About this apartment rental
Our cozy 62 sqm apartment has been renovated and furnished with modern furniture. It is in an absolute top location and is perfect due to its proximity to the ski slopes, the bike arena and the hiking paradise Rothaarsteig. The apartment is in an apartment building and has a parking space .. Parking spaces for cars can also be found in the rear garden area. The fast Internet of a cable provider is available to our guests free of charge and the WiFi access is easy with the help of short instructions posted in the apartment.
The apartment has a furnished balcony, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Mirror cabinet, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer (+ diffuser) are available.
The modern living room with wall unit + wardrobe offers 2 additional sleeping options thanks to the pull-out, cozy living area. The flat-screen TV with satellite reception, the Blue-Ray DVD player, the CD / radio with USB connection and the additional music system as well as various CDs and DVDs are used for entertainment.
There is also a WiFi / Bluetooth speaker that can be paired with a smartphone and thus offers the possibility to play the favorite music from your own cell phone. With the multi-USB quick charging station, your devices can be charged quickly.
The brand new Nolte kitchen with branded appliances was installed in July 2016. It consists of a long kitchenette with a dishwasher, ceramic hob and extractor hood. Opposite the kitchenette is the high oven and the freezer-fridge combination. The extensive kitchen equipment is housed in the cupboards and enables cooking and baking just like at home.
Crockery, glasses and cutlery are available for 6 people. Pots, pans, casserole and baking tins, microwaves, toasters, coffee machines, food processors, mixers, egg cookers, kettles, thermos jugs, and a raclette (+ HOT STONE) are also available.
An extensive range of spices as well as vinegar, oil, sugar, coffee, coffee white, cocoa powder and tea are available free of charge, as are foils, household papers, cleaning agents, soap cream, shower gel, shampoo, hair care products, facial tissues, toilet paper, detergents, fabric softeners and hygienic detergents. Free dishwasher accessories (washing tablets / cleaning powder / powder / rinse aid / special salt) and also dishcloths, dry wipes, dishwashing liquid, table linen / place mats, potholders and aprons complete the equipment.

If required, we are happy to provide a changing table, a baby bath, a cot and a high chair for our very young guests. There is also tableware for the youngest.
In the hallway there are cupboards (wardrobe-shoe and linen cupboards). In the cloakroom there are 2 toboggan plates, which our guests can borrow free of charge. In a storage niche you will find an ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment and various household helpers and a shopping trolley that you are welcome to use.
Bed linen, shower / bath / hand towels are sufficiently available and are available for a fee of € 10 per person. The sports equipment may be parked in the ski cellar. Very friendly landlord. Flexible regarding arrival and departure - we had 4 full days for three night stay. Everything you need is there including coffee, soup ..... In addition many small gifts like cookies, sparkling wine and many things more. 5 minutes walk to the ski area. Hiking tours can be started there as well.

Det var 6 gang vi brugte denne lejlighed, men det var desværre ikke i orden som tidligere
Køkken varme virkede ikke, tv havde ikke signal, WiFi virkede ikke, der blev ikke ryddet sne ved boligen, den eneste på hele vejen, hvor det ikke blev ryddet. Der blev ikke tømt contaimer affald
Vaskemaskine står koster lidt at bruge, men den kunne ikke anvendes
Super ærgerligt, da vi har været glade for at bo der de andre 5 gange.

Top ausgestattet Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Lage zum Skilift. Skiverleih ist in der Nähe. Brötchen gibt's im nahe gelegenen Ferienpark. Alles super, gerne wieder!

Heerlijk verblijf
Wij verbleven een aantal jaar geleden ook in het appartement en hadden goede herinneringen en ervaringen. Dit is wederom van toepassing geweest! Het contact met Ute en Uwe Gödeke is zeer goed te benoemen, behulpzaam en meedenkend, dank daarvoor. Je wordt als een geliefde gast behandeld, het appartement is van alle gemakken en gezelligheid voorzien en de locatie is super. Wij hebben vier dagen in het appartement verbleven en een heerlijke tijd gehad. Wij kijken ernaar uit terug te keren voor een volgend verblijf.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Übergabe der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Super ist zudem die Lage, man kann die Skipiste zu Fuß erreichen.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit vielen Extras
Wir waren hin und weg: Sehr sauber und warm und auch sehr nah an den Pisten.
Bei dieser Wohnung gab es nichts auszusetzen! Normalerweise kann man immer über etwas meckern...hier haben wir uns wie im einen 4*S Hotel gefüllt. Nur der Butler hat gefehlt :) Es mangelte an nichts und hatte sogar viele Extras, die man nicht einmal im Hotel vorfinden kann: von Begrüßungsgeschenke (Sekt, Kindersekt, Schokopralinen, Chips. Obst etc.) über extra Handtücher, Küchenutensilien (inkl. Backpapier, Folien, Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Öl usw.) bis hinzu Regenponchos, Schneeschlitten, Duschgels und Zahnbürsten und und und. Die Liste kann immer vergrößert werden. Man benötigt hier nur seine Kleider und der Urlaub kann starten.
Ein großer Lob: so eine Wohnung hatten wir noch nie in Urlaub gehabt.
Preisleistungsverhältnis kann nicht besser sein!

Toller Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung hat ein perfekte Ausstattung, bedeutend mehr als der Standard. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, wir wurden herzlich empfangen.
Die Lage war für uns auch perfekt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Man hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich begrüßt und alles perfekt erklärt. Sie hatte uns Überraschungen hingestellt (Schoko-Pralinen/-Nikoläuse, Plätzchen, Gummibärchen, Nüsse, Orangen, Wein, sogar für die Kinder Kindersekt). Wir hatten Duschgel, Schaumbad, Schampoo, Schutzmasken, Antigen-Tests, Zahnbürsten zum Gebrauch. Sogar Kaffee und Milch sowie alle Gewürze waren vorhanden. So etwas hatten wir bisher nie in einer Ferienwohnung. Sogar ein echter Weihnachtsbaum stand im Wohnzimmer. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren zu Genüge vorhanden. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zu der Piste, wo unsere Kinder in der Skischule waren, waren es nur ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß. In die Stadt auch nur 20 Min. zu Fuß. Das Auto haben wir die meiste Zeit stehen lassen. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Wir haben selten eine so gut ausgestattete Wohnung gemietet. Es fehlte an nix und es war sehr, sehr sauber:)
Auch sehr gut für mehrere Personen geeignet.
Nächstes Mal bleiben wir hoffentlich länger:)

mitten im Geschehen - zweckmäßig, aber gemütlich
Für eine aktive Familie kann die Wohnung kaum besser liegen. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man keine 5 Minuten zum Erlebnispark Kappe mit all seinen vielfältigen Möglichkeiten. Zu Fuß sind es 10 Minuten. Restaurants Richtung Stadtzentrum sind ebenso schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Großes Plus ist der separate Keller, wo man Fahrräder sicher und leicht zugänglich abstellen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr gute Unterkunft
Wir waren von der Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung sehr überrascht.
Auf dem Küchentisch stand zum Empfang eine Flasche Sekt mit Gebäck. Im Wohnzimmer gab es Knabbereien. Selbst Kaffee und Filtertüten waren vorhanden.
Es gab genügend Hand- und Badetücher zum Wechseln. Auch sonst war im Bad alles notwendige vorhanden (Shampoo, Duschgel).
Diese Ferienwohnung kann ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Der Empfang sehr freundlich, fast schon herzlich. Das Objekt hat alles gehalten, was versprochen wurde! Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind beispielhaft. Gemütlich und toll ausgestattet - Comfortable, pretty and wonderfully equipped
Diese FeWo heißt Ferienwohnung Relax und verdient ihren Namen. Sie ist hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet, sowohl in der Küche als auch im Badezimmer.
Der tolle Bikepark ist 5 Minuten weg, und Winterberg mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist zu Fuß einfach in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wanderwege fangen unweit von der Ferienwohnung an.
Kontakt zu Frau Gödeke war super, die Übergabe verlief einwandfrei.

Very nice appartment. Everything you need, you will find it here. Coffee, tea, herbs, showergel, toothpaste etc. There was a bottle of sekt and some biscuits and candy’s waiting for us. Very nice!
We stayed here with 2 adults for 2 nights for our skiing holiday. The location is perfect if you want to ski. A short walk to p2. And a 15 minutes by foot to restaurants and the city centre.
1 person slept at the couch. We wouldn’t recommend that for 2 adults.
Unfortunatly not everything was ok. We got a message from the owner that because of illness of the cleaning lady, there must be hired a cleaning company and that’s why our arrivaltime was half an hour later. Check out time also later. Not a problem for us. When we arrived at the appartment, we were looking how to get in and which doorbell we should ring. A couple came by in a car and asking if we rent an appartment here. There was a misunderstanding about our arrivaltime and they thought we were half an hour too late. The lady didn’t knew anything about the appartment, only that we had to pay the tax and towels. She wanted to handle over her keys, but then we found out there was a box in the house with two appartment keys. Later on in the bedroom we found wet towels from earlier guests and not everything was cleaned that well (for example lot of dust on the coffee table, windowsills).
Conclusion: we definate recommend this appartment if you want to ski and we will book again if needed. Also based on other reviews, where everything was ok with the cleaning.

Our stay in Winterberg was very nice. The apartment has everything what you need and even more! Its clean and cosy and the location is convenient. Its close to the piste and the rental place. On top of that, Uwe is very nice and we felt welcome. For us it was even possible to leave after the check out time so we had time to ski in the morning before we drove back to Holland.
I definitely recommend this place!

Amazing apartment and very kind Owner
We had a great time staying for two nights in Uwe's apartment. Uwe greeted us warmly, even though because of traffic, we were a little late. She also showed us around the apartment and had left us some lovely Christmas biscuits, a bottle of Gluewein and a couple of beers in the fridge, as well as plenty of tea, coffee, etc.
The apartment is very well equipped and very close to the bottom of the ski runs.
Highly recommend and thank you for such a warm welcome.
