最高でした。

人に会わず好きな時間にチェックインできること。

お風呂の座椅子があったらよかったのと充電スポットが就寝スペースにもうすこしあったらいいなと思いました。

ありがとうございました。

周辺にコンビニやスーパー等が豊富にあり良かった。 15分ぐらい歩けば中洲の屋台街にも行けてとても便利。駐車場もたくさんあり、値段もリーズナブルでした。

위생에 예민하신분은 조금 고려해주세요.

마트, 편의점이 가까워서 좋았고 하카타역은 17분 거리 정도 입니다. 뜨거운물이 잘나오고 수압이 좋았습니다.

숙박세를 사전에 미리 결제했음에도 불구하고 체크인시 결제하라는 연락을 받았으며, 사전에 이 문제에 대해 소통으로 끝냈음에도 숙박일 당일 또 같은문제로 연락이 와서 당황하였습니다. 그 문제때문에 체크인이 늦어지고 호스트와 연락도 잘 되지 않았습니다. 숙소에 들어서면 수많음 머리카락들이 저희를 반겼습니다. 바닥청소를 저희가 스스로 먼저 해야지만 짐을 놓을 수 있는 상황입니다. 화장실 바닥에도 머리카락이 너무 많습니다. 기본적으로 바닥청소 정도는 하고 게스트를 받기를 바랍니다. 베게에는 곰팡이가 피어 있어서 가지고온 튜브형 목베게로 대신 하였습니다.

Not too happy.

Near convenient stores, bus stops

Futon too thin, not conjusive for a good rest after a long day. Thick dust underneath the sofa/ sofa bed.Presence of dried leaves along stairway. Separate payment of accommodation tax should be included in the total bill, as it created inconvenience for the client.

ゆったりスペース

スペースが広くて解放感があり快適に過ごせました。追い焚き機能は助かります。シャワー圧力もGOOD！調理器具とカップはあります。目の前が公演なので春は桜がキレイにみられます。

若干、清掃ができていないかも？入ったときに毛が落ちていた。欲を言えば、外階段入口周りの掃除をして欲しい。階段が狭いので大荷物を持って上がるのが大変でした。１階をお願いすれば良かった(T-T) トイレが狭かった。男性は大変かも！お皿や箸、スプーンなどはないので近くのスーパーで購入しました。公園に野良猫がたくさんいます。苦手な方は注意を！

広々ロフト付きルーム

天井が高く解放感がありました。洗濯機、タオル干し、ハンガーもあったのでとても助かりました。浴室は追い焚き機能や浴室乾燥もありました。クローゼットにもハンガー、掃除機もあり快適。

天井が高いので暖房が効きにくいので寒かった。冷蔵庫があったが冷えなくて…故障？テレビ朝日番組だけ電波が悪くてみにくかった。

위치는 좋으나, 청결도나 소음에 민감하신 분들은 다시 생각해보세요.

관광지와 떨어진 곳이기 때문에 조용합니다. 한국 사람들보다는 현지인들이 많아서 좋았고, 인근에 은근한 맛집들이 많아서 좋았습니다. 하카타나 텐진 모두 도보 20~30분이면 걸어갈 수 있었고, 버스를 타게되면 한 3~4정거장이면 도착했던 것 같습니다.

청결하지 않았습니다. 아무리 가성비 숙소라고 해도...머리카락이나 먼지 뒹굴어 다니는 상태가 가히 충격적이었습니다. 2층 침대 프레임에 박혀있는 음료수 또한 제가 치웠습니다...이런 숙소는 또 처음... 또한 소음이 굉장히 잘 들립니다. 숙소에서 잠을 편히 잔 기억이 없습니다.

Very good budget option for a stay with a big group.

good location cleanliness was perfect, futon way more comfortable than expected. i enjoyed that there were lots of free amenities like towels, body wash etc.

because of the high ceilings, the heating was very very slow, and the apartment stayed cold for a long time. also there was some noise almost every night because of neighbors.

リビングに知らない人の爪が落ちてました。暖房が上だけに行くから下が寒かったです。

よかった。

洗濯機と洗剤があった事。コンビニ、スーパー、駐車場が近くにあり、便利でした。

トイレが狭い。2階の歩く音がうるさかった。

Nice apartment for group travelers

- Nice, clean and well equipped apartment - Convenient check-in system (online) - Convenient store nearby

- A bit far away from the main railway station (around 20 minutes walking). Still, there’s a lot of bus choices to get to the apartment from the station, so it’s not really a big problem.

Exceptional

My friend helped me check in but he didn't bring any credit card, and the place can't process my reservation. In the end they decided to open up the check in place until I arrive, which is around 1 hour after the last check in time. The staffs are really patient and kind too. The place is very clean and cozy with lots of convenience store around and a really cute playground just across the apartment. The neighbourhood is really clean and not a lot of loud noises at any time so that's a plus.

There's no lift to go to the second floor, so be mindful if you're planning to carry big luggages. Also, if you're not used to walking a lot, the distance between the apartment and the nearest train station could be a problem, but otherwise, everything is real good.

Good facilities but walls too thin, keys a hassle

In the confirmation email, it said that the keys would need to be collected between 15:00 and 18:00. The restricted time slot can be pretty stressful for travelers. I had to change my train time.

Walls are very thin and you can hear pretty much everything from the rented studio next door. I found it very noisy.
