About this house rental
5 spacious bedrooms each with their own full bathroom in our home with all brand new amenities to enjoy your seashore getaway. The home sleeps 10 people which is the maximum amount of guests for a rental at our home.
Enjoy a day relaxing on the deck or perhaps fishing in the bay, swimming, kayaking or boating. The docks have 2 swim ladders and we have 2 boat slips. Take a walk to enjoy the beach, park or shopping in town which is only blocks away. Ocean City, Cape May and Atlantic City are less than an hour away for a day trip getaway. So much to do.
This is a Non Smoking property inside as well as outside on our property and decks.
No candles are allowed.
No pets of any kind are allowed .
Since Covid- 19 is still prevalent in the US and for the safety of all of our guests, for any rentals we have decided that we are not providing any sheets, bedding, comforters or pillows for our 4 bedrooms as well as we are not providing any towels, beach chairs or beach tags for our rentals.
For the safety too of our renters as well as for the home owners , we are not accepting rentals to anyone that currently has Covid-19 or exhibiting any Covid or flu like symptoms. Thank you.
No cancellation policy after rentals are booked now due to the close date of the season
