfehlen. Das Aktioun war unser Favorit.
Wir können allen, die einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub bei freundlichen Menschen verbringen wollen, diese kleine Anlage empfehlen.

Wir waren Juni-Juli 2016 für 3 Wochen bei Julia und Thomas auf Paros,
Sie sind tolle Gastgeber und sind sehr nett.
Unterkunft und Umgebung sind top. Man kann sehr viel unternehmen
auch Antiparos ist ein Ausflug wert , auch die kleinen Fischerorte sind sehr schön.
Wir werden immer wieder kommen.

Paradies
Direkt als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns wohl und hatten den Eindruck, dass wir genau das gefunden hatten, was wir suchten. Die Lage des Studios ist ideal. Kein Durchgangsverkehr, Meerblick rundum! Die angrenzenden Stränden hatten wir quasi für uns, was wahrscheinlich an der frühen Reisezeit im Mai lag.
Das Studio ist gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Der Vermieter hat uns mit seiner unnaufdringlichen Art liebevoll umsorgt und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Dies auch schon bei der Planung unserer Anreise! Das Taxi, das wir über ihn bestellt hat, stand am Fährhafen für uns bereit, und wir mussten nur noch einsteigen.
Ideal ist auch, dass eine Anzahl von ansprechenden Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis hat stets gestimmt und wir haben uns jeden Tag auf neue Köstlichkeiten gefreut.

Urlaub zum träumen
Im Juni haben wir fast 3 Wochen Urlaub bei Julia und Thomas in Paros gemacht.
Die Lage vom Haus (Studio)ist sehr schön Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben uns sehr
wohlgefühlt .Julia und Thomas sind tolle Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit . Der Strand ist sehr schön ,klares Wasser ,man kann es in vollen Zügen genießen .
Auch Ausflüge nach Parikia und Naoussa sind traumhaft schön.
Wir möchten uns für diesen schönen Urlaub bei Julia und Thomas bedanken
und freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub.

MERVEILLEUX STUDIO - SEJOUR PARFAIT!
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans le studio de Julia avec un enfant en bas âge et un bébé. Le studio est parfait pour une famille : spacieux, confortable, bien équipé, très propre. La terrasse est géniale, immense, la vue est magnifique, quel bonheur!
Accueil très chaleureux de Julia et de son mari qui ont été très présents et aux petits soin durant tout notre séjour. A notre arrivée nous attendait une bouteille de vin, des gâteaux maison et de quoi nous faire un petit déjeuner pour le lendemain! Julia nous a aussi donné des tas de légumes frais délicieux, et des jeux de plage pour notre fille.
Le studio est très bien situé, entre deux plages. La plage la plus proche est juste en bas du studio, on y accède en quelques minutes. La vue est superbe. Commerces et restaurants non loin.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio et nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Merci encore à Julia et à son mari qui ont vraiment été formidables.

Tolles Studio, tolle Gastgeber, toller Urlaub!
Es war ein wahnsinnig schöner Urlaub in Julia's Studio. Das Studio ist top ausgestattet, wir haben oft gekocht und auch auf der wunderbaren Terasse gegrillt. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt! Julia und ihr Mann sind unglaublich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, sowohl im Kontakt vor der Reise (Auskünfte über Fähren, Hoteltips in Athen etc.) als auch vor Ort (Fahrt zum Supermarkt/ Bus, Vermittlung einer Autovermietung etc.).
Die beiden Strände sind sehr schön, wenn auch Punda Beach auf Grund der beiden Clubs tagsüber nicht ganz unser Fall war… gegen Abend wird es aber auch dort wieder ruhig, sodass wir uns nie gestört gefühlt haben und den Meerblick in vollen Zügen genießen konnten.

Tolles Strand Studio
Ich (34) war vom 29.5.-14.6.2014 mit meinem Partner (37) in Julias Beach Studio. Es ist genauso wie von ihr beschrieben! Ich kann dem nichts hinzufügen oder gar etwas korrigieren. Es liegt wunderbar gelegen.
Lagoras, das nächstgelegene Zentrum mit Tavernen (Empfehlung: Soiree) und Bars ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Selbstversorgung haben wir im Grunde nur für´s Frühstück gewählt. Ansonsten kann man sehr gut und günstig in den Tavernen essen gehen (ca. 30€ für zwei Personen inkl. Vorspeise, 1 L Wein und div. Hauptspeisen) - aber das nur am Rande.
Die Küche im Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt (zwei mal haben wir selbst gekocht).
An dem schönen Punda Beach haben wir fast täglich gesonnt. Andere Strände haben wir mal angefahren, aber beschlossen dass "unserer" am tollsten ist.
Das Meer ist ein Traum.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen hin und wieder Aufmerksamkeiten von Thomas (Julias Ehemann). Die Verständigung auf Englisch klappte sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert, sauber und im gepflegtem Zustand. Ich habe auf der Matraze im Bett wunderbar geschlafen. Sehr ehrliche und gute Beschreibung von Julia. Vielen Dank!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes, modernes Studio.
Es ist wirklich so schön, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Am Strand war es ruhig, doch auch die Terrasse mit den beiden komfortablen Liegen und dem traumhaften Meerblick bietet viel.

Herrliches Domizil - wunderbare Gastgeber
Vorhin habe ich meine Joghurt mit dem letzten Rest Honig gesüßt, den mir Thomas, Ehemann von Julia, auf Paros geschenkt hat, und dabei habe ich mich sehnsüchtig an die sonnigen Zeiten erinnert:
Frühstück auf dem großen Balkon mit Blick übers Meer auf die Insel Naxos, hinter der gerade die Sonne aufging und dabei genüssliches Pläneschmieden für den jeweiligen Tag. (Ufer nur ca. 50 m entfernt!)
Da der Urlaub kurzfristig geplant war, konnte Julia uns keinen Platz in ihrem Haus anbieten, sondern vermittelte uns ins Nachbargebäude, in welchem sie Studios in Kommission betreut. Eine herrliche, gut gepflegte Bleibe mit Komfort wie wir ihn nicht erwartet hatten: geräumige Wohnküche mit mehr als allen erforderlichen Gebrauchsgegenständen (zum Super-Luxus fehlte nur die Spülmaschine), großzügiges Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum in hoher Schrankwand, zweckmäßiges, properes Bad und o.e. Balkon mit einmaliger Aussicht.
Und das Beste: die Gastgeber! Julia begleitete uns zur Autovermietung, zeigte uns den besten Supermarkt, gab Tipps für vorzügliche einheimische Restaurants, einsame Strände, ....... ; Julia wußte immer Rat und hat mit ihrem freundlichen Wesen und ihrem ansteckenden Lachen die Urlaubsstimmung gehoben; Thomas verwöhnte uns mit Eiern, Honig und lustigen Sprüchen: die ganze Atmosphäre war einfach wohltuend. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Urlaub an gleichem Ort bei Julia und Thomas.
