Very good

Živorad's place is a perfect secret gem in Divčibare. The place is well-equipped and offers great views of ski slopes and pine forests. Živorad is a great host, always there to help.

The beds in the sleeping room were not that comfortable and the wifi signal could be better.

Perfect place for a getaway

I loved the owners. Ivana and her family did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a baby with us so we asked for higher temperature, although it was very pleasant as it was. All our requirements were met in a very polite manner. The place was quiet and the nature splendid. Coffee in the morning had a special taste in that environment. The owners had good taste in decorating and organizing the cabin. Pleasant warm lights everywhere, large windows. We had a nice feeling of safety and peace. Huge yard, family and pet friendly. Good vibes.

We were a large group so one bathroom was not enough. But we managed. A second bathroom would make everything perfect. Small kitchen if you want to cook, but very well equipped. There are a few places where you can eat, so it is no big deal.

Getaway from the city and heat.

Location was perfect if you wish silence and not to be disturbed. A bit away from actual centre (10 min walk), but close to a restaurant on ski slope. Yard is fantastic for families with kids, surrounded by pine wood (guaranteeing no heat as in cities), close to small creek.

Superb

Very nice location, hiking trails starting close to the house. Restaurant + adventure park is in 200m from house, combination of nature and facilities closeby. All you need when travel with kids - nice area outside and games inside. Old pine trees for an amazing atmosphere!

One cooking plate, would be nice to have one more.

Worth a thousand presidental suites.

The view! Host was amazing, tending to our every need. Can't wait to come back! There is a lot of sleeping room, and the living room is amazing with almost floor-celling windows.

This was a disadvantage not a dislike. We had a snowy day, so the huge backyard was wet and muddy, and we could not take advantage of it. We will come again summer time and do a bit of BBQ.

Cosy place near the forest stream

Large windows and terase, view of the nature and small stream in front of the property. Hosts were very kind and helpful: we somehow forgot to bring winter boots for my 6yo dauther and they managed to find spare ones for us! (there are no stores of that kind around, so that would be a big problem in winter). Location is excellent if you plan to ski on the "crni vrh" ski resort, it is a few hundred meters away from the skilift starting point, trough forest path. Property also has various entertainment for children around the house with reflectors so children can play in evening.

Road leading to property is nice, but last few hundred meters are very steep and hard to clean from snow and ice, so in winter it is not possible to approach the property with car unless you have a proper 4x4 and snowchains. This is not a big problem because property also has a parking spot on hill before that last slope and will pick you and your laguage with their 4x4 vehicle. But you should keep this in mind if you planned to drive around in winter - there will be an uphill walk to your car. In summer you should be able to park right in from of the property.
