Schöne kleine Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick
Da wir meistens unterwegs am Strand, am Pool oder auf Tagesausflügen waren, war die geringe Wohnfläche komplett ausreichend. Schöne große Terrasse mit Meerblick mit Sitzmöglichkeiten für vier Personen und Liegemöglichkeiten für zwei Personen. Ab ungefähr 11 Uhr hat man Sonne auf der Terrasse bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit reichlichen Handtüchern und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Der Gemeinschaftspool hatte um die acht Liegen also man musste ein wenig Glück haben um eine zu bekommen oder zu einer anderen Stunde nochmal vorbeischauen. Der Strand war 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist das vorletzte Haus einer Sackgasse was sehr angenehm war, da die Umgebung dadurch sehr ruhig war.

Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Leuke en schone woning waarin het ons aan niets ontbrak. Ruim terras met ( lig) stoelen en tafel, met prachtig uitzicht op de rotsen, de oceaan, de haven en La Gomera. Groot zonnescherm met afstandsbediening. Wij hebben eind juni genoten van de rust. Maar er is TV, dvd, films, goede wifi. Bij vraag waar de schakelaar was van de boiler, kregen we direct antwoord. Hadden dat zelf ook makkelijk kunnen zien. Complete keuken. Gelukkig geen lawaaierige airco maar goede stille ventilatoren. Kleine maar goede supermarkt op 10-15 minuten lopen. Genoeg parkeerplaatsen voor de deur.

Einfach tolle Wohnung !
Kleine Ferienwohnung im ruhigen Wohnkomplex, entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wundervoller Blick von der Terrasse. Einfache und freundliche Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut. Am besten mit dem Mietwagen einreisen. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

The view is glorious.
It’s a good location with a stunning view. The pool was too cold to use and you had to take the sun beds from the apartment to sit beside it. The mattress was hard and the bedding of poor quality and uncomfortable. The shower was powerful but only enough hot water for one and a half showers.

Gorgeous apartment with spectacular views, can’t wait to be back!
Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment with the most incredible panoramic views of the cliffs, the marina and La Gomera etc. You can also enjoy these views from indoors sat at the dining table. But most of the time we enjoyed this view sunbathing on the large terrace. Bliss!
The apartment is really well equipped with everything you need to self cater but a short walk from great bars and restaurants plus supermarkets.

Super ausgestattete Fewo in sehr schöner Lage
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Fewo sehr genossen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist großartig. Die Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Fernglas !, zwei Kaffeemaschinen, aktuelle Straßen- und Wanderkarten, große Terrasse mit Tisch, 4 Stühlen UND 2 Liegen) ist hervorragend. WLAN läuft perfekt. Bei kleinen Schwierigkeiten mit der Bedienung des Fernsehers hat der Eigentümer innerhalb weniger Minuten per Email und WhattsApp geholfen.
Wir können diese Fewo sehr empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Erholung pur!
Das Appartement befindet sich in einem größeren Gebäudekomplex mit vielen Wohnungen,die zT vermietet werden aber auch "normal" bewohnt werden. Es gibt einen sehr gepflegten Gemeinschaftspool.In wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Ort und etwa 15 min am Strand.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Das Sahnehäubchen jedoch ist die Terrasse mit der Traumaussicht auf das Meer und nebenan den Los Gigantes.

Traumhafte ruhige Lage...
die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen die Aussicht ist der Hammer ebenfalls die Ruhe wenn man bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang geniessen will. Es handelt sich um eine Ferienanlage die auch viel von Spaniern genutzt wird. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und sind sehr sehr nett und helfen bei Problemen jederzeit weiter. Der Check In war super beschrieben und absolut problemlos.
Der Gemeinschaftspool lädt am Abend nach der Rückkehr auf eine kurze Abkühlung ein. Der Ort Los Gigantes ist sehr schön mit netten Geschäften schönen Restaurants und dem kleinen Hafen von dem man sehr gut Ausflüge mit dem Boot buchen kann. Supermarkt und sogar ein Lidl befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand ist in ca. 10 Min. zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub, wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da.

Top Aussicht
Die Wohnung hat wirklich eine sehr schöne Aussicht und Lage für jeden der es eher ruhig mag. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool immer sauber. Die Wohnung an sich ist für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Leider ist es schwierig die Wohnung zu lüften bzw. kühl zu halten. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit zu erreichen und helfen bei allen Fragen und Problemen. Für einen zwei Wochen Urlaub hätte ich mir ein richtiges Bett gewünscht bei dem die Matratzen nicht auseinander rutschen.
Nehmt auf jeden Fall ein Fernglas mit um die Delfine zu beobachten.

Spektakulärer Balkon
Zum dritten Mal haben wir unseren Aufenthalt bei Familie Linnarz sehr genossen. Der tolle Balkon mit dem Blick auf die Felsen, die Ruhe und der Pool haben uns wieder bezaubert.

Klasse Aussicht, ruhige Lage, sehr angenehm
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet, die Infos für die Anreise/Schlüsselübernahme waren perfekt, alles Vereinbarte hat tadellos geklappt. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Aussicht und die Ruhe sind unbezahlbar, das ist Urlaub und Entspannung pur. Auch das Parken auf der Straße war kein Problem, meist direkt vorm Haus, manchmal ein paar Schritte zu gehen, aber nie weit.

Der beste Urlaub seit Jahren!
Wir waren nach sieben Jahren das erste mal wieder auf der Insel, dieses mal mit Kindern (6 und 4 Jahre alt, wobei der Kleine dort seinen Geburtstag feiern durfte!). Es war fantastisch!
Die Wohnung bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Giganten und La Gomera, wir konnten sogar Delfine vom Balkon aus sehen.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war vollkommen ausreichend für drei Wochen und vier Personen. Alles war sauber und sehr gut gepflegt, wenn auch der Kühlschrank für vier Personen etwas klein ist. Das WLAN reicht leider von der Lobby nicht bis in die Wohnung, aber wir waren ja auch nicht zum Arbeiten da!
Die Anlage liegt dicht genug am Ortskern, so dass man schnell unten Brötchen holen oder auch mal essen gehen kann, ohne das Auto zu benutzen.
Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und auch ansonsten ist die Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber!
Ein Kompliment an die Vermieter für die schöne Wohnung!

Wieder schöne Tage in Buenavista Anlage
Auch unser zweiter Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen. Der Ausblick ist immer noch einfach grandios und die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet.
Der Vemieter war immer ansprechbar und hat sich zeitnah um ein Problem mit der Satelitenanlage gekümmert!
Deshalb gibt es von uns auch dieses mal glatte 5 Sterne!

Traumwohnung für Traumurlaub
Wir verdanken dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung unseren schönsten Urlaub seit langem.
Die Lage - ruhig und doch zentral und immer sonnig (auch wenn es überall woanders wolkig war) - für uns ideal. Wir verbrachten unseren ersten Urlaub auf den Kanaren und haben uns mit dem Mietwagen viel von der Insel angeschaut.
Den für uns passendsten, gepflegten und doch natürlichen, schönsten Strand haben wir in Alcala gefunden. Mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten von Acantillados de Los Gigantes.
Am glücklichsten waren wir jedoch beim "Nachhausekommen". Mit einem Glas Wein auf der grandiosen Terrasse mit spektakulärem, unbeschreiblich schönen Blick auf Gomera, den kleinen Hafen, die imposante Steilküste und die schier endlose Weite des Meeres den Tag ausklingen lassen und liegend dem Sonnenuntergang und dem Sternenhimmel zuzusehen, war der Höhepunkt.
An die stets ab dem Sonnenuntergang ertönenden doch etwas merkwürdigen Laute des Gelbschnabel Sturmtauchers, der in den Klippen nistet, haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt.
Die Wohnung selbst für uns absolut ausreichend groß und gemütlich. Die Küche funktionell und gut ausgestattet, wobei wir nur dort gefrühstückt haben.
Wir danken Familie Linnartz für zuverlässige und stets aktuelle Begleitung. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Teneriffa reisen, käme für uns nur diese Wohnung in Frage!

Great Views
The views from this apartment were stunning and just as the pictures show. The surrounding area was far enough away from bars and restaurants to be peaceful and quiet and the balcony was ideal to spend time relaxing with our books in the afternoon, and watching the sunsets in the evening. The lift was very useful if you had any heavy suitcases or shopping during your stay. Inside the apartment, there were plenty of towels, the bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage in the bedroom. Outside there was good parking available.
The only downsides – we were unlucky with the weather for a few days, and the available entertainment was more geared towards German visitors then English ones. Only German TV stations were available (apart from Sky news) also the DVDs and books were in German. Some aspects of the apartment were a bit tired and needed replacing or updating (for example, all the no-stick cooking pans in the kitchen). The beach was closed for building works when we were there but we had good use of the pool, sometimes to ourselves! It would have been useful to have a visitors book to share experiences. All in all, a very good stay, the owners were very helpful and friendly, and we would recommend visiting Los Gigantes.

Fijn appartement op een mooie locatie.
Prachtig uitzicht op de haven en de rotsen. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Klein minpuntje is dar er geen airco op de slaapkamer is. Gezien de warmte 's nachts is dat eigenlijk wel nodig. Airco is wel aanwezig in de woonkamer. Parkeren gratis voor de deur in doodlopende straat. Los Gigantes is een gezellig stadje, niet te druk maar wel genoeg drink en eetgelegenheid.

Nice and clean
This was our first visit in Tenerife, we spend there wounderfull two weeks. The location is very good with outstanding seaview.
Apartment is nice and we found the equipment really usefull. Our host was very kindly. Most of the evenings we visited small beach near the apartment and then went back and spent time on terrace. The peacefull location is the biggest adventage. We will definitely book it again!

Die Terrasse ist der Hammer!
Wir waren bereits zwei mal in der Wohnung weil es einfach ein perfekter Ort ist: Los Gigantes ist an sich sehr beeindruckend und die Ortsrandlage der Wohnung ist perfekt, die Anlage selbst und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und beide Zimmer haben einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Jedes mal umwerfend ist es, wenn man auf die Terrasse geht. Sie bietet vielleicht die beste Szenerie die wir je in einer Ferienwohnung hatten - Sonnenuntergang Richtung La Gomera inklusive. Zu Hause kann man oft nur davon träumen.
Einen Tipp für jene die gerne Wandern (auch ausgesetzte Wege): direkt oberhalb der Anlage beginnt ein rauer (eigentlich gesperrter) Weg durch die Klippen. Man kann da sehr weit gehen, sogar durch einen Wasserstollen in die nächste Bucht. Dort gibt es allerdings keinen Sand sondern Geröll.
Nur eine Anregung habe ich für die Vermieter: Bitte tauscht den Kühlschrank aus. Das alte Gerät hatte kein gut funktionierendes Gefrierfach, dabei schmeckt ein Eis auf der Terrasse doch so gut ...

Fantastisch
Alles was perfect! Nog nooit huurden we een appartement met zo'n prachtig terras met het mooist denkbare uitzicht op de zee en de rotsen. Hoewel we meestal buiten waren, was het appartement van binnen ook heel comfortabel: alles was schoon, de keuken zeer goed uitgerust en het bed was prima.
Voor ons ook van groot belang, het was er zeer rustig. Ondanks het grote complex merkte je helemaal niets van buren. Ook waren er geen geluiden van de straat, je hoorde alleen het geruis en de golven van de zee.
We komen graag weer terug hier.

Super Lage, toller Blick
Wir waren zum 2. Mal in dieser Wohnanlage und es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir auch im nächsten Jahr (2018) dort wieder 2 Wochen verbringen wollen - dieses Mal in der komfortablen Wohnung der Familie Linnartz.
Von der großen Terrasse hat man auf der linken Seite Blick auf das Meer, Hafen und auf die Insel La Gomera, auf der rechten Seite die Klippen. So eine Aussicht hat man nicht alle Tage - unvergesslich!
Die Wohnanlage ist am Ende einer Sackgasse ruhig gelegen.
Sauberkeit und die Wohnung selbst - alles war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Es fehlte an nichts.
Der überaus freundliche Kontakt zum Vermieter muss erwähnt werden. Da wir nur 30 km vom Vermieter wohnen, war die Abwicklung recht einfach. Wir konnten die Wohnungsschlüssel direkt beim Vermieter abholen.
Man merkt, dass es ihnen sehr wichtig ist, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen.
Es fiel uns schwer abzureisen.
Bis zum nächsten Jahr, wir kommen wieder!

Der perfekte Ort für gute Erholung und viel Sonne!
- Helles, gut gepflegtes und ruhiges Ferienapartment (liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse). Es fehlt an nichts. Von Küchenutensilien, ausreichend Handtüchern, einem Safe, Wäscheständer + Waschmaschine, Radio, DVDs, Büchern, Kerzen, neuen (!) Balkonstühlen/-liegen (sind auf den Bildern noch nicht drauf), Sitzkissen, Fernglas - es ist einfach alles vorhanden und das Apartment ist trotzdem nicht "vollgestopft". Es ist noch ausreichend Platz für die eigenen Sachen vorhanden
- Parkplätze vor der Türe waren immer ausreichend vorhanden
- Auf dem Balkon konnte man Anfang Oktober von mittags bis zum Sonnenuntergang Sonne tanken und das Meer rauschen hören. Wir haben auf Delfine/Wale gesehen
- Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig, Pool ist sehr sauber
- In wenigen Minuten ist man unten am Hafen, dort wird es etwas trubeliger (aber für unser Empfinden ist alles noch sehr ruhig und entspannend im Gegensatz zu Costa Adeje und Co). Am Hafen starten Tagestouren zur Masca Schlucht, Delfinfahrten, Angeln, SUP-Verleih,...
- LIDL und SUPERDINO sind im Ort vorhanden
- Abwicklung mit den Vermietern lief einwandfrei und alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Vielen Dank!
- Das einzige Manko: WLAN nur in der Lobby verfügbar

Urlaubsgenuss PUR
Wir haben in der zweiten Maihälfte 2016 einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Seit vielen Jahren machen wir Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen in den unterschiedlichsten Ländern. Kaum eine Unterkunft war derart gut ausgestattet wie diese. In der Küche gab es neben einem Toaster, einer Kaffemaschine, einer elektrischen Orangenpresse, diversen Töpfen und Pfannen alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher mit vielen deutschen Fernseh- und Radioprogrammen, es gibt einige Reise- und Wanderführer von Teneriffa und es gibt für den vergesslichen Urlauber Romane zum Schmökern. Die Terasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf den Hafen von Los Gigantes und auf das Meer. Abends kann man den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang genießen und morgens kann man gemütlich im Schatten frühstücken, ohne die Markiese ausrollen zu müssen. Für uns waren es zwei wunderschöne Wochen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

...und wieder ein phantastischer Urlaub
Wir waren zum 2.Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung mit der herrlichen Aussicht und genauso zufrieden wie letztes Jahr im April. Unsere damalige Bewertung können wir in vollem Umfang bestätigen. Die ganzen 2 Wochen hatten wir ein Traumwetter. Wieder haben wir morgens schon beim Frühstück die Aussicht auf Hafen, die Felsen und Gomera und abends die Sonnenuntergänge genossen. Die Insel bietet jede Menge Ausflugs- und Wanderziele in jeder Höhenlage mit unterschiedlicher Vegetation und Landschaft. Wenn man mal keine Lust hat, die Serpentinen mit dem Mietwagen zu fahren, lohnt es sich auch mal eine Tour mit dem öffentlichen Bus ("Guagua") zu unternehmen.
Wir denken, wir waren nicht das letzte Mal auf Teneriffa in Los Gigantes in dieser angenehmen Unterkunft.

Best view you can get in Los Gigantes
My husband and I spent 7 nights at this condo during the winter season (early dec) 2014. The condo is situated in a quiet area on the island (not a party town) and has the most incredible view of the cliffs of Los Gigantes and the sea. We had a few cloudy and rainy days but the condo had some magazines and DVDs to pass the time during the bad weather. The condo is great size for a couple. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was great for cooking our own meals. The pool area was very quiet and receives lots of sun. I highly recommend this condo. Communicating with the owners was efficient and we had no problems with arrival/departure. The pictures are very accurate.

Lovely apartment
We had a two weeks stay here. The apartment is clean and well stocked. The owners have put a lot of thought into the facilities, with TV, CD player and binoculars. The balcony is a good size - we spent most days on it. Lots of nice restaurants and I can recommend two tours we took - Tiede by night, and a boat trip on "Freebird" - these can be purchased at the Los Gigantes Hotel.

We had great and relaxing holidays in your apartment in Los Gigantes! We really liked that it is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac next to the famous Los Gigantes cliffs. So it is a quiet place with a great view of the sea and the mountains.
The apartment is very modern and you have everything you need there (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, DVDs, CDs, books …). We especially liked the balcony with its magnificent view. Most of the time we sat there, enjoyed the scenery and the summer weather. Although we planned to go out for dinner every night we rather stayed there and cooked for ourselves to enjoy the balcony and the sunsets as often as possible.
We were really lucky to see some dolphins and whales from the balcony. Thanks to the binoculars you provided and which we often used. But you can also go on whale and dolphin watching boat trips from the marina of Los Gigantes (10 min. walk). We enjoyed a 2 hour whale watching tour on an old traditional German boat where we saw whales really close! It was a great but also a bit shaky experience (because of the waves).
We also went a few times to the Los Gigantes beach near the marina (10 min. walk). The beach is not too big but it was never very crowded and if you go near the end there won’t be so many people and you don’t have any stones in the water. Most days we went to the swimming pool that belongs to the apartment complex. It is just down the corridor and a few stairs down. We really appreciated that the pool was very close to the apartment and not very crowded.
As we had a rental car we went on sightseeing trips every other day: e.g. to Loro Park (nice zoo, but a bit too commercial and crowded in our opinion), Teide and Adeje. We also did the Masca walk - a great hiking tour from Masca down a canyon to Masca beach and back to Los Gigantes by boat. You don’t need a guide for this tour.
Finally, we would like to thank you for recommending us to rent a car, because even if you don’t go on any trips around the island it is useful to have a car to go shopping to the supermarket. We learned that the supermarkets in Los Gigantes (in walking distance) are rather small and quite expensive. So we went to the supermarket in Puerto de Santiago (5 km) and to Lidl (German supermarket) in Adeje (20 km) by car. By the way: there is always enough space in front of the apartment complex to park your car. Thank you again for the nice holidays we had in your apartment. We will definitely come back!

Clean & Peaceful Apartment.
The apartment is beautifully clean & has everything you could wish for.The view is Magnificent, the location nice & quiet but not too far out. The apartment has a lift, wonderful for heavy shopping.The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows available & a nice warm blanket If needed. The pool area was great with plenty of beds & parasols & nice clean loo's. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend this apartment to anyone.

Buena Vista Complex apartment of Yuko
My friend and I wanted a short sunny break to 'get away of it all' and were seduced by the picture of the view from the terrace of the apartment. We were doubtful if the view was going to be as lovely as the picture but were happily surprised that it was! We found the apartment very clean and well maintained with plenty of towels. There was toilet paper, washing liquid, handsoap and some basic cooking ingredients which was good so we did not have to purchase this for a 4 day holiday. Verde's Inmobiliaria was very helpfull and made sure we had everything we needed to have a lovely break. The apartment is quietly located at the end of a dead end street, although it was only a five minute walk to the main shopping street and harbour. We expected Los Gigantes to be noisy but, when at the flat, we could only hear the noise of the waves of the sea which was very peaceful. The owners of the apartment were very friendly and were happy to answer any questions by email. My friend and I had a lovely stay and were especially impressed by the magnificent view of the sea, cliffs and harbour. The terraces of the apartments provide privacy without disrupting the beautiful view. Los Gigantes is a small friendly place (compared to Los Christianos and Las Americanas) and has some lovely restaurants like the one at the church and at the end of the harbour. There is a supermarket on the corner across Verde's inmobiliaria but I would recommend to only buy what you do not find somewhere else as it is very expensive. A much smaller but cheaper shop you can find a few minutes walking around the corner, on the other side of the street (run by an English couple). For example, we found some lovely manchego-goats cheese which was Euro1 in the 'English shop' and Euro2,5 in the corner shop. To travel from the airport to Los Gigantes I would recommend taking a taxi (40 min-Euro40) instead of taking the bus which was much cheaper (13Euro for 2pers) but took us more then two hours travel time. The apartment, with its magnificient view was excellent value for money and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment 'to get away of it all'!
