Ditch the snow come on down and enjoy the weather, beach, countryside, and cozy home away from home. The price is Right and Bright Come on Down!!!!.. No worries when you get here only excessive relaxation !!! Lol.

The garage is not included in the rental. Access at the owner's discretion.
Our driveway is 54X14 we accommodate BASS BOATS parked at owners' risk. All parking for guests is at the owner's risk.

Quiet neighborhood with beautiful house. If you like antiques and vintage you will love it. It's about 30 minutes from the historic downtown area and beach. Not as much to do in this area.Especially enjoyed the sun room. Could use a better TV with a listing of stations. Also extra blankets and more every day dishes.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Host was always there to help with any situations. The home was very special with the English deco. A lot of interesting pieces. I was very comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely return here.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was immaculate. It was quiet and comfortable, and was stocked with all the comforts of home and then some. Elaine is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed.

Had a great stay was only there to sleep shower and fish 🐟 close to all the lakes and house was clean and beds were comfortable

Property was close to family. Way too cluttered and layered with dust. Horrible for dust allergies. Owner stayed in a shed in the back yard. couldn't cook cause every inch of space had some dusty glassware. We were not allowed to move anything. Truly a creepy experience. Not allowed to wash towels so we had to buy washcloths etc since there was only 4 .22 mirrors on the wall and 10 times more pictures and plates. Plastic fasteners were in towels, I used one the first night and scratched my eye. So much more I could say, but is staying in a shed legal?

As an English person, I was very interested to stay in this home. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely quiet peaceful neighborhood. .The decoration is definitely more “ country Manor” than cozy home “ think Downton Abbey! There are lots of lovely authentic looking pieces, in the home, which are beautifully displayed and presented. However, I felt it was a little too much for the size of the home. I would be afraid to stay there with young grandchildren, or even clumsy adults in case I broke something. I was forever saying to my husband “ Be careful, watch what your doing”. Trust me, the “idle Rich” generally keep this sort of thing for show, and their actual living rooms are far, far inferior. Elaine the host is a delightful lady, always happy and willing to help.. However, I found it a little disconcerting that she stayed on the property in accommodation in the yard. . Good value for money

It was a very nice stay. It felt so good getting away from the hustle and bustle of the Washington DC area. I had ample time to spend with my my son and my in-laws.

We enjoyed our ten day stay. We mainly fished in the area bass lakes. This great location is about 5 miles southwest of Palm Bay and about 25 minutes from Headwaters. The only negative is the local ordinance that will not allow you to leave your boat unattached in the driveway. You can park the boat in the driveway, as long as it is still connected to your vehicle. I left my boat at the side of the house for a sight seeing trip, but is was a very tight fit and hard to get it out. A larger boat would not fit to the side of the house. Every thing else was good. The owner answered our questions promptly by text.

Elaine was very attentive to our needs and questions. We had a boat that needed power access and occasional wash down. Each of those needs were met. The screened in back porch offered a great area to be comfortable and relax.The property is conveniently located with in 20 minutes of the the lakes we wanted to fish.
