This bright, spacious apartment over 2 floors in a detached cottage is located about 5 km south, in the sun-drenched wine and vineyards of the historic spa and cultural city of Baden-Baden. The bright apartment with 100m2 for 2-4 people has a large entrance hall in the entrance, a spacious living room with about 35 square meters, a dining area and all around free view of the garden and an open music room with about 13 square meters, an enclosed terrace, and 2 bedrooms each with 19/16 sqm and large kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet. Extra cot / room upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has u. A. A dishwasher, oven and microwave. a solar system with pellet stove heating serves as central heating.
The apartment has more than Wi-Fi, DVD player, radio and TV via Satelittenanlage.
The house is located on a quiet side street.
There are only a few minutes to the typical vineyards, from where you have access to many marked trails.

The house is amazing located in a quiet picturesque area next to vineyards. The house is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Bus stop is 5 minutes from the house and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the city center. Nobuhiro is an amazing host. I would highly recommend this property

This is an excellent property but it is showing signs of wear and tear. The decking on the balcony is broken in places and the balcony rail is rusty. The cushions for the outside furniture were old and dirty, and they need to be replaced. Crockery and cutlery is a bit old and some of it is chipped. There is a lot of unnecessary 'stuff' in the kitchen. It needs modern replacements. With a bit more attention to detail and quality, this would be a 5-star holiday location. The garden is very private.

Fantastic spacious house with lovely garden - Perfect for the 4 of us and with the really hot weather it was ideal.There were lovely shady areas too. It was a home from home as we prefer to eat in, and everything we could have wanted was there. The host was really courteous and helpful. Will definitely be going back

Bei schönem Wetter konnten wir ausgiebig die Terrasse und den großen Garten genießen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für uns war das Doppelbett mit 1,40 m etwas zu schmal. Insgesamt hat uns das Haus aber sehr gut gefallen und wir können es empfehlen. Die Lage eignet sich gut für Ausflüge.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus liegt super für Wanderungen. Es ist zwar etwas älter, aber sehr sauber und gemütlich. Durch den Ofen wird es auch im Winter ordentlich warm. Generell ist die Kücheneinrichtung eher für kleinere Menschen ausgerichtet. Dennoch konnten wir ohne Probleme alles zubereiten, da kein Utensil gefehlt hat. Wir würden nochmal kommen.

Grosses Haus mit idealer Zimmeraufteilung. Schöner Garten, gross angelegt und gepflegt. Auch der umlaufende Balkon im OG mit schöner Sitz- und Essecke. Die Einrichtung ist etwas rustikal, die Ausstattung zweckmäßig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter- Ehepaar war sehr gut, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann ich mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!

It was one of the best houses I rent. The owner very helpful and maintain the place very good. He give me a lot of information about the place where to go what you should vist... You can call him any time . Very flexible. Overall he is a gentleman. مكان جميل للاقامة الحي هادي جدا قريب من مركز المدينه صاحب المنزل محترم جدا يوفر لك جميع سبل الراحة وكل المعلومات عن الاماكن التي تستحق الزيارة المنزل عبارة عن غرفيتن نوم الاولى فالطابق الاول يحتوي على ثلاث حمامات صالة جلوس كبيرة جدا تراس جميل وواسع مطبخ متكامل

Hola, estuvimos 4 días en Septiembre de 2019. La casa en general está muy bien. El salón es muy amplio y cómodo. Las habitaciones también son grandes y confortables. En la planta inferior tiene salida a un amplio jardín privado precioso. Y en la planta superior a una generosa terraza. Tiene sitio de sobra para aparcar varios coches. Al ladito de unos fantásticos viñedos y de Baden-Baden. Perfecta situación para explorar el norte de la Selva Negra y el norte de la Alsacia. Buena comunicación con el dueño. Recomendamos esta casa sin duda.

Lovely spacious house surrounded by beautiful garden with the added benefit of grand piano for pianists. Indoor and outdoor space were both fantastic and house has everything you will need including bikes to use. Set in the middle of a vineyard an easy bus ride away from Baden-Baden (use a Tagescarte and you can use it to travel around Baden-Baden. Buses every half hour. Large public swimming pool nearby was great both for kids (diving boards) and adults who want to swim lengths, also a paddling pool for little kids. The restaurant on the hill top is a must. Close to small town (walkable) with supermarket, banks and cafes. We went in a heatwave so went on a few driving tours - lots of scenic routes nearby but also lots of walking and mountain bike routes. The second bedroom is in the basement and there is also a room you can sit in down there if you go in a heatwave like us. There is no air con but because of the basement and surrounding trees, this shouldn't be a problem in normal heat (it was 40 degrees when we were there). Great relaxing stay thank you.

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen Haus, gleich neben Baden Baden, sehr wohl gefühlt und einige entspannte Abende verbracht. Es hat einen angenehmen Flair mit den einladenden Sofas und schönem Flügel im Wohnzimmer. Wir hatten für 4 Leute reichlich Platz. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns alles Notwendige zur Verfügung gestellt. (Falls man selbst viel kocht, könnte man eigene gute Messer mitnehmen. Ansonsten alles tip top!)

We enjoyed a lovely week in this apartment / house. It is a short walk to the vineyards and a half day walk into Baden Baden. The apartment is very spacious and the living room overlooks the Japanese style garden. My son in particular took full advantage of the piano and my wife took to the interesting library. As there were 4 in our party we had arranged to have a second bedroom which worked out well. We found the holiday home a great base to explore this area of the Black Forest.
