Auf Grund der Lage würde ich nächstes mal nur Aufenthalt ohne Verpflichtungen buchen

Das Essen. Brötchen zum Frühstück wurden vom Vortag nur aufgewärmt.das Essen ingesamt war schlecht

Ideal para una escapada

La persona que nos atendió en recepción, Natalia, es super servicial, atenta y agradable. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la playa, de restaurantes y de plazas de parking gratuitas. Tiene persianas eléctricas, cosa de agradecer en un hotel.

La insonorización de las habitaciones no es muy buena, se oía todo lo de las habitaciones de los lados. La limpieza está bien pero hay que prestar atención a los detalles, por ejemplo el espejo del baño que estaba bastante sucio. El colchón se podría mejorar. El día de nuestra salida el ascensor no funcionaba y tuvimos que bajar 5 pisos con las maletas, pero bueno, son cosas que pasan.

Clean room. Close sea and the sound of the sea outside the window.

There was not enough food for breakfast. Not enough food for vegetarians. There was no bar in the room. no fridge, no kettle in the room. few outlets. There was no outlet next to the bed.

it’s 1 minute from the beach

there a brunette lady at the desk she is so rude, there was problems with the trains that day and we couldn’t get back on time we had already packed our bags we asked if the staff could remove the bags from our room and check us out as we had already packed they refused to do this and they informed us it’s €15 an hour for late check out we finally got back to check out at 2:30 and she wanted to charge us €45 and said 30minutes is still €15. I wasn’t happy as I had asked to check out via telephone.

We booked and paid for the hotel for 3 days. When leaving the hotel, we said that we would not stay for 4 nights. We paid for lunch and asked 2 times we don't owe anything anymore? The receptionist said "no". And we left the hotel. At 23.00, the hotel charged 131€ from my card for one more night!!! The hotel answered my calls that there was nothing they could do to help, they would not return the money!!!

Disappointing but good location.

Had an inside room, not very big, no sunlight at any time of the day. Shower fitting was broken. Only one useable switch in the room, above headboard, liable to knock it and difficult with all the chargers and pcs these days. TV was very small. Very few channels, quite old, no option to change language.

Reversing the above!

Great location, comfortable hotel with lift, helpful staff

Five minute walk from the station, less than a minute to the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Cross the railway line and there's a quaint old town with narrow streets and a lot of history, also with plenty of places to eat and drink. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the whole experience was very pleasant.

A little bit dated, one bedside lamp was hanging off, and there were only a couple of mains sockets. Not enough to charge two phones, a laptop and a video camera. That's what lost it one star for me.

Great location. Loved the atmosphere around the hotel and the local community bars which were not 'touristy'. And the receptionists were very helpful and friendly - I appreciated their help a lot.

Would have been lovely to have had a kettle in the room or facilities for making a cup of tea/coffee.

Team of this hotel is very kind and friendly. People working in the reception, particullarly Alba ( she speaks English well), are very professional and open-minded as well the cleaning Staff. Hotel guests could feel at home. Rooms are Good size and comfortable. The man who serves breakfast is also very kind. I booked this hotel several Times and When I will visit Torredenbara I book this place for sure. Moreover hotel is almost on the Beach, everywhere is close.

Expensive for what it is, but it is August in the middle of the Covid

I booked a seaview, the gave me a horrible NON SEA view room I asked to change and it is not a SEAVIEW, it is a view of the roof of a building in front of you, then the sea, so be careful if you hope to wake up and see the sea!!

There was a coke can full of cigarette butts on our windowsill.
