This beautiful house is on Mirror Pond with views of the water and Drake Park. You can't get a better view nor any closer to downtown - it's less than 1/2 mile walk. The 3 bed/2.5 bath home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.

Deschutes River views are abundant in this home–living rooms, kitchen, dining, primary bedroom, guest bedroom.

Fully stocked chef's kitchen with professional range makes cooking (with a river view) a lot of fun. Indoor dining seating for 8 and outdoor for 6.

The living room has abundant seating, a gas fireplace, and a large 65" smart TV. A second den upstairs has another TV and is a great spot for kids.

Also downstairs is an office with a desk/chair and a trundle daybed with 2 twin mattresses. The lower pops up to be the same height as the trundle twin mattress. The office has a set of french doors with blackout shades that open to the hallway to the living room.

On the second floor of this home, there are 2 separate wings. The first, is a spacious primary suite with oversized private patio. The second wing boasts an upstairs den (with TV), 2 bedrooms each with their own toilet/sink and a shared Jack and Jill shower. The den also has a small outdoor patioPrivate grounds, including the Mirror Pond backyard, are exclusively yours. Launch into the river directly from the backyard. A BBQ, paddle boards and tubes are available for your use May-Sept. Take a shuttle/get a ride up the river, float down, and end your tubing trip directly in the backyard of the home.

Three cars maximum. We offer 3 driveway parking spots and 2 garage stalls for guests.
