About this chalet rental
At an altitude of 1550m , Chalet La Brise is a chalet of charm and tradition. It is ideally located in Tignes-Les Brévières, about 5 minutes walk from the gondola (the chairlift providing the connection to Tignes-Le-Lac and to the other Espace Killy resorts.
The Chalet is located in a real Savoyard village, with its shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The “Parisian style” house has spacious rooms, furnished with a small table and chairs each.

Living room and dining room.
Equipped kitchen.
3 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds and bedroom with double bed.
5 bathrooms or showers and 3 separate toilets.
Please note: this chalet is spread over 3 floors.

The equipment includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, an electric and gas stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a raclette grill, a fondue set, a blender , a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player, a CD player, a washing machine and ski storage.

Bail : A deposit of €700 in cash will be required upon arrival.

Bedding : to bring or in addition: €12 (single bed) or €15 (double bed) per week (reservation required)
Towels : to bring or in addition: €7 per person / week
Crib : no extra charge, on request
Raclette grill rental : available in the chalet as well as a fondue set
Final Cleaning : to be carried out by the tenants or in addition: €200 Tenants are obliged to carry out basic cleaning of the accommodation (deposit the bins in the premises provided for this purpose, put away the washed dishes, sweep). If this basic cleaning is not done correctly by the tenant, the on-site manager may charge him for the additional work, exceeding the amount of the final cleaning.
