The Bahia Vista apartment is located on the seventh floor (with elevator) on the first line of Can Picafort beach. From the huge roof terrace, which is exclusively available to you, you can enjoy a spectacular view over the entire Bay of Alcudia. The apartment was mostly renovated in 2013 and has, among other things, a new kitchen, German satellite TV and WiFi (of course free of charge for our guests). There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available.Two of the bedrooms are double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. A third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for 2 children, so that a total of up to 5 people, as well as a baby in a cot, can be accommodated there. The apartment is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
The beautiful sandy beach of Can Picafort is at your feet, and the numerous restaurants, bars and diverse shopping opportunities are just a few steps away.The perfect home for a beach holiday with wonderful evenings on the roof terrace, from where you can gaze out over the sea and the Bay of Alcudia and let your soul unwind!

After two days of getting fresh air into the apartment and cleaning the various sinks in the bathrooms with pipe cleaner, we got the smell out of this apartment. The first impression, however, was an apartment door whose closing mechanism does not work properly. And the underground parking can not be used, so you have to find a parking in the streets which, already during shoulder season, can be a big problem. There is only one aircon unit in the apartment, so the bedrooms, as cold they are in winter, will turn hot and sticky in summer. The top drawer in the dishwasher is broken. Terrace and views are ok, but given the state of the place, the price is much too high. Will for sure not come back to this place. Pictures of this apartment are highly photoshopped.

We all enjoyed our stay in this appartment on the 7th floor. There was always shadow to find somewhere on the big terrace. Staying so close to the sea was fantastic and inspired us to take several swims a day.
Our hostess met us with some bakeries and water. 😊
Can Picafort is a nice holiday village. If you want to see more, there are buses to Alcudia and boat trips you can book.
I’ve read about complaints of loud music, but that didn’t bother us. The restaurant next door offered live music most nights, which we enjoyed, and they end around midnight. Bring earplugs if sounds bother you.
The only thing we lacked, was more water pressure in the showers.

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage
Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage und mit super Aussicht.
Wir waren in den Pfingstferien in der Wohnung, da aber coronabedingt noch viele Bars und Lokale geschlossen waren, war es immer sehr ruhig. Dies kann aber in der Hauptsaison ohne Corona durchaus anders sein.
Für uns (vier Erwachsene) war alles wirklich perfekt.
Die wirklich große Terrasse ist mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten perfekt ausgestattet, und lädt zum Sonnenbaden und Essen zu allen Tageszeiten ein.
Der Blick auf das Meer immer inklusive.
Die Wohnung selbst, im 7. Stock (mit Aufzug) ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Sollte es uns nochmal nach Mallorca verschlagen, würden wir gerne wieder hierher kommen.

Fantastic terraces and views, next to bars and restaurants. Apartment has lots of room and location is incredible. Only downside was no Aircon in bedrooms which in August we struggle with, otherwise outstanding

This is a wonderful place to stay. They balcony offers great shade, stunning views and a lovely outdoor space. We really enjoyed our stay here; the owner is most accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place.

Traumhafte Lage mit kleinen Schwächen
Die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt, ich konnte zwei Stunden früher rein. Maria ist eine sehr nette Person und sie hat die Wohnung perfekt vorbereitet. Zur Wohnung selbst: super ist das Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Was gar nicht geht ist die Kaffeemaschine. Man muss ständig auf dem Knopf bleiben, sonst geht sie mitten im Betrieb einfach aus. Da wären 20€ für eine neue keine Fehlinvestition. Die Musik der Gastrobetriebe hat uns nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, zweimal wurden wir dadurch inspiriert, nochmal nach unten zu gehen und den Klängen direkt zu lauschen :-) Parken war sehr schwierig, jeden Tag eine elendig lange Suche. Gesamt war ich aber zufrieden, bei mir kam ein bisschen das Gefühl auf, ich würde dort wohnen.

Die Gegend ist viel zu laut ,liegt mitten im Disco und Restaurantbereich mit jedem Tag Livemusik und traumhaft ist nur der Ausblick , ansonsten ist dies keine gute Lage ,in den Sommermonaten viel zu voll in der Gegend ,besonders am Strand

Great location, near lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Lovely beach, awesome views from the large balcony, where there is ample room to sunbathe and eat. The only downside was the bedrooms do not have aircon (only the living room).

Super Apartment mit tollem Blick
Wir waren im Juli mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in dem Apartment. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Can Picafort, mit Supermärkten, Restaurants und Bars direkt in der Nähe. Man kann ohne überqueren einer Straße von der Wohnung direkt zum Strand laufen. Einen Parkplatz konnte man trotz Hauptferienzeit immer finden, teilweise nach kurzer Suche.
Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung und die Betten waren sauber und es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Nur der Sonnenschirm fehlte, da dieser von Urlaubern offenbar nicht immer geschlossen wurde und teilweise auf der Promenade landete. Wenn man den Tisch umstellt, kann man aber auf der Terrasse immer einen Schattenplatz finden. Überhaupt ist die Terrasse super und erheblich größer, als sie auf den Fotos wirkt. Das Geländer ist so hoch, dass man sich auch um die Kinder keine Sorgen machen muss. Im 7. Stock wehte auch immer ein kleiner Wind, sodass es sich auch bei hohen Temperaturen nicht zu heiß anfühlte.
Was man wissen muss ist, dass man sich im Zentrum des Ortes befindet. Die Bar im Gebäude nebenan hat jeden Abend Live-Musik bis ca. 24h, die man auch im 7. Stock hört. Uns hat es weniger gestört, weil wir länger draußen saßen. Manchen mag das anders gehen.
Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
P.S.: Was im Inventar der Wohnung noch ergänzt werden könnte wäre ein kleines CD-Radio, da der DVD Player bei uns nicht alle Kinder CDs erkannt hat. Zudem muss man dann nicht TV und DVD Player anmachen, wenn die Kinder (oder Erwachsenen :)) CD hören möchten.

Apartment in guter Lage mit tollem Ausblick
Das Apartment befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage. Die Promenade, das Meer sowie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/Bars befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Die Fe-Wo war sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beispiele: Aus dem Bett rutschten jede Nacht Latten aus dem Rost und ein Fuß des Bettes war beschädigt. Der Grill auf der Dachterasse war voller alter Kohlereste sowie Zigarettenstummeln und das Rost war sehr schmutzig und dadurch für uns nicht nutzbar. Leider verfügt das Apartment, das für 6 Pers. ausgelegt ist nur über 3 Sonnenliegen, davon war eine bereits kaputt. Auflagen für die Liegen haben wir nach Kontaktaufnahme vom Vermieter erhalten. Der auf den Bildern abgebildete Schirm ist nicht vorhanden. Wie vom Vermieter mitgeteilt, ist es auf der Dachterasse für den Schirm zu windig.
Die Dachterasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer, die Promenade und den Ort.

Einfach nur PERFEKT
Wir waren das erste Mal in dem fantastisch gelegenen Appartement, haben den atemberaubenden Ausblick jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen. Die besten Eindrücke eines Strandurlaubs haben wir mitgenommen, unsere Erwartungen worden übertroffen. Empfangen wurden wir von Eugenio aus dem Restaurant Hawaii, der uns den Schlüssel übergab. In dem aufgeräumten und sauberen Appartement fanden wir eine Riesen Ensaimada zur Begrüßung vor, vielen Dank an Maria, die wir leider persönlich nicht kennen gelernt haben. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal!?
Lage: perfekt - wirklich nur wenige Schritte, schon ist man am gepflegten Strandabschnitt von Can Picafort; dort muss man die 13,50 Euro für zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm in Kauf nehmen, falls denn benötigt. In den umliegenden Straßen findet jeder entsprechende Speisen, zu tlw. überraschend günstigen Preisen. Im Hawaii bei Eugenio und seinem netten Team ist immer ein Platz frei. Vielen Dank für die netten Gespräche, den besten "Tchibo Kaffee" und den tollen Calamares Teller! Freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Ansonsten empfehlen wir die Pizzeria Mamma Mia einige Meter weiter. Tolle und günstige Gerichte (besonders für Familien mit vielen hungrigen Mäulern geeignet).
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist so gut wie beschrieben; große geräumige Schlaf- und Badezimmer und vor allem alles sehr gepflegt. Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, Koch- und Spülgelegenheiten als auch eine Waschmaschine sind zu benutzen... alles perfekt!
Wir sind bereits Mallorca- und Fincaurlaub verwöhnt und daher mit gewissen Ansprüchen angereist. Unseren Ansprüchen wurde entsprochen, daher würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen. Die eigenen Planungen laufen bereits an.
Danke ebenfalls an Fam. Küper und den Mitarbeitern der Agentur für die professionelle Betreuung. Sehr empfehlenswert... und das ist aus eigener Erfahrung nicht von jeder Agentur zu berichten.

Wieder ein Traumurlaub
Wir waren jetzt zum 3. Mal in der schönen Wohnung. Vielen Dank an Maria für das Entgegenkommen und die Leckereien :-) die Wohnung ist ein Traum und schnell ausgebucht. Wollte gerade für 2017 buchen, leider schon weg :( Gleikch nebenan bei Eugenio kann man prima essen,der Erdbeerkuchen ist eine Wucht! Sehnsuchtsort
Wir können uns den Vorgängern nur anschließen. Es ist eine traumhaft schöne Wohnung mit einer unbeschreiblichen Aussicht. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, es fehlt an fast nichts (das nächste Mal werden wir ein paar Eierbecher und einen Pfannenwender mitbringen), die Bäder sind funktional und der Kontakt zu Maria war zwar nur kurz, aber sehr nett. Eugenio vom Restaurante "Hawaii" ist ein zauberhafter Wirt, der uns mit einer Torte und verschiedenen Säften überraschte. Das Essen im "Hawaii" ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns dort wie auch in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen - aber dafür auf jeden Fall länger.

Top Wohnung in einer Traumlage mit Traumblick
Wir (zwei Pärchen) haben unseren Urlaub im September in der Wohnung von Maria verbracht. Wir fühlten uns vom erten Augenblick an sehr wohl.
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat auch bei uns im Restaurant Hawaii stattgefunden, wo wir von einem sehr freundlichen Eugenio in Empfang genommen wurden. Über das Restaurant können wir auch nur positiv berichten, es gab nichts auszusetzten. Alle Angestelten waren immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch war das Essen dort sehr gut. Wer gern Fußball schaut, kann es dort auch gut. Es sind genügend Fernseher/Beamer vorhanden um die Bundesliga genießen zu können.
Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Sie ist wirklich sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Die riesige Dachterasse ist natürlich ein absoluter Traum und die Aussicht von dort unbeschreiblich schön. Ich weiß das Bilder oft geschönt sind, aber die Bilder hier entsprechen zu 100% den Tatsachen.
Auch Maria, die Eigentümerin haben wir kennen gelernt und auch da können wir nur sagen das sie eine sehr nette und aufgeschlossene Person ist. Wir haben uns lange unterhalten, was aber nur auf Spanisch möglich ist.
Sehr gern hätten wir im kommendem Jahr wieder das Bahia Vista gemietet, aber leider war es im Oktober praktisch schon für das ganze Jahr ausgebucht.
Also mussten wir uns leider nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen und hoffen das wir für 2017 mehr Glück haben.

Ein Traum von Ausblick
Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder ) und haben in diesem Apartment eine sehr schöne Zeut verbracht. Den herrlichen Ausblick kann man aus fast jedem Zimmer genießen. Auch die riesige Terrasse ist ein Traum. Danke liebe Maria, für den leckeren Willkommenskuchen, eine sehr nette Geste. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber. Die Bäder sind neuwertig. Es ist alles vorhanden, von sämtlichen Küchenutensilien, Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen, Strandstühle und Luftmatratzen. Zum Einkaufen geht man ca. 2 Minuten um die Ecke oder für einen Großeinkauf steht der ca. 10 Minuten (zu Fuß) entfernte Mercadona zur Verfügung. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Restaurant Hawaii hat auch super geklappt , wo es übrigens auch sehr leckeres Essen gibt. Die Lage des Apartments ist super, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt abet auch zahlreiche Autovermietungen in der Nähe oder Freizeitangebote (Bootstouren, Busfahrten zu Sehenswürdigkeitenhat) Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir das nächste Jahr wiederkommen.. Ein kleines Manko war, dass der Schlüssel unten immer geklemmt hat und wir dadurch nur durch das Restaurant Hawaii herein gekommen sind.

Fantastic apartment on 7 floor with lift
Views to die for large terrace with chairs and sun beds.
Maria made us welcome and we enjoyed lovely cake she brought to apt.
We had issue with wifi password which she corrected but it didn't interfere with stay.
The apt is lovely as pictures show and it is quiet and peaceful never heard any noise and sleep well.
It is also well placed for beach below and on ground floor is bar Hawaii and they looked after us and great food we didn't venture to far!
The apt has all mod cons and washer and towels and sun towels and props for beach.
We lived mainly outside as views and tranquility are not to be surpassed.
I am looking at dates to return as lovely family resort it is mainly German based but don't let that put you off as it is also geared towards English.

Die Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Meine Frau und ich hatten hier eine wunderschöne Zeit,die Ferienwohnung
von Maria ist einfach klasse und perfekt Ausgestattet,es ist einfach alles vorhanden und der Meerblick so wie die Sonnenaufgänge atemberaubend.Ein Auto braucht man hier eigentlich nicht.Besonderst empfehlen wollen wir das Hawai unten im Erdgeschoss,das Essen ist Klasse und die Kellner Super.
Ein großes Dankeschön an Maria und natürlich an Eugenio und seine Jungs vom Hawai wir haben uns sehr wohl bei euch gefühlt.
Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder.

Top Wohnung , Top Urlaub
Wir haben in den Sommerferien zu fünft, (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) in der wunderschönen Fewo unseren Urlaub verbracht. Angefangen von der unkomplizierten Schlüsselübergabe über die Hilfsbereitschaft von Eugenio aus dem Restaurant Hawaii bis hin zu der im 7.Stock gelegenen top ausgestatteten Wohnung. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse, war gigantisch. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt dort. Das Restaurant Hawaii ist nur zu empfehlen. Wenn man aber doch lieber mal selber Kochen möchte, ist die Küche im Apartment voll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war und ist ein voll Treffer! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Best place to stay in can pica fort we been going for 5 years and it's the best place ever amazing views very clean everything you need in apartment towels shampoo shower gel soap fridge had wine,water , drinks , fruit and coffee and sugar BBQ washing machine we were welcomed with a fresh pastry to eat and on our last morning a cake delivered we were welcomed by everyone so friendly and wanted for nothing defiantly recommend people to stay here we will be going back next year great for family's can't wait to go back x
